为加强2015年春节、元宵节期间我市烟花爆竹的安全管理，防止发生爆炸、火灾、人身伤害等安全事故，保障国家、集体和公民人身财产安全，确保广大市民、游客度过欢乐、祥和的新春佳节，根据《中华人民共和国烟花爆竹安全管理条例》《海口市销售和燃放烟花爆竹管理规定》及国家环境保护部关于做好2015年春节期间烟花爆竹禁限放工作的有关要求，经市政府研究,通告如下：

一、本市城市建城区禁止销售、燃放烟花爆竹。

二、本市非城市建成区下列区域禁止销售、燃放烟花爆竹：国家机关、寄宿制学校、医院、商场(市场)、宾馆(饭店)、体育馆、会堂、公共娱乐场所、民用机场、客运车站、码头、加油站、液化石油气站等消防安全重点单位的场地及周边安全距离以内区域;法律法规禁止销售、燃放烟花爆竹的区域。

三、本市下列地点严禁燃放烟花爆竹。

(一)文物保护单位;(二)车站、码头、机场等交通枢纽以及铁路线路安全保护区;(三)易燃易爆物品生产、储存单位;(四)输变电设施安全保护区;(五)医疗机构、幼儿园、中小学校、敬老院;(六)山林、草原等重点防火区。
