从2月11日开始，在我市限定时间和区域内可以放炮（详见图片）。

个人燃放烟花爆竹不得有下列行为：在居民住宅楼楼道内、阳台上、窗台上、楼顶燃放或者向外抛掷;对准或者指向易燃易爆的物品燃放;向行人、车辆、建筑物、构筑物和人群密集场所投掷;其他影响公共秩序、危及他人安全的行为。
