1956年10月，中央任命聂荣臻为国务院副总理、科学规划委员会党组书记，他肩上的担子更重了。在那段时间，聂荣臻连打网球、打台球的时间都没有了，甚至把台球桌交还给了有关单位，看球的机会也少了。但他始终坚持散步。无论是盛夏还是寒冬，他总要利用各种机会走一走、散散步。聂荣臻曾说过：身体是革命事业的资本，这个资本不能丢。他还以亲身体会向他人介绍散步的好处与方法。三年自然灾害期间，有一次，一些干部向他反映：我们的科技人员，甚至有一些老科学家，由于缺少必要的食品与营养，不少人得了浮肿病。聂荣臻得知后心情十分不安。他立即以自己的名义向海军、北京、广州、济南、沈阳等军区领导同志呼吁，请求他们尽快设法给予支援，调拨给国防科研战线一批猪肉、鱼、海带、黄豆、水果等副食品。这些食品以中央和军委的名义很快分配给了每个专家和科技人员。他自己带头捐款购买营养品分送给科研第一线的知识分子，还呼吁大家都来关心科研工作者的身体健康，并要求各级行政领导和政治机关工作人员做好科研人员的后勤工作，关心他们的吃饭、住房、小孩入托、两地分居、业余生活、体育锻炼等问题。他说：要把科研工作者的身体健康问题作为大事来抓，好身体是搞科研的资本，这个资本丢不得。

聂荣臻常风趣地说：“人生70而拐，80而车。我的体会是，人过了70岁，行动就离不开拐杖了，过了80岁，行动就离不开手推轮椅了。”然而，就是在这样的情况下，他仍然持之以恒、锻炼不辍。不能拄着拐杖散步，就扶着手推轮椅或由人架着散步。后来实在不行了，就在轮椅上、躺椅上、病床上做各种动作，活动四肢。

我喜欢打篮球，记得上小学三年级的时候，我就迷上了篮球！就是在那个时候我知道了NBA有个小飞侠“科比-布莱恩特”和亚洲第一个进入NBA的小巨人“姚明”

三年级的时候，我看见六年级的大哥哥们打篮球，心想“他们这么厉害，我也要像他们那样！”从此，我喜欢打篮球了，可是我不会投篮，只会抛球，怎么样呢？那一天晚上，我看了NBA的一场常规赛，看到他们的抢断、投篮和盖帽，是多么的厉害啊！我学着热火队的6号投篮，我慢慢的学，我终于学会了投篮姿势。这个问题刚完成，紧接着另一个问题来了！为什么我运球的时候总是走步和什么双带呢？我找到了答案，是体育老师告诉我的，不过具体李老师说什么我已经记不大清楚了！

五年级的时候，我的篮球技术有明显的进步，那个时候我已经会三步上篮和投外线三分了！这让我高兴了好几天，不过我还是有个极大的缺点，那就是运球太高太高了！运球太高非常容易走步，更容易伤到自己。从那个时候，我慢慢的改正了这个不好的缺点。那个时候，我们在篮球上玩了一个游戏，这个有趣叫“晋级”，那个时候我在这个游戏总是打赢罗凯洋和梁凯镕。。。。。。他们说他们总有一天会打败我的，我想这也有可能，但随着我的精准度慢慢的提升，他们不玩篮球了！慢慢的从可能逆转为不可能了！

让我永远不会忘记的是上六年级的时候，那时我加入了篮球队，自从我加入了篮球队以后，我每一节体育课我都会和朋友玩晋级！除了李老师让我练东西。

在一年四季中，我最喜欢美丽的春天，因为当春姐姐来临的时候，整个大自然都美丽起来了。

春风吹绿了柳梢，吹青了小草，吹皱了河水，吹鼓了植物的花苞。在冬天，柳树像生命垂危的老人，奄奄一息，等待着最后的死亡，但在这时，春姐姐把柳树的生命救了回来，让柳树把头抬起来，像一位绅士似的，把湖面保护好，不让人类把垃圾扔在湖里。春姐姐把那天真、活泼、调皮捣蛋的小鸟给抓来了，小鸟们在同一棵大树上正叽叽喳喳的开着演唱会。突然，一只小鸟飞走了，我跟着它，谁知这只调皮捣蛋的小鸟正在用嘴啄着我们学校里的篮球架上的网，好像视死如归似的，跟篮球网一起奋战到最后一刻。

春天的时候，春姐姐把自已化了一个美丽的妆，帮小草、花朵也化了一个妆，让鲜花变得更鲜艳、更香、还喷了点香水。

春姑娘吹遍了整个大自然，吹遍了我们的红领巾，让它随风飘荡，吹拂着花草树木，让它们变得更加美丽，变成了绿树红花。
