一：成功的因素

——读《八十天环游地球》有感

今年暑期，我看了许多课外书，其中有一本书真是令我大开眼界，书名是《八十天环游地球》。炎炎夏日里，我窝在空调房里，不到三天工夫，就把这整本书都看完了。因为我觉得这本书很好看，所以我不看完就不舍得放下。

这本书主要说了一个叫福克的人，用了八十天的时间环游地球的故事。因为那时候还没有飞机，所以他们用八十天环游地球特别的难。故事情节跌宕起伏，福格先生花了毕生的钱打了一个赌，这个赌令他找到了他生命的另一半，而由于一个糊涂探长的糊涂行动使他失去了那些钱，在这样的情况下他还能乐观地面对生活，结局出乎意料他以时差赢得了那些奖金。

沉着冷静，机智聪明，沉默寡言，风度翩翩的英国绅士福克先生;行侠仗义，对主人忠贞不二，义无反顾的维护主人的名誉与安全的热血男儿“路路通”。两人争分夺秒，勇往直前。

看完这本书，我又明白了一个道理：成为发现者和发明家靠知识是远远不够，还要有胆量和创新精神。

读了这本书以后，我还做了一件“傻事”呢!那天，我在剥山核桃吃，山核桃的壳又硬又厚，牙齿咬有时咬不动，钳子一钳肉都碎了。我就想：有什么工具能把山核桃剥得又大块又省力呢?忽然，我就想起了妈妈剥橙子的工具，橙子的皮也很难剥，可是妈妈用剥橙器很快就能搞定了。我把那家伙找了出来，把山核桃放了进去……结果呢，不但没剥开山核桃，却差点让自己的手指头去掉一层皮。哎，我还自以为做了一件跟福克先生相似的事呢!看来光有胆量和创新精神还是不够的，注意细节也是十分重要的。

难怪妈妈知道后指着我的脑瓜说我：“小傻瓜，你也不想橙子皮和山核桃的壳一个是软的，一个是很坚硬的东西吗?”妈妈还把这件事宣扬了出去，让我又羞又恼了好几天。

看来，我要向福克先生学习的东西还很多很多。

二：自信是成功的秘诀

每个人都希望自己获得成功。读书的希望成绩优秀;演戏的希望观众赞赏;做工的希望超额完成任务;经商的希望赚钱;从政的希望政绩赫赫……成功，可能有许多因素，但自信是一个重要的因素。爱迪生说：“自信，是成功的第一秘诀”。

我们要想干成一件事，要想取得成功，首先要战胜自己，战胜怯懦，战胜自卑，否则永远也不会获得成功!

自信，是建筑在对前途充满必胜基础之上的优秀心理素质。爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表以后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对挞伐不屑一顾，他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人发驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零”。他坚定了必胜的信念，坚持研究，终于使“相对论”成为20世纪的伟大理论，为世人瞩目。

自信，不是盲目的自大，不是乱拍胸脯，而是智慧与才能的结晶。

湖北有个叫程抱金的青年，他在工作中萌发了把数学模型用于企业成本管理的念头。当时仅仅有中专学历，难以承担这项研究重任。然而他确信此项研究的光辉前景，于是他边补习高等数学，边进行探究。这时他不仅困难重重，而且还遭到一些人的冷嘲热讽，说他是“丑小鸭”。然而自信一直支撑着他，在各方面的帮助，他终于取得了成功。不懈的努力、必胜的信心是他成功的动力;冷静的分析、刻苦的学历是他美梦成真的伴侣。可见，没有自信心不行，没有脚踏实地的学习也不行。

历史上无数成功的事例和经验，证明了自信之于成功的重要;历史上无数失败的事例和教训，也从反面证明了自信之于成功的重要。固然，盲目的自信是自大，要不得;而妄自菲薄过度自卑也要不得。试想每当做一件事情时，总是过分地夸大困难，总是对自己的力量估计不足，前怕狼，后怕虎，那怎么能去迎着困难和挑战奋勇前进呢?自信，对于承担众人的跨世纪的接班人尤为重要，它不仅是我们现在取得优异学业的保证，它也是我们将来肩负众人的重要条件。

三：成功来自勤奋

翻开历史的画卷，我们可以清楚地看到，古今中外的伟人名士，专家学者，他们成功的奥秘之一都是勤奋。

不是吗?我国著名的生物学家童第周，上中学时，他考试不及格，老师要让他留级，同学们笑他，他不悲观失望，从此发奋学习，最后取得了优异的成绩。出国留学时他又刻苦钻研，为中国争了光，成了世界著名的生物学家。还有连学都没上过的张海迪姐姐，身残志坚，勤奋学习，克服了健康人也难以克服的苦难，硬是攻克了几门外语。

