大学英语四六级短文写作题规定时间是30分钟，所以应首先保证写作时间。虽然写作题是考试的最后一题，但一定要确保写作题的时间不被其它题目挤占。然而 在多次四六级考试监考中，我们发现很多同学在前面部分花费太多时间，以致于只有十几分钟甚至几分钟来写作文，写的效果和得分情况可想而知。其实我们可以自 己拟订一个方案：首先，7分钟左右审题，构思，拟订提纲;其次，20分钟写作;最后，3分钟左右检查修改。

2.审题

审题是写作成功与否的重要因素之一。一定要留出约3分钟左右的时间审题，构思，打腹稿，“凡事预则立，不预则废。”然而不少考生由于没掌握好时间，一拿 到作文题，便匆匆下笔，没有构思，结果想到哪写到哪，往往离题千里，事倍功半。所以一定要在动笔之前花几分钟，认真审题，仔细寻找题目提供的信息(包括英 文，中文，图画，数字等)，然后对这些信息加以认真分析，弄清题意，确定中心思想。

全市禁放区域以外的其他区域，除《烟花爆竹安全与质量》(GB10631--2013)规定的1000响以下的C级爆竹和D级烟花外的其他等级、种类的烟花爆竹一律禁止燃放。

二、禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域内，任何单位或者个人不得生产、经营、储存和燃放烟花爆竹。

三、禁止携带烟花爆竹搭乘公共交通工具，禁止邮寄烟花爆竹，禁止在托运行李、包裹、邮件中夹带烟花爆竹。

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

写作的“七项基本原则”：

一、 长 短 句原则

工作还得一张一驰呢，老让读者读长句，累死人!写一个短小精辟的句子，相反，却可以起到画龙点睛的作用。而且如果我们把短句放在段首或者段末，也可以揭示主题：

小孩走出房间应该说：dance out of the room

所以多用实词，少用虚词，文章将会大放异彩!

六、 多变句式原则

1)加法(串联)

都希望写下很长的句子，像个老外似的，可就是怕写错，怎么办，最保险的写长句的方法就是这些，可以在任何句子之间加and, 但最好是前后的句子又先后关系或者并列关系。比如说：

如果是二者并列的，我们可以用一个超级句式：

2)转折(拐弯抹角)

5)附加(多此一举)
