人们告诉我们应该成为一个勇敢的女孩，这样我们就能够克服困难。但是成为一个勇敢的女孩对我来说不容易，我总是告诉自己我必须勇敢，但是我在最后的关头放弃。因此从今天起，我必须成为一个勇敢的女孩，我并不是说立刻变得勇敢，我应该一步一步来。第一，我必须告诉自己不要害怕困难。当我到困难时，我应该学着去自己解决，而不是依赖于别人，这样我就会慢慢学到事情。然后我应该开阔我的思想，学着去了解更多的事情。

运动会伴随着习习春风，我们的学校迎来了一年一度的春季运动会。听，运动场上真是人声鼎沸啊！

呐喊声“加油！加油……”这是拉拉队的呐喊声。瞧，我们班的魏子涵正在进行男子1000米长跑比赛，同学们围在跑道边缘给他加油：“再跑快一点！”“加油，你是最棒的！”“胜利已经遥遥在望了！”……同学们个个都使出了吃奶的劲儿喊起来，整个运动场上充满了大家的呐喊声。有的同学甚至陪着他一起跑了起来，边跑边为他打气。最后50米冲刺了，同学们的心都提到了嗓子眼，那一声声发自肺腑的加油愈发剧烈，让人震耳欲聋。在同学们的鼓励下，魏子涵加快速度，飞一般的冲过终点。嗓子都叫哑了的同学们再次激动地呐喊起来，比自己赢了比赛还高兴！

欢笑声要说运动场上最多的声音，莫过于欢笑声呢！俗话说的好：“台上三分钟，台下十年功。”平日的苦练换来了如今的辉煌，谁能不开心呢！看！陈同学男子跳高第三名，王同学女子400米跑步第二名，蒋同学女子跳高第五名，李同学女子400米跑步第三名……他们就犹如一颗颗繁星，照亮了我们班。运动场上，他们因成绩欢笑，我们因他们而感到无比的骄傲，深深的自豪！对了！我们班还在花样跳绳比赛中获得了二等奖的好名次呢！快乐的笑容洋溢在每一位同学的脸上，悦耳的笑声从每一位同学口中发出。

惋惜声有快乐，当然也有惋惜。没有拿到名次的同学唉声叹气，眉头紧皱着，为自己没有拿到名次而感到自责和惋惜，有的甚至哭了出来。其实获不获奖，拿不拿名次真的不重要，只要付出了努力就行，就像网络上流传的一句话：努力不一定可以成功，但可以很轻松。这次运动会告诉了我们团结就是力量，无论你扮演什么样的角色，即使是拉拉队，也要大声呐喊，尽自己微薄之力为他人付出。这次运动会更告诉了我们，无论成败与否，只要尽力即可。

I am taking a long vacation this National Day .

My mother told me to make vacation plans. So I am thinking about what I am doing for vacation. My father wants me to go to Beijing with him, my mother wants me to visit my grandma with her , but I just want to spend time with my friends and relax at home, because I am tired and sleepy after long weeks classes.

Later on , I decide to go to Beijing with my father on October 1st . I am visiting Tian’an Men Square, Bird nets and taking a lot of beautiful photos there. But I don’t like going away for too long, so I am staying there just for four days.

After I get back home, I am visiting my grandma with my mother and brother on October 5th . I am watching TV and having lunch at my grandma’s home. In the afternoon, we are going shopping at the mall.

On October 6th. I am ralaxing at home , playing computer games and surfing the Internet . I am going to beaches with my friends on the seventh day. We are playing in the water and playing beach volleyball there.
