burden, those people can focus all their attention and follow their dreams all

the time.

But for the persons whose family are poor, especially the parents are

waiting for the children’s economic support, they should make ends meet first

and then follow their dreams. Life can’t be ideal all the time, only when they

solve the basic needs, dreams will be supported. Some people make the things

they like as a hobby, they keep studying it in their spared time, if insist,

they will get the extra achievement.

Following dreams completes our life and make us live with meaning. The will

of never giving up will bring us success someday.

下午两点，烈日炎炎！我望着同一起跑线上的20多个人，心里不由得十分紧张，裁判正在清点人数，趁着这个机会，我做了几个深呼吸，眼前，仿佛又浮现出三天前教室里的情景。

800米差一人，1500差两人。体育委员大声地宣布。话音刚落，程嘉鑫同学就站起来大喊：应该让秦昊天去跑800米。听到这句话，我想都没想就站起来准备拒绝。参加运动会？坚决不干！去年运动会，我报名参加100米比赛，结果，我一向引以为豪的短跑，居然只得了第七名，太打击人了！但此时，班主任杜老师已经让体育委员写下我的名字了。也许是看出了我的不情愿，杜老师告诉我，结果并不重要，但你要争取为班级争光。那一刻，我似乎不再逃避了，甚至开始对这次运动会有些期待。

裁判清点完人数，又回到发令台上，我做好起跑准备，余光瞥向两旁，只见黑压压的一大片人，个个都虎视眈眈，好像一群视死如归的战士。我后背直冒冷汗，要是等会儿不跑快一点，挤在一起估计连走的地方都没有。啪枪响了，我右腿猛一蹬地，如一匹脱缰的野马冲了出去，领先在大部队前方，这让我十分自信，头也不回地继续向前奔跑着。突然，一阵呐喊声进入我的耳朵，我看见，前方，我的朋友们都在为我加油，我心中十分感动，也十分喜悦！他们的鼓励给我注入了能量！

跑到一半时，我回头看了看，只有一个人在身后穷追不舍，我加快脚步，但体力已经快用完了，双腿仿佛失去了知觉，在赛道上来回摆动着。到了最后一个弯道，我虽然还有劲，但呼吸已经跟不上了，难道这就是传说中的极点（中长跑时，由于氧气的供应落后于身体的需要，跑到一定距离时，会出现胸部发闷，呼吸节奏被破坏，呼吸困难，四肢无力和难以再跑下去的感受，叫作极点）吗？一定不能放弃！我咬紧牙关，一面大口呼吸，一面加快步伐，到最后50米时，我开始冲刺了，只听耳旁的风呼啸着，几秒后，我终于冲过了终点线，以领先第二名约13秒的成绩获得冠军！朋友们看到我跑完全程，都立马蜂拥而至，一边给我递水，一边搀扶我走向休息处，我突然发现，胜利的感觉竟是如此美妙！

运动之美，在于竞争，在于朋友之间浓厚的情谊，更在于超越自我的快意！

If I have a lot of money

If I have a lot of money, I will have the chance to do what I want to do.

First I’ll travel around the world, because I love traveling, and then I’ll give some money to schools and charities. I’ll try my best to help the people who are in trouble. Next, I will buy a big house with a garden and a swimming pool for my parents, so they will live a happy life. I’m sure we will enjoy a better life.

First, for us studying abroad can experience a variety of culture, which is helpful for broadening students horizons and makes us know about society and the world. Second, going abroad is beneficial for us to foster our perseverance and the ability to live independently. Also,it is an excellent exercise that can train our spirit bearing hardships. Whatmore,there is no denying that foreign technology is more advanced than domestic theory of knowledge system, we can learn more knowledge in foreign countries and develop ourselves better than before.

Studying abroad also has some shortcomings.Above all ,Chinese students may be difficult to adapt to the new environment of study and life. Having been lived in China for 20 years, we may feel discomfortable to foreign learning methods and ways of life and even disgusted. It will affect our study for a long time in a foreign country.

