我有一个要好的朋友，我只可以用一个字来形容她——瘦。她的手指可像一枝竹子一样，脸狭两边好像凹了进去，让人觉得她有一种冷漠、孤独的样子，但她的性格恰恰相反，她是一个善良、勇敢的人，她就是我的好朋友——小薰。

有一天，她在班里走了走，发现地上有许多垃圾，便拿起扫把扫起来。过了一会儿，有一个同学走过来对她说：“唉!班长沦落到这种地步啊，真可怜。”他微笑着说：“保持课室环境卫生人人有责，我是这个班的班长，更应该带好头做起。就算我不是班长，我也会这样做。”

燃放烟花爆竹是我们中华民族的传统，每逢结婚庆典、过年过节，人们为了增加喜庆欢乐气氛，都会燃放烟花爆竹。但是，燃放烟花爆竹存在很大的危害!2009年春节，江苏丹阳市光在烟花爆竹上，就花费了一千多万元人民币。就全国来讲，每年春节就有上百亿的钱被燃放掉!如果把这些钱捐给敬老院、孤儿院、希望工程……那么老人们的生活、医疗条件将大大改善，贫困山区的孩子们也都有学上了!如果捐给干旱地区，那将又有多少生命被挽救呀!

大家知道，火是无情的恶魔，它烧毁了多少财物，吞噬了多少生命呀!一栋壮观的大楼，人们可以在里面快乐的生活，但一场烟花爆竹引发的火灾，瞬间将这些化为灰烬。茂密的森林，小鸟在枝头歌唱，小动物在草地上奔跑，这美丽的森林画卷，又可以被烟花爆竹引起的火灾瞬间消逝!

据统计，因燃放烟花爆竹北京2005年春节受伤551人，2004年春节死亡5人、受伤667人。哎!烟花爆竹简直就比恶魔还凶狠，它让一个幸福的家庭，妻离子散，家破人亡，难道我们还有理由再去燃放它吗?

烟花爆竹还会污染空气。燃放时，会释放出一氧化碳，二氧化硫、二氧化碳等有害或有毒气体，并产生碳粒等烟尘。这些气体和烟尘弥漫于空气中，使空气混浊，刺激人的呼吸道，伤害肺组织，对神经系统，眼睛有一定的损害作用，真是个无形的“杀手”!现在我们空气质量大幅下降，与燃放烟花爆竹也有直接的关系!

市民朋友们，为了你们自己，为了家人，也为了子孙后代，请不要再燃放烟花爆竹了!我们要从我做起，从现在做起，不做烟花爆竹，不买烟花爆竹，不放烟花爆竹 !看到有燃放烟花爆竹的行为要上前劝!我深信，只要我们人人做到禁放、禁燃，我们的城市将会变得更加美丽繁荣!

逢年过节燃放烟花爆竹，表达人民吉庆欢乐之情，在我国有着悠久历史，是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。然而，时过境迁，现如今，当我们从燃放烟花爆竹中获得欢乐的同时，您是否想过其产生的危害?除火灾、意外伤害等安全隐患外，空气污染日益成为我们关注的焦点。据统计，每年春节期间，由于燃放烟花爆竹导致空气中的污染物迅速增加，空气质量迅速下降。烟花爆竹燃放后，会释放大量一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮等危害物质，没有燃尽的火药及剩余的灰尘也会造成可吸入颗粒物污染，这些气体和烟尘弥漫于空气中，造成空气浑浊，极易引起雾霾天气。

元宵佳节将至为确保广大居民度过一个环保、安全、欢乐、祥和的春节，我们就节日期间文明安全燃放烟花爆竹倡议如下：

1、不燃放或减少燃放烟花爆竹。

2、不在非法销售点购买烟花爆竹，个人不燃放专业燃放类产品;不在明令禁止的时段、区域和公共场所燃放;不在深夜、凌晨休息时间燃放;不在不利烟尘扩散气象条件下燃放;不在通风条件差的楼道、小巷内燃放;不在建筑物内、阳台、小巷、草坪中燃放;不在燃放烟花爆竹时嬉戏打闹;不妨碍行人及车辆安全通行;不让未成年人独自燃放。

3、尽可能选择电子爆竹、喜庆音乐、鲜花等新颖、安全喜庆方式，增添节日氛围。

4、党政机关、企事业单位、社会团体节日期间不燃放烟花爆竹，不放“开门炮”。

5、党政机关、事业单位、社会团体工作人员要发挥示范引领作用，自觉做到不燃放烟花爆竹，劝阻亲朋好友不燃放、少燃放烟花爆竹。

6、烟花爆竹经营单位不销售伪劣产品，做到合法诚信经营。
