我从小就有许许多多喜欢的运动，它们像天上那闪闪发光的小星星，怎么数也数不清。但是，我最喜欢的一项运动就是爬杆。

我之所以喜欢爬杆这项运动，是因为我在上幼儿园的时候，我是我们班女生里最淘气的一个，大家都叫我“淘汽包”。而我爬杆这项运动也是很多女生不敢做的，全班只有两个女生敢和男生比，我就是其中一个，这让我很自豪。

我记得那是一个阳光明媚的早上，我和两个男生比赛爬杆。虽然我是个淘气包什么都敢跟男生比，但是我从小就有点恐高，所以爬着爬着感觉越来越怕，只好灰溜溜地滑了下来。我低着头说：“我……我……我输了!”其实我的心里有一百个的不服气。

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐。

星期三，我和同学们在操场上玩篮球。一不小心，两个篮球都被我们投到了沙坑旁的大树上。

这可怎么办呢？大家急得团团转。突然，有人用力摇起了树枝，大概是想把篮球摇下来。我们眼睛一眨都不眨地望着树上的篮球盼望着它们早点掉下来。大树上的叶子像雪花一样哗哗地往下落，不一会儿，地上就出现了一块绿地毯，一些脏东西也趁机掉进了我们的眼睛里，害得大家拼命地擦。可两个篮球却像睡着了似的，稳稳地躺在叶丛中毫无动静。

“爬上去！”不知谁喊了一声。这个主意不错。大家一致推选爬树高手嘟嘟担此重任。可惜篮球飞得实在太高了，根本碰不到。

这时，又有人想出了一个办法：用东西砸。大家找来一些大小不一的石头，仰着脖子瞄准篮球用力往上扔。一时间“嘭——嘭——”的声音不绝于耳。可是石头太轻了，不管我们怎么用力，篮球还是纹丝不动。看到这样的情形，我急忙跑到体育老师那儿借来一个篮球。我对准树上的篮球用力一砸，哈哈，一个篮球动了动，从树上滚了下来。看到这么大的进步，我信心十足地拿起球又使劲一砸。别说篮球没砸到，连这个球也飞上了树。我没办法，只好拿着最后一个球再赌一把。可惜没成功，结果三个球都上了树。唉！这次真可谓是“偷鸡不成蚀把米”了。

没办法，我只好去求助老师。老师一听就有了主意：“传达室不是有竹竿吗？你们去借一下。”一听这话，我顾不得说声“谢谢”，连忙跑去借竹竿。我拿着竹竿顶了几下，三个篮球就乖乖地表演了“空中落球”，终于从树上掉了下来。

生活中的我是一个喜欢运动的人，当然对一些体育运动项目也比较喜欢.在奥运会的所有运动项目中，我喜欢那些有欣赏价值的、没有带有“暴力”色彩的运动项目。

首先是乒乓球运动项目，乒乓球做为我国的国球，不但是我国的强项，也是夺金的热门运动项目，这个是我喜欢的理由。平时一些乒乓球的比赛只要有，我就必看，而且对那些运动员也很熟悉。

再有就是体操，喜欢那些在高低杠上、吊环上、鞍马上、来回穿梭，就像在平地上一样行动自如的体育健儿。体操虽然近几年水平有所下降，但是那些体操运动员潇洒的姿势，是我不能放弃关注的主要原因。

平时我喜欢打羽毛球，闲的时候经常和同事在单位对打一阵。因为平时喜欢打，对比赛中这个运动项目也有所偏爱，而我们国家的羽毛球水平整体不错，每次的大赛都是拿金的运动项目，虽然羽毛球比赛起来时间要长，运动员消耗的体力相对来说要大，但是随着规则的改变，羽毛球越来越值得观赏。

排球在郎平时代的辉煌之后，随着老运动员的退役，曾经的辉煌成为过去，而一蹶不振。自从上届奥运会在陈忠和的带领下中国女排重整岐山，在全体队员的努力下，重新夺回了属于我们的冠军，重新拥有了世界冠军的头衔，有多人少为之而哭泣，为之而兴奋啊!

