在课题组领导具体组织下，高二年级10个班级全部明确任务，由各班语文老师负责具体组织实施。

实施方法：

1.沙龙形式，师生探讨例作，在讨论中明白作文的要求及相关的写作理论；

2.先让几个班先做作文，形成“学生下水作文”，然后研究存在的问题，以利其余各班做好作文；

3.强调绿色作文，反对虚情假意的编造；注重情境下作文，达到“直抒性灵”的目的；

4.语言，结构，写作技巧等备有专项资料，用以指导学生训练，训练中既注重局部，更注重整体；

5.大力做好科学的评析工作，教师、学生都应写出评析体会备有实录，特别是解剖麻雀，务必得到一文的写作真谛；

6.班与班之间可以大范围交流，推出“作文之星”加以表扬，打破作文封闭界限，坚决走开放性的路子；

7.邀请文艺界名家来校讲学交流，使学生能够在实践基础上，得到一点“点化”、一点感悟，最终内化为自己的东西；

8.教师积极撰写下水作文，积极参与学生感兴趣的话题讨论，实践中把握写作规律以及学生思想动态；

9.开展各种评选活动，对外推荐佳作，激励小作者迎难而上，以一流的意识写好作文。

六、评估手段

1、组建评估小组，由备课组长任评委会负责人，统筹安排；学生作文按语言、结构、思想、创新等诸元逐项考核；

2、用各类征文竞赛、考场作文的成绩作为系列指标来衡量作文教学的优劣及学生整体水平。

3、课间尽量复习上堂课老师讲的内容;

5、晚饭后一会儿必须重新开始学习;

6、睡觉前读一次数或背一次书。

老师说，五年级学习难度要加大。我想对五年级的自己说说话：在学习方面，我希望自己学习进步，考试加油，我会认真做好上课老师的笔记。语，数，英要争取科科考A，能做到A+我想我会乐坏的。

体育方面，我要坚持早晚训练，坚持打篮球，希望我的篮球技术有所提升，投篮的准确率提高。另外，我还想锻炼一下我的体能，因为妈妈总说我体力不够，耐力不够。

五年级，我想学会更多的菜式，我想在母亲节那天或是妈妈生日的时候，做一次饭给妈妈吃。虽然我现在的水平还是只停留在能把菜煮熟的阶段。

我还想在五年级放假时，去一次国外旅游，我要自己去与外国人沟通，能表达出自己的意思，所以我要更认真学习外语。

五年级是一个关口，是一个新的开始，可能会学一个新技能，学业会加重，妈妈一样会唠叨，我会长大，有自己的想法，不知道我会不会变得叛逆，希望别把妈妈气得太坏，要知道我一百万分的爱她。

有点期待五年级了。

1.空闲时间多看课外书，每天记1~2条好词佳句,按老师的指导进行写作练习。争取每次作文练习都在95分以上。

2.提前老师的讲解做考纲和全品的题目，前天晚上认真预习。多做深，精的题目，拓展思维。

3.每天坚持朗读外语作品，养成良好的语感。认真识记考纲后面的单词，严格避免中考因单词而失分。认真复习和预习全品的考点聚焦和附录，要求重点掌握语法，句型。注意活学活用。

4.循环复习和背诵常用原子质量表，元素化合价，酸、碱、盐溶解表，严格避免因为忘记它们而在中考中失分。认真识记和归纳老师给出的化学方程式，要求活学活用，知道反应条件，反应结果。

5.认真识记物理公式，物质常量，电学和光学是物理里我最薄弱的环节，我要跟随老师的总复习，认真，仔细的巩固电学和光学知识。根据考纲认真复习各点知识，按时完成作业，做笔记。

6.根据考纲认真复习历史知识点，在未来的2个多月里循环复习，加强记忆，认真记忆老师归纳的口诀，表格，利用它们能很好的记忆知识点，关注今年发生的时事，联系时事与中学历史的联系。

