跑步时要注意的事项有：不能跑太快、才不会一直摔倒；吃饭后，不能跑，否则会消化不良；也不能在走廊上奔跑，只能在操场或空地跑；此外还要瞻前顾后，小心不要撞到别人；如此一来，才能玩得开心、安全 。

我们班第一个出场的是何秉臻, 他参加的项目是60米跑步, 我们有的喊着口号, 有的举着牌子给他加油, 何秉臻好像听到了我们的加油声, 越跑越快, 取得了第四名的好成绩。

吴星均参加的是200米和400米跑步， 发令枪一响， 他不顾一切地往前跑， 最终2个项目都得了第二名， 楼炫杭参加的是垒球， 他竟然扔了40.8米， 破了三年级的记录， 真是太棒了!

说说我们班的“女将军”吴芮瑶吧! 她参加的是60米跑， 虽然她在最后冲刺的时候不小心摔倒在地上，膝盖磨破了一块皮， 但她一滴眼泪也没流， 最终以第五名的成绩为我们班争得了宝贵的2分， 她也是我们班唯一得分的女同学， 她勇敢的精神值得我们学习。

这就是我们的运动会， 怎么样? 他们都付出了自己的心血为班级争光， 他们的努力没有白费， 我们班的分数是一年更比一年高， 谢谢你们 - 运动员。

说到我喜欢的运动，当然就是打羽毛球了，这是我从小就会的体育运动。

一个风和日丽的早晨，表哥约我到楼下去打羽毛球，我和妈妈拿着羽毛球急匆匆的跑到楼下。只见楼下有许多人都在打羽毛球。我们找了一块宽阔的空地，我和表哥做好了充分的准备。

于是，激烈的“家球赛”开始了。妈妈喊了一声：“开始!”我和表哥就投入到这场激烈的“家庭大战”中。先有表哥发球，他发了一个高吊球，妈妈突然说：“快后退，快后退!”听到喊声我急忙后退，我用球拍打了一个“仰天球”，表哥没注意，所以球落在了他的场地上，我赢了一球。

哥哥垂头丧气的坐在石头上，好像在想，我一定要扳回下一局。

第二局开始了，哥哥发球，我把球迎了过去，表哥没接住，又失了一球。“我又赢了!”我高兴的大叫起来。

接下来的一局，哥哥全神贯注的盯着球，结果，二比一，我赢了。

通过这次“家庭大战”，我懂得了做事既要投入，又要有不服输的精神。
