书中的两对恋人，伊丽莎白和达西，以及简与宾利，他们的婚姻虽然也不排除相貌与家世的考虑，但主要是建立在爱情的基础上。尤其伊丽莎白和达西的爱情故事最为人津津乐道。他们由相互厌恶到最终相爱并且结为连理，此番曲折中，他们逐渐相互了解，解除偏见，抛弃毫无意义的所谓体面，最终认识到并且爱慕上对方的美德。而伊丽莎白对达西的求爱先拒绝后答应，更是展现了她对无爱婚姻的蔑视。相反，伊丽莎白的朋友，夏洛特，她认为自己既不美，又没有钱，出于经济方面的考虑，选择了与愚蠢而又肤浅的柯林斯结合，过上有保障但没有乐趣的婚姻生活。同样，伊丽莎白的妹妹以及父亲的婚姻也是不幸的，他们在美貌的皮相面前昏了头，忽略了对方的品德，导致终生遗憾。

故事的结尾是以人人乐道的喜剧收尾的作文/，伊丽莎白和达西经历了一番周折，经受了一番考验后，总算是看清了彼此，弄清了真心。伊丽莎白解除了对达西的偏见，达西也放下了自己长久的傲慢，两人可谓是上演了一场“有情人终成眷属”的好戏。

关于伊丽莎白与达西的爱情，无论多少赞美之词，不论多少人仰慕之词都难以表述，难以形容，毕竟在那个封建的时代，在那个女性饱受压抑的年代，能找到一个喜欢自己的人实在是太不容易了，能找到一个自己也喜爱的人更是一件不简单的事，而能找到彼此都深爱着对方的伴侣更是难上加难了。

不过对于伊丽莎白这位坚强又果敢的女性，我却有说不完的赞美，讲不完的钦佩。伊丽莎白不在乎权势，也不看重地位，相反，她一直在寻求一份纯洁的爱恋，渴求一份真心的爱情，寻找一个真心的爱人，得到一次美满的婚姻。为了实现自己的愿望，为了得到自己的爱情，伊丽莎白不惧怕自己与达西悬殊的地位，不害怕未来道路上的重重苦难，勇敢的选择站在达西身边，与他共享爱情盛宴，与他共度漫漫人生。试问，这样一个追求自由，追求爱情的女孩，怎不让人心动呢?这样一个刚强勇敢的女性，怎不叫人佩服呢?

我最喜欢的一本书是《假如给我三天光明》。

这本书主要讲了在20世纪，一个独特的生命个体以其勇敢的方式震撼了世界，她——海伦.凯勒，一个生活在黑暗中却又给人类带来光明的一个女性，一个度过了生命的88个春秋，却熬过了87年无光、无声、无语的孤绝岁月的弱女子。然而，正是这么一个幽闭在盲聋哑世界里的人，竟然毕业于哈佛大学德克利夫学院，并用生命的全部力量处处奔走，建起了一家家慈善机构，为残疾人造福。这正是因为他有坚持不懈、不屈不挠的精神。

读了这本书我深有感触，我不禁想到我自己：我的英语成绩开始不太理想，成绩总是上不去，就因为我没有坚持不懈的精神，不能每天坚持学习英语。英语老师要求我们每天都要听录音20分钟，还要记三个单词，周末复习一小时。可我开始一段时间很好，每天听读、记忆单词。但一段时间后，尤其是作业多了一点时，我就偷懒，不再听录音，还存在侥辛心理，老师反正不知道。但是读了这本书以后，我每天都按照老师的要求勤奋学习英语，日积月累，我的英语成绩提高很快，最终取得了优异的成绩。