7.根据考纲与全品上面的题目和知识点循环复习，背诵。由于今年中考政治变得很活，所以不能死记硬背，要活学活用，认真参考其他地市的中考题目。

以上的学习计划要认真实施，成功在于行动，过一段时间要仔细分析检查现状，与制定的计划。

新学期学习计划600字作文

“新的一学期，当然有新的计划啦!”我兴奋地说。然后我拿出了一张学习安排表。

每天早晨起床要读英语(除了节假日)，如果还有时间的话就与爸爸打羽毛球。不迟到早退，到了学校，马上走进课室，拿出书本大声朗读。

上课铃打响后，就先准备好学习用具，安静坐好等待老师上课。在课堂上我要认真听讲并做好记录，有利于让我考上惠高，这是我考初中的目标，我要加倍努力学习!要让成绩像火箭一样，“嗖!嗖!嗖!”地往上升!

在周末期间，我要多看课外书，让自己的知识范围扩大，不但学习要好，还要有好的体能呢!所以我要多加练习篮球，在早上尽量跑步和骑单车。让自己有个强壮的身体才不会生病而让自己的成绩下降。

我一定会严格遵守以上的内容，让自己文武双全，样样精通。

Until now I’m not sure if I really have interest in teaching, although I, as a free normal student, am supposed to be a teacher in the future. Once I dreamed to be a businesswoman or an official, while it seemed that the choice, which I made out of having no way out one year ago, changed everything. In spite of that, I still believe a promising future is waiting for me. What I need to do is making a new plan for it and keeping the pursuit of it.

It’s clear that I have to teach as a volunteer in the country for two years after my graduation. Maybe I will get on with the children in the JingGangshan, the poorest area in Jiangxi for the years. Being knowledgeable and full of energy, surely I will make a difference there. Knowledge is strength, especially in the competitive society today. Therefore during those two years I decide to proceed my study as a postgraduate. Some years later, I may quit teaching unless I find I’m real interesting in teaching.

第一要认真听课，改变上课开小差、分心走神的小毛病。只有认真听课，通过老师的精辟讲解，才能掌握课文的重点、难点、要点，才能融汇贯通，做到举一反三。

第二要虚心向老师、同学请教，做到不耻下问。古语说得好“三人同行必有我师”，只有不懂就问，虚心向别人学习，自己才能取得进步！

第三要认真完成课堂作业，改掉粗心、马虎的坏习惯。只有通过自己反复思考，认真对待每一道习题，书写整洁，按时按质按量完成老师布置的课堂作业。

第四要认真背诵课文，特别是英语单词和例句。改变死记硬背的坏习惯，重在理解才能收到事半功倍的好效果！只有通过自己的不断努力，不断尝试才能记熟背牢，让背诵课文不再是难题。

第五要多看课外书，开阔自己的视野。只有不断积累知识，留心观察身边的人和事，那怕一草一木的变化，只有这样的原始积累，才能写出好作文，好的作文题材总是来源于日常生活！

以上就是我的新学期计划，我一定按照自己的计划来认真执行，只有通过自己的努力，我相信一分耕耘自有一分收获，付出的汗水和努力是不会白费的，是一定会成功的！

新的学期开始了，我即将步入四年级。面对成长脚印中的《新学期新打算》，我又赶紧给自己订计划，期待自己能够保持优点，改正不足，让自己越来越棒。

1、根据要求预习各门学科，做好各项备注，划好重点，提出问题，提高学习效率。

2、做到专心听讲，多思考，多总结，加强对学习内容的回顾与巩固，确保能完全理解所学知识，让自己的成绩有更大的进步。

3、认真完成每一项课后作业，确保字写得又快又好看，作业整洁漂亮，正确率高。

4、继续保持整理错题的习惯，加强对错题的理解，坚持重复训练，让错误不再重新出现。

5、像尼克胡哲一样，对自己有强大的信心，坚信每个人都是独一无二的，学会鼓励自己，找到自己的优点并不断放大，努力、坚持，一定会成为有价值的人。

新学期开始虽然还是早着呢,但为了在新学期更加明确自己的目标，还是早点有个打算吧，因为，有了好的打算，才有可能制订出好的计划，有了一个好的计划，才会明确自己的目标，明确了自己目标，才能使自己自觉地去努力进取。为此，我把新学期的打算和目标记录成文，以便在新的学期开始时能按以下的打算来制定出自己周密的日常学习计划。
