不一会儿我们要开始跑了，我和杨乐击了最后一个拳。比赛开始了，杨乐他先跑，只听裁判员的枪声一响，杨乐像箭一般的飞了出去，可好景不长，他被另外两个同学超越了，到了终点，一位老师排了一下名次，杨乐是第三名他很不甘心，但是情过去了，还是过去了的。杨乐从远处给了一个眼神给我，我看清了，他好像在说，看你的了，边上的几名同学为了我喊道加油!

顿时，我不平静的心态，总算平静了下来。不一会儿，比赛再次开始，裁判员拿起来枪，又开了一枪。在枪响的一瞬间，我像子弹一样飞了出去，我奋力地跑着，可由于一开始出力太大，我的速度放慢了下来，第二名追了上，眼看第二名的人快成第一了，我就咬牙奋力地跑了起来和他成了个并列，就这样我们并列跑到了终点，我们都想知道自己的成绩，于是就问了问裁判员，可裁判员说明天才会公布成绩，我们听了都很期待!

今天是我激动的一天，但是明天也是激动的一天，因为明天也有比赛，希望明天可以拿第一，加油!

秋风送爽，又一个金色的秋天来临了。我们全体长安小学的师生在这金秋时节，迎来了第二届秋季运动会。

我参加的30米来回跑就要开始了。站在起跑线上，我暗暗的下决心，一定取得好成绩。比赛开始了，裁判员喊：各---就各位，预备--”“啪”一声枪响。运动员们个个像离弦的箭，勇猛地向前冲去。刚开始，九名运动员几乎是一字形，但霎时间就拉开了距离，成了曲线。我紧紧地跟着第二名，跑在第三。快到终点的时候，啦啦队扯着脖子喊：“王冠，加油！加油！”我听见喊声，咬了咬牙一个箭步冲上去，和第二名并列跑去，可是最后还是第三名。

我垂头丧气地回到班里，同学们见到我的神情，都过来安慰我，鼓励我，说我尽力了，成绩是次要的，众在参与。虽然我接受了同学们的好意劝解，可是我心里还是暗下决心，下一届争取夺得第一名。

接着是4×100接力。这场比赛的选手是赵泽兵、王天祥、常梓煜和陈浩明。首先是赵泽兵，枪声一响，他马上飞奔出去，跑到了第二的位置上。接着是王天祥，他也快速飞奔，依旧还是第二。常梓煜也不甘示弱，奋力直追，一下跑过第一。最后是陈浩明，他跑的时候不幸被五班的绊了一下，摔倒了，成了最后。这时，大家一起鼓励他继续。终于，跑到了第四。不过，因五班犯规，取消资格。我们班成了第三名了。

真希望下次运动会快点来啊！

盼望着，盼望着，四十四中学“奋进杯”第二届运动会终于开始了。

赛当天，我们班的同学穿着鲜红的校服，整装待发。只听广播说：“请七年级男子30米往返跑到场比赛。”我的心“砰砰”地跳起来，豆大的汗珠流了下来，我们排着队伍向操场走去，不久，我听到了“砰”的一声，所有班级队员都像离弦的箭一般跑去，把小鸟都吓得飞走了。望着第一位同学的奔去，我做了深呼吸，压了压腿，希望这些能够平静我的心态，使我能够取得好成绩。15名同学中，我被排在了第6位。只见前面的同学一个个把接力棒递给下一个同学，一个，两个，三个……眼间已经到了第五名同学了，只见他接过接力棒，像脱缰的骏马一样急速地向前奔去。在他摸障碍物的时候，我发现所有的班级的参赛队员，都是在摸这个障碍物上费了很长时间，想到这时，第5名队员马上向我奔来了，十步，七步，五步，三步，一步。我抓紧接力棒，使劲往前跑，听到同学们加油喝彩的声音，我加快速度，用接力棒碰一下障碍物便飞快地跑回来递给下一个同学。我想到站的火车头，大口大口地喘着粗气。我虽然疲惫不堪，但我还是走向前去，观看我们班的表现，到了董培壮的时候，他却没有接住接力棒，因而浪费了时间。到了最后，我们班与冠军无缘，败北。

比赛结束后，我坐在座位上想：这长长的跑道，不是人生恰似人生。比赛就和人生一样坎坷，不可能一帆风顺。可是“失败乃成功之母”。下一次的运动会中，30米往返跑这方舞台上，我一定能够展现更好的自我！

My Best Friend

Hello, everyone! My name is Xing Xiaoqing. You can call me Cherry.

I’m in Class 0506. Li Nan is my best friend. She’s thirteen years old. Her birthday is on 3rd October and she was born in Shen Zhen. She lives with her family in Haimen. She’s 1.60 metres tall. She has black hair and she wears glasses. She is very lovely and pretty.

She likes eating dumplings, chocolates, peanuts and vegetables. She dislikes pork, sweets and green tea.

She loves listening to music. She has lots of CDs. She likes reading and writing. She is the newest member of the Maths Club. She has many hobbies, such as dancing, running and playing computer games. Her favorite hobby is drawing, because she likes all the different colors. It is fun to look at the pictures when she finishes drawing them. The Dragon Boat Festival is her favorite day. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up.

We always have fun. We sit under the trees at lunchtime and have a good chat. Sometimes, we buy snacks from the tuck shop. On Sunday, we usually go to the bookshop. We often study together.
