上小学二年级时，偶尔捡到一本被人丢弃已残缺不全的古书，到现在我还奇怪自己当时竟无师自通地将那本艰涩难懂的书“读”完了，虽说读得云里雾里，但从那以后我对书的渴求便疯长如夏季的雨林，常常为书中各种人物或喜或怒，似痴如狂，为人物的命运而魂牵梦绕，柔肠百结。我像一尾快乐的鱼儿在书的海洋中畅游，如饥似渴的汲取着琼浆玉液。书中的精警之语就像广阔的海洋中漂浮着奇珍异宝，溢光流彩，使我如痴如醉。通过她，我欣赏了贝多芬、肖邦不朽的旋律，罗曼·罗兰和巴尔扎克永恒的声音，领略了丹纳、罗素闪光的哲理，李白、苏东坡恣肆的文笔，孔子、王国维精辟的思想。读到精彩处，或颔首，或惊讶；为其中精辟独到的见解而折服，不时发出“妙哉妙哉”的赞叹。

书不但满足了我的求知欲，而且弥补了我精神世界的空虚。我从中汲取了一种精神，一种积极的、向上的东西，使我少了意气用事的莽撞、睚眦必报的狭隘，不再为芝麻粒般的琐事斤斤计较、大伤肝脾。每当我为取得萤火虫光般大小的成绩而沾沾自喜时，书令我惊醒；每当我彷徨迷惘时，书给我启示。她使我少了些浮躁，多了份淡泊，使我豁达乐观的面对生活。

书不仅丰富了我的精神生活，也丰富了我的情感世界，使我成了一个具有辞让之心、恻隐之心、是非之心、羞恶之心的人。

书是我生命的支点，我喜欢书。

我的课外生活丰富多彩，画画、下棋、跳绳……没有一个不是我喜欢的。但跑步是我生活中必不可少的一部分，也是我最喜欢的一项运动。

每天，我早早地起了床，洗完脸，就沿着小区的大路跑两圈。这天，我从家里出来，太阳公公刚露出小脸。“早上好，太阳公公，又是新的一天了。”说完，就伸伸脖子，弯弯腰，甩甩脚，做起准备活动来了。

“三、二、一，起跑！”我在心里默默念道。“艘”地一声，我像一阵风一样跑了出去，一口气跑出了一百多米。开始，我跑得很轻松，一点也不觉得累。过了一会儿，我的能量好像要用完了，气喘吁吁，大颗大颗的汗珠从我脸上滚落下来，腿上像绑了两块大石头，迈不开脚了。呼吸也变得非常急促，心跳得也非常厉害，我真想坐下来休息一会儿。一阵微风吹过，身边的小树、小草随风飘舞，好像都在为我“加油”似的。我鼓足劲，放慢脚步，任凭豌豆般的汗珠从后背落下。坚持就是胜利！

早上晨跑的时间结束了，回到家，吃着妈妈做的香喷喷的早餐，心里可高兴了。

今天跑步，感到格外的轻松。觉得自己仿佛领悟到了跑步其实并非一件难事！

其实跑步时，只要保持速度，保持在自己呼吸最正常，不会喘不过气，自认为跑得较为轻松的速度。不要时常飞快地跑或停下来走，因为这样会比一直跑更累。

不要一边跑步一边说话，这样，会使自己更难受。

最重要的是坚持，想着自己既然已经迈入了跑道的起点，就要坚持跑到终点！就像面临敌人一样，要勇敢地向前冲，而不是临时打退堂鼓和半途而废。因为被世人纪念的永远是向前冲的人而不是打退堂鼓和半途而废的人。

不要想着还没跑的路程，而应着眼于眼前的一小步，跑了这一步，再跑下一步，直到完成了自己的任务。这时，我便可以惊奇地回头看看，自己所跑过的路程是多么漫长。

我最喜欢的运动员是中国女排姑娘王一梅.

王一梅她胖胖的,身高1米91,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

只有20岁的一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!

大概是四年级吧，我开始注意篮球，从不懂到了解，从只知道投篮到学会防守，这都多亏哥哥的耐心教导，我们也因为篮球而拥有许多美好、快乐的日子。

对哥哥来说，今天是个重要的日子，早上九点就把我挖起来，跟他一起看美国职篮季后赛的实况转播。火箭队今天的输赢会影响到晋级与否，它的对手正是西区第三强——马刺队。从球赛的一开始，哥哥就很紧张的对着电视又叫又跳，我虽然不像哥哥如此激动，可是看到球员精彩的表现，我也会跟着鼓掌。最后火箭队还是输了，但我看到了不少好球，其中有一幕令我印象十分深刻——火箭球员杀进禁区，被二、三个防守员团团的包围，忽然他纵身一跳，飞跃过阻挡在前的障碍，那弹跳力，那爆发力和在空中滞留的时间，哇！真是深深的吸引我啊！

有时，哥哥会带我去打篮球，他会教我如何进攻和如何防守。虽然我不是打得很好，但我还是和哥哥玩得很开心。有时，我会坐在球场边，看着哥哥跟对手打球，哥哥的球技真的很好，无论是得分或防守，哥哥总是打得对方伏首称臣。有这么一个会打球的哥哥，真是光荣！

其实，我并不怎么喜欢篮球，可是哥哥却很喜爱；而如果我不懂篮球的话，我和哥哥就会形同陌路。所以，我还满感谢篮球这运动，使我跟哥哥有共同的话题。
