首先，要把基本功打牢，才能完成行云流水的过人动作，由于练基本功需要一定的时间，于是我就报名在篮球班里来训练。这篮球训练看似是一个小事，其实里面还有很多内涵。首先，它让我养成了早起的好习惯。每天早晨六点半，当许多同学还在床上做梦时，我已经收拾好装备准备出门；其次，它让我养成了良好的生活习惯，在以前，我袜子、内裤脏了直接扔在地上不管，而现在打完球后，如果不洗，就意味着第二天就没有可以换的了，所以篮球“强迫”我养成了良好的生活习惯。然后是练球让我养成了持之以恒的毅力，其实每个动作练起来很枯燥，不练就不能熟能生巧。总之，在篮球班中，让我养成了很多好习惯。

随着年龄不断增长，我的身高和篮球技术突飞猛进，开始与小伙伴们打比赛，通过与小伙伴的“野战”，我不仅有了更多的经验，而且还学会了分享、团结、友爱。分享指当球友打的很累时但又没有水喝，自己这时慷慨解囊来给他买水，而有时候自己缺水时，球友就会来帮助我。团结指当自己这一方在比赛落后时，不能够仗着自己技术高，很“毒”，应该要多传球，多交流，最终靠配合绝地反击。最后一点便是友爱，在篮球运动中，难免会有身体接触，难免会有把对方撞倒或弄伤的时候，所以这时候应该主动把对方拉起来，问候一下对方状况，这不仅能够浇灭对方内心上的火头，还能够增进双方友谊，所以，篮球让我尝到的东西太多太多。

篮球不仅仅是一项运动，更是一种精神，它能够让我体会到付出汗水后的快乐，此时此刻，我只想用一句广告词代表我内心想法：“爱篮球，没理由”。

每个人都有自己喜欢的运动，比如：跳绳、跳高、游泳?????? 可是，我喜欢跑步，尤其是飞跑的那种。我喜欢跑起来飞快的感觉，喜欢那种勇往直前的劲头儿，更喜欢听耳边的风声。尤其是跑出一身痛快淋漓的大汗以后，回家洗个澡，别提有多舒服啦。 在学校，如果那个男生招惹了我们女生, 下课后，我们女生就“围剿” 他。因为我跑得快，常常派我去“追捕”。我就一直追、追、追!追得他气喘吁吁、筋疲力尽，说：“小美女，别追啦!我不行啦。”我就把他“押”回来，女生们 围上来给他来一顿“少林拧耳朵”、“武当十三掐”。哼! 在家里，也经常和爷爷赛跑。当爷爷跑不过要落后的时候，就常耍小花招儿，不是拽我衣服，就是拉我的胳膊，可赖啦。尽管这样，也总是我赢，当“冠军”的感觉真好! 跑步，不仅锻炼身体，还能在赛跑中体验到乐趣。
