如今我不再惧怕游泳了，反而比以前更热爱这个运动，不但我的肺活量增大，游泳技术也进步不少，如果不是当初家人给我鼓励和支持，给了我极大的勇气，让我知道凡事都会碰到挫折和困难的，也让我得到了一个启示「一分努力、一分收获」。因此希望大家可以多运动，一方面享受其中的乐趣，另一方面又可以健身喔！