古往今来，许多誉满全球的伟人，他们的每一项发明创造，每一次成功，都是要流下滴滴汗水，留下步步脚印的。他们的成功都是靠着自己的勤奋钻研而得来的。

成功的关键在于勤奋，勤能补拙是良训，一分辛劳一分才，只有勤奋才能取得成功。传说古希腊有一个叫德摩斯梯尼的演说家，因小时口吃，登台演讲时，声音含混，发音不准，常常被雄辩的对手压倒。可是他气不馁，心不灰，为克服这个弱点，战胜雄辩的对手，便每天口含石子面对大海朗诵，不管春夏秋冬，坚持五十年如一日，连爬山，跑步也边走边做演说，终于成为全希腊一个最有名气的演说家。这样的事例不正说明勤奋可以克服一切困难，战胜一切，从而取得成功吗?不是正告诉人们，一切事物都要勤奋吗?

鲁迅之所以渊博，正是因为他把别人喝咖啡的时间，都用来汲取精神养料。

李时珍的《本草纲目》的写成，正是由于他27个年头的跋山涉水，“访采四方”，“搜罗百代”的成果。

高尔基说过：“天才出于勤奋”。卡莱尔也说过：“天才就是无止境地刻苦勤奋的努力”。这些名人的经验之谈告诉我们，只有勤奋，才能成功

物理学家牛顿;化学界的大师诺贝尔、门捷列夫;放射性元素的发现者居里夫人……他们之所以有这样伟大的成就，有一个重要的因素，就是由于他们都是勤奋学习，不耻下问，大胆实践，用于向失败挑战的人。而最后呢，他们胜利了，成功了。无数事实证明了这样一个真理：成功来自勤奋。只会不是自然的恩赐，而是勤奋的结果。

在当今这个竞争激烈尔虞我诈的社会中，家长们普遍抱有“望子成龙，望女成凤”的心态与期待。但或许正是如此，使家长们与孩子们产生了巨大的分歧--那就是成功的主导因素，究竟是环境，还是人为?

古往今来，不知你可曾细心的发现中国的许多成功人士都是从贫穷的大山中走出来的呢?我曾看过这样一篇采访稿，稿中采访的是我国某知名成功人士。记者唯一就问了一个问题：请问您曾为自己出身于贫穷的大山中而自卑吗?又是什么力量激励你使你拥有今天这样的成功呢?”他是这样回答的：“说不曾为自己的悲凉身世自卑是假的。每当看见城里或山里稍稍富有一点点的人家的孩子可以过上优越的生活我就非常羡慕，但也正是这一点让我意识到在这个社会只有掌握知识来改变命运。但我也保持一点的心态：每一个生命都是平凡而伟大的，每一个生命都有其存在的意义，所以我不会看不起自己，我不认为自己和别人有什么尊卑之分。正是自己的理想意志以及面对有无知识的截然不同的命运激励着我前进直至今天的成功”在这个例子中我们可以看到，环境气的是次要的激励奋发作用，而自己的心态自己的思想则是决定你命运的主导因素，它就像死神一般，紧紧的扼住我们的喉咙。

再来，说说社会上现存的普遍现象：学校有名校和烂学校之分，班级有实验班、重点班、普通班之分。许多家长都很肤浅很表面的认为只要把孩子送入名校就万事大吉，但是若把一个不爱学习整天混日子的学生放入清华北大又一定能成才吗?相反，若是把一个爱学习的品学兼优的学生放进大山里，不可否认的是这个学生的成绩依旧会好他的未来和前途依旧光明。现在的学生也反驳家长说明环境的重要性，是，确实环境有一定部分的影响因素。但我们可曾想过为什么从有那么多成功的人士从大山出来呢?我们可曾想过他们的学习环境是多么恶劣他们所用的教学设备是多么稀少不足?

无论是从以上还有现实许多成功人士的示例还是客观分析都为当今备受家长与孩子争议的成功的主导因素中可得出一个结论：那就是人为是主导的，也就是你的心态你的思想大部分决定你的未来。而环境只是辅助你的成功，作为次要激励你罢了。

所谓思想决定未来，知识决定命运，性格决定心态。同学们，在你们正确的分析了主导成功轻重的因素后能调整自己，迎接挑战，为自己创下一个美好而成功的未来!

Firstly， whatever you do， you must be punctual and hard-working. If you sow a good seed， you will get a good harvest. If the seed is in poor quality， the harvest will also be very bad. And if you sow nothing， you will get nothing at all. Nothing.

首先，无论你做什么，你必须要守时和勤奋。如果你种下良好的种子，你会有一个好的收获。如果种子的质量不好，收获也将会是不乐观的。如果你没有耕耘，你将什么都得不到。什么都没有。

Secondly， you must be honest. As honesty is the moral tuition that everyone should have. If you treat other people friendly and sincerely， others will also respect you.