游泳也是我喜欢看的运动项目，看着运动员在水里劈波斩浪，那漂亮的泳姿，让我这个不会游泳的人羡慕的不行。在中国的游泳队曾经有五朵金花的杨文意时代已经结束了。虽然游泳对曾经走入过低谷，但是随着罗雪娟等一批小将的出现，可见中国游泳队后继有人。

跳水运动项目基本都由中国运动员包揽了所有的金牌，但是不到最后谁也不敢断言金牌是属于我们的，运动员只有全力拼搏才能确保万无一失啊。

奥运会的脚步越来越近了，我们寄希望于运动员能够发挥出自己的水平，能够多创佳绩，让世界看到中国的腾飞。

我的自行车被偷了,我不得不每天从一个教学楼跑到另一个。

铃说上节课结束的时候,开始一个新的旅程。由于我工作的疲惫,一看到长椅上,我直走。当我坐着,鲜绿的世界立刻吸引了我的眼睛。草苗冲破土壤在枯萎的草的地方,把枯燥的灰色变成新鲜的绿色。当我抬头时,我发现那些高大的树木也穿上了新衣服。绿色,在这里和那里,无处不在!春天来了,我突然意识到。

微风激起,呼吸的香味。我跟踪它,惊讶地发现几个可爱的小白色的花朵点缀在树上。甚至有一些鸟儿在歌唱!我很高兴我所有这些微小的生命,疲劳突然消失。

“看着容易做起来难”，这是我接触篮球后对它的第一印象，就是简单的一个原地运球，也要学很长时间，一开始，我一直把它当作皮球一样拍，用掌心击打球，可是这样看起来既软弱无力，又容易被别人抢断。所以，应该用指尖来操控球，我费了九牛二虎之力，才勉强学会原地运球，可这时我已经热情大减，几次想放弃，每每看到爸爸球场潇洒的身影，我决定继续坚持下去，开启我的篮球之旅。

首先，要把基本功打牢，才能完成行云流水的过人动作，由于练基本功需要一定的时间，于是我就报名在篮球班里来训练。这篮球训练看似是一个小事，其实里面还有很多内涵。首先，它让我养成了早起的好习惯。每天早晨六点半，当许多同学还在床上做梦时，我已经收拾好装备准备出门；其次，它让我养成了良好的生活习惯，在以前，我袜子、内裤脏了直接扔在地上不管，而现在打完球后，如果不洗，就意味着第二天就没有可以换的了，所以篮球“强迫”我养成了良好的生活习惯。然后是练球让我养成了持之以恒的毅力，其实每个动作练起来很枯燥，不练就不能熟能生巧。总之，在篮球班中，让我养成了很多好习惯。

随着年龄不断增长，我的身高和篮球技术突飞猛进，开始与小伙伴们打比赛，通过与小伙伴的“野战”，我不仅有了更多的经验，而且还学会了分享、团结、友爱。分享指当球友打的很累时但又没有水喝，自己这时慷慨解囊来给他买水，而有时候自己缺水时，球友就会来帮助我。团结指当自己这一方在比赛落后时，不能够仗着自己技术高，很“毒”，应该要多传球，多交流，最终靠配合绝地反击。最后一点便是友爱，在篮球运动中，难免会有身体接触，难免会有把对方撞倒或弄伤的时候，所以这时候应该主动把对方拉起来，问候一下对方状况，这不仅能够浇灭对方内心上的火头，还能够增进双方友谊，所以，篮球让我尝到的东西太多太多。

篮球不仅仅是一项运动，更是一种精神，它能够让我体会到付出汗水后的快乐，此时此刻，我只想用一句广告词代表我内心想法：“爱篮球，没理由”。
