今天是冬至，妈妈说要吃饺子，冬至吃饺子是我家乡的风俗，早上吃过饭妈妈和我就去超市买包饺子用的材料。有鸡蛋和韭菜，买完菜回到家妈妈就没闲着，就开始剁馅，然后我就学妈妈以前的样子，开始和面。因为是第一次和面，首先我把一碗面倒到盆里，浇上温开水就开始和起面来，看起来有模有样的，可是完全不像想象的那么简单，不是水少了，面太干了，就是水倒多了，和的面就变稀了，反复了好多次才把面和好，但是和的面却太多了，恐怕我们一中午都吃不完，这时，妈妈的饺子馅也剁好了，我们就忙活起来，开始包饺子了。

饺子在妈妈的教导下，似像似不像的都包好了，最后终于吃上了，我自己包的饺子。

真是开心的一天呀!

Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see from the TV that panda is less than before, it is not only because of the damage of the environment, but also the weakness of the panda. Everybody loves panda, it is so lovely, a panda has two black eyes, it is very lazy, it likes sleeping all the time. When we see its round body shape, we can’t help loving them. In order to see the lovely animal, we need to protect them. We must protect the environment, like not to throw the rubbish away, not to cut down the trees. 在学校里，老师常常会交给我们一些保护眼睛的有效方法，例如写作业时手要离笔尖一寸，肚子要离桌面一拳，头要离书本一尺，要在正确的地方看书，而且还要经常做眼保健操。但这些却最容易被同学们忽视。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

最后奉劝大家：我们一定要爱惜自己仅有的这一双眼睛，使我们的每一天都充满光明!
