一、班级基本情况分析

这学期里，我班共有幼儿40名，男孩21名，女孩19名，(本学期转入2名)。经过中班的学习与生活，班级的各项常规较好，有良好的学习习惯和生活习惯。

本班幼儿升入大班后，适应外界环境及抵抗疾病能力明显增强，体力及耐力得到提高，动作的灵活性、协调性、稳定性进一步加强，有95%的幼儿学会了跳绳，有6位幼儿能连续跳100个以上。生活自理和为班级体服务的能力有较大的提高。在中班组体育活动“过障碍”比赛中获得第一名;“拍乒乓球”赛第二名。

三、日常教学工作计划

(一)做好幼小衔接的准备工作，开展前阅读，前书写，前识字的活动，不断提高幼儿的学习能力，有计划地引导幼儿阅读，激发幼儿看书识字的愿望和兴趣，注意幼儿正确的书写姿势，继续将读、写、算渗透在幼儿的一日生活中。坚持每周认5个字;

(二)积极为幼儿创设与教育内容相符合的教育环境，渗透读写教育，为幼儿营造文字氛围，合理地布置与安排活动区，为幼儿提供自选、自主活力的条件与机会，让幼儿井然有序地愉快学习;

(三)营造愉快的学习气氛，努力发扬轻声教学，要具备乐观的性格、饱满的情绪，以教师个人的气质积极投入到活动中去，与幼儿多说话、多沟通、多用目光微笑，建立良好师生关系;

(四)重视幼儿健康体质的培养和教给幼儿适应各种环境的技能。一方面坚持小场地开展体育锻炼，一方面认真对待每一次体育课和户外活动，保证幼儿充足的户外活动时间;

(五)注重日常的艺术活动。精选优秀的音乐作品，注重音乐活动在一日生活中的运用，让音乐活动成为日常活动的一部分，并贯穿于一日活动之中。通过绘画、剪纸等，充分发挥幼儿的创造性、技巧性;

(六)在社会性方面，培养幼儿自我整理的生活习惯，会正确使用礼貌用语：请、谢谢、对不起等，并会向客人、长辈问好，不乱动别人的东西，初步懂得应互相关心和帮助的道理，能与小朋友友好相处，愿意帮助他人，在游戏和日常生活中能初步做到友爱、互助、谦让，并能听从老师劝告，做错了事，能承认，并愿意改正。

过去已经成为历史，而我们要做好计划，迎接将来，迎接新学期的挑战。

我的目标首先就是课堂要做笔记!

在课堂上做笔记是一种很好的习惯，做笔记，可以把老师讲到的重要的话语，记下来，以免疏忽!俗话说得好:“好记性不如烂笔头。”

课上做完笔记以后，还要在课下再整理一下!在有时间的情况下，可以对着墙像老师那样上课，把自己学的内容，将给墙听!这样既能温习一下课上学的内容，又能锻炼自己的口才，真是两全其美!

在学习新课的前一天，要提前预习，这样，就可以学习两遍，别人用了十分力，自己用了二十分力，那么就可以比别人学的更扎实!上课的时候就不吃力!

学生，不要注重表面的美丽，整天炫耀自己的家庭有钱，整天考虑如何打扮，不学习。学生不要太爱注重外观，心灵美才是真正的美!

这些就是我总结出来的学习目标，如果你认为好，那么你也执行吧!

After two weeks,we have a nlong holiday.It’t about a month.I’ll make a plan for my holiday.

今天是开学报到的日子。我一大早就匆匆地来到了学校。。

我领到书了之后，看了看书之后，尤其是语文书，比以前更加深奥，更加难以理解了，童话故事少了，，更加难懂的课文更多了。五颜六色的图画少了，更加贴近生活的图画更多了。但这难不倒我，我会向以前那样努力学习的

在这个学期当中，我争取，但不能说一定。我争取做到课堂上积极发言，因为有的时候，老师一出题目，我马上就想到了正确答案只不过我不敢说，因为我怕说错了。还有，我争取在写作文是不丢字、漏子，不写错别子这是我在写作文是存在地最严重的问题。

这就是我在开学后想写的内容，不过，我还是应该继续找到我的缺点并加以改正。
