老师开始测试我们短跑的，老师用那洪亮的声音：“各就位……”哎呀!虽然不是正式比赛，但我的心直砰砰跳，两手不停地颤抖着……“咆!”哇!一阵风吹来，整个人像飞似的，在无限地狂奔着，血液循环加剧，激情斗志在脑中不停跳动，凉风吹过，仿佛浮在半空中，风“呼呼”地在耳边吼叫，人们激动得在我耳边呐喊……也许，是满腔热情让我喜欢上跑步;也许，是挑战的动力让我喜欢上跑步;也许，是那轻盈的脚步让我喜欢上跑步。在我的脑海里，有千千万万个也许，总言之，就是跑步的精神与动力吸引了我。

跑步让人烦恼像汗水一样流去，激动与斗志让风轻轻吹入脑中。让我们一起去努力，让我们一起去奋斗!

My Favourite Fruit Of all the fruits, I like apples best. First it is very beautiful. It is red and round. You can’t help eating it when you see it. Second, it is very sweet. It is really a kind of enjoyment when you taste it. Third, it is said that apples are very good for our health. 我最喜欢的运动是打篮球，因为我爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢?每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性”这有何难?小菜一碟!我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意，。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗?”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人!

打篮球，这就是我最喜欢的运动!

Of the fruits of the year I give my vote to the orange. In the first place it is a perennial--if not in actual fact, at least in the greengrocer’s shop. Bread and rice, beef and mutton, eggs and milk, are not more necessary to an ordered existence than the orange.

It is well that the commonest fruit should be also the best. Of the virtues of the orange I have not room fully to speak. It has properties of health giving, as it cures influenza and establishes the complexion. It is clean, for whoever handles it on its way to your table but handles its outer covering, its top coat, which is left in the hall. It is round, and forms an excellent substitute with the young for a tiny football. The pips can be flicked at your enemies, and quite a small piece of peel makes a slide for an old gentleman.