In addition, studying abroad will cost a lot of money for living and tuition. Some students gain academic success, so they receive academic scholarships. However, most peers abroad cannot obtain the scholarships. The expenses on living and tuition will be great burdens for students families.

On the conclusion,studying overseas will afford students more benefits than adverse effects.If they could imbue themselves with intelligence and patience,I am sure that most students will be able to sidestep the drawbacks as well as take advantage of all merits of studying abroad.Only in this way, can they have a meaningful time and will achieve a better goal!

At the elementary school today it is a sports day; all the parents and friends were invited to attend. Each class in the school was competing in one or more sports events such as relay races, distance races, ball games, parades, and so on. All the guests had small chairs to sit on at one side of the school field. There were refreshments given and a concession stand available if you wanted to buy ice-cream or candy . everyone cheered and clapped after each event. Special honors were given to individual winners, but all in all, everyone felt great that day.

Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, others want to be famous. I have a lot of dreams, too. When I was a young boy, I dreamed of becoming a scientist in future. However, I knew clearly that I could not succeed without efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school .In order to attain my goal .

Everyone has his own dream. In my mind, I think that having a dream means that we have a goal, and then we will do our best to come true it.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and saving their lives. i know it is difficult to be a good doctor , but I will never give up and i will try my best to keep everyone health .When I have money in the future , I will help the poor sick people of our country. The Spring Festival in the past half a month, but I still cant forget!

I and the daddy, mother, uncle, aunt, grandpa, grandma at home together the delicious dumplings, and then together to eat a sumptuous dinner! I will give them, get a lot of money, I was so happy! Ten years ago, there were many narrow streets.But now many streets have been widened. So buses and cars can go more quickly than before. Ten years ago , it was not convenient to go from the north of the city to the south. But now, you are sure to reach anywhere in less than an hour. To our joy, we have two underground lines and many more are being built. We seldom find traffic jam in rush hours. So we dont have to worry about going out. Sports Meeting

Last month we had a sports meeting.Though the weather wasnt very fine that day,the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

This time,I was even more excited.Because I went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump.I didnt want to get any place,I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.

When I got to the field with my friend.I was both excited and nervous.When I saw the first height,my heart could hardly heat.How high it was!It was higher than our desks.I couldnt believe my eyes.This was too high for me to jump over.I wasnt nervous at that timewhile I was a bit afraid.But I had gone there,I must have a try.

Not long after,the game began.The first person was great.He jumped over easily.I was too surprised to say a word.The second was good,too.The third nearly jumped over,but he wasnt bad…

It was my turn.I had a deep breath and then ran towards.In front of the pole,I began to jump.Oh,no!My right foot hit the pole.“I failed.” I thought.And then,another unlucky thing happened.I didnt stand firm and I tumbled.I hurt my back badly.At that moment I felt my back was broken.It was too painful.It seemed that the people around field all didnt know that,they only laughed at my foolish posture.After a very short rest,I stood up.

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face.My friend hurried to come to me.He asked me if this was terrible.I was too pained with my back to answer his questions.I only shook my head.I was sad.Not only I had hurt my back but also I couldnt go on in the game.I had to see the others jump and wish them to get a good place.

Though I didnt have the whole game.I was still very happy.Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places.They were all best in my eyes.I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

A Sports Meeting校运会

Last Thursday and Friday, our school held the 40th sports meeting.It is one of the biggest activities each year in my school. All the students badly expect to it.All games in the sports meeting werevery exciting and running was the most intense.Class 4 Grade 3 did the best in the sports.They got the highest scores.My class won the third but it was the best in the six classes of my grade.Liang Wen and Qiu Lu are my classmates. They both won first in the running competition and high jump competition.There were other classmates got scores in other games.Although they didnt won the first, they tried their best.Friendship first, competition second.Winning was not our only purpose.The most important was that we were happy in this activity.
