一、指导思想

在校长、书记、两位级长的正确领导下，以突出体现学生主体为中心，加强学生干部队伍建设，加强学生的自我教育、民主管理能力，开展好学生的政治思想教育、道德教育、法制教育、心理健康教育，把学生培养观具有健全人格、美好心灵，具有创新精神和实践能力的××中新人。

二、班级奋斗目标

我们班的口号是“百舸争流，奋楫者先”，接手这个班以来，我一直尝试营造一种和谐发展，快乐学习，良性竞争的班级氛围，在第一节班会课上，我提出我们的奋斗目标，成绩进入前八，文明班评比进入前五。

一个学期下来，成绩方面虽然还有些不尽人意之处，但还是有很多闪光点，语文更是冲入年级前三名，物理拿了年级第一。文明班方面，虽然我们一次都没有拿到先进文明班的称号，但是五次评比中我们拿了三次第四，这无疑也给我们一个充分的信心，我们一定能做得更好!

我们这个学期的目标是学习成绩进入年级前八，至少拿一次先进文明班，争取两次甚至更多。

三、主要工作

1.加强班干部队伍建设

建立一支工作能力强、实践经验足的常务班干部队伍。开学初，进行班干部民主选举，选出新一届班委，确立以班长和团支书为核心的班级领导核心。

每个月召开一次班干部工作会议，并不定期对班干部进行工作能力培训。

为了让更多的同学得到锤炼，实行值日班干部负责制。

2.加强班级管理岗位责任制

设岗位，定人员，定工作，把班级工作分成若干岗位，每个岗位专人负责，使学生的实践能力、社会责任感得到提高。

3.加强学生自我管理

建设管理小组，由学习委员带头课代表、组长为骨干，全面负责班级学习工作;开展学习竞赛活动;开展“学习结对，共同提高”的互帮互助学习活动。

4.加强师生对话

建立师生联系制度，以周记形式有话就说，实话实说;对学生进行一对一的学习和心理辅导，争取一个学期每个学生谈话两次以上;建立师生结对活动，让学生走近老师、了解老师、激发热爱老师的热情，让老师走近学生，指导学生竖立更远大的理想、提供更科学地学习的方法、养成更好地生活态度。

5.加强学生心理教育，促进健康成长

对心理严重的学生，给予更多的关心和指导;对全体学生进行心理上的辅导、教育，引导学生心理的健康发展。

6.配合学校德育部门做好以下德育工作

2月：①优秀学生颁奖典礼;

②发动学生为灾区人民踊跃捐款;

③班干部换届选举。

3月：①组织学生“学习雷锋，乐于奉献”活动;

②播放“感动中国”，培养学生正确的人生观和价值观。

4月：①迎接“广东省心理健康教育示范学校”的复评工作;

②全力以赴，筹备参加“2009年主题班会公开课”;

③中段考前复习考试方法、技巧及心理辅导;

④“五·一”劳动节的“艰苦奋斗教育”、“爱劳动教育”、“安全教育”。

5月：①以“责任”为主题进行强化纪律的教育，增强“尊纪、守纪”意识;

Until now I’m not sure if I really have interest in teaching, although I, as a free normal student, am supposed to be a teacher in the future. 目标1

这个学期里的每一天的英语作业的涂改处都不超过两处，数学作业和语文作业都尽量做到不涂改。

措施

1.每天的作业想好再下笔开始写;

2.每次出了错误都用斜线划掉错误，然后再写一遍那个字(算式)的正确写法，这样可以节省很多时间，;

3.不要认为涂改液、涂改带改作业看起来很美观;

4.如果不想用斜线画，可以用可擦笔;

目标2

坚持每天锻炼，这样才能在下个学期的运动会上取的好成绩。

措施

1.在每周开始的第1天就将本周内在哪一天、什么时间要做的锻炼运动做出具体的计划。这可以迫使你在一个时间内同时考虑安排所有的学习、练琴时间;

2.要求每个锻炼时间段最少持续10分钟。坚持这个原则，甚至是经过一整天忙碌的学习，这个原则并不是让你做短时间的锻炼，使它成为生活的一部分;

3.和朋友一起运动，既不觉寂寞，又可以相互监督和促进;

4.头几周的锻炼计划要定在你的能力之内，否则会被残酷运动量吓到放弃的。

一、学习方面：

1、做好每一课的预习。语文先是读熟课文，认会一、二类字，不会的字查字典认会记会。然后结合课后问题和《英才教程》掌握文章的重点内容和中心思想;数学是先读几遍课文，提出问题，掌握本节的重点内容，做后面的习题;英语是先听录音，跟着读几遍，不会的单词查字典认会记会，然后翻译课文。

2、上课认真听讲，积极回答问题，做好笔记;

3、认真独立完成家庭作业，把平时的错题积累到错题本上，每次考试前复习错题集;

4、把每单元的考试成绩记录下来，以此鼓励自己取得新的提高;

5、平时多读一些课外书，多写博客，每周写2-3篇，提高自己的阅读和写作水平;

6、平时有时间多练习一些数学题，巩固数学知识;

二、其它方面：

在过去的旅途中,无论你是否拥有过欢笑,拥有个阳光,这都已成为永远的记忆,加上一把锁将它封一、做好预习。预习是学好各科的第一个环节，所以预习应做到：1、粗读教材，找出这节与哪些旧知识有联系，并复习这些知识;2、列写出这节的内容提要;3、找出这节的重点与难点;4、找出课堂上应解决的重点问题。

二、听课。学习每门功课，一个很重要的环节就是要听好课，听课应做到：1、要有明确的学习目的;2、听课要特别注重“理解”。

三、做课堂笔记。做笔记对复习、作业有好处，做课堂笔记应：1、笔记要简明扼要;2、课堂上做好笔记后，还要学会课后及时整理笔记。

四、做作业。1、做作业之前，必须对当天所学的知识认真复习，理解其确切涵义，明确起适用条件，弄清运用其解题的步骤;2、认真审题，弄清题设条件和做题要求;3、明确解题思路，确定解题方法步骤;4、认真仔细做题，不可马虎从事，做完后还要认真检查;5、及时总结经验教训，积累解题技巧，提高解题能力;6、遇到不会做的题，不要急于问老师，更不能抄袭别人的作业，要在复习功课的基础上，要通过层层分析，步步推理，多方联系，理出头绪，要下决心独立完成作业;7、像历史、地理、生物、政治这些需要背的科目，要先背再做。

五、课后复习。1、及时复习;2、计划复习;3、课本、笔记和教辅资料一起运用;4、提高复习质量。
