In my city, it’s so cold and wet in the winter that makes the winter days

much harder to get through. It rains a lot in my hometown, both during the

summer and the winter. I like the cold weather, but not the wet, because it

我曾经水培了一株风信子。一开始的种球长得很不讨人喜欢。种子长得很像蒜，外层包围着着许多褐色的外皮，根部很短小，好似一个“泥娃娃”。芽尖凹出一个小包，像蒜的蒜瓣。我实在不大喜欢它的样子丢在脑后。

过了一两周，我在打扫房间时，无意间拉开窗帘，却看到不一的景象，在那不讨人喜欢的种球下长出了“万条垂下绿丝绦”般长长的根。芽尖变成了一小丛花苞，它们一个个簇拥而至，花苞微微张开，发出淡淡的花香。这株风信子，犹如丑小鸭推变成白天鹅，让我增加了对它的关注。

渐渐地，我却又淡忘了这段奇景。有天突然又想起来，便又去掀开窗帘，瞬间香气袭人，桂馥兰香。花已经开了，由一小朵一小朵花紧紧挤在一起，像一团锦簇的花球。屹立在中央的是金黄色的花蕊，随风摇曳。

这或许就是一次发现，很细微，很渺小。发现更像观察，或许更突然吧。

My mother is a woman of the old school. She is too conservative to keep up

with the times. However, she is goodnatured and treats others sincerely. For

(her) house neat and clean and looks after us with extreme care . She often says

那个奶奶听了立马推辞说：“我怎么能要你们的床铺呢，您还带着孩子，中铺不方便。”在母女俩的一再坚持下，老奶奶只好答应了，老奶奶坐下后小女孩又给她端来茶水。这温馨的画面顷刻间感动了我，我为这位可敬的母亲点赞，她用自己的实际行动诠释了什么是美德，并深深地感染了周围的每一个人。

在网上看到过这样一篇新闻：哈尔滨市一家企业公开招聘人员，一位前来应聘的女大学生，各方面素质都相当不错，却因为她多次主动给别人让座，而被招聘单位说成是“缺乏竞争意识”，被拒绝聘用。但我相信是金子总会发光的，坚守道德，做好自己你会是最美的、最棒的。我觉得，不管是不是老弱病残孕，只要有困难，我们就应该让座。现在，人们都把自己的利益看得很重，谁也不愿意吃个亏——甚至是让座这个简单的动作。

烈日炎炎的夏天，老爸带我去学游泳。我怀着忐忑不安，又无比激动的心情换上了装备，兴奋地走到了泳池边。

泳池特别的大，水也是清澈见底。我把脚试探性地伸进了泳池，顿时一股冰凉的感觉袭来。在没有心理准备的情况下，教练硬生生把我拉了下去，一瞬间，我大半个身子都浸在水中，脑子里就只有一个字“慌”!脚都不知道怎么回事，不听使唤了，怎么也碰不到泳池底部，身体也仿佛失去了重量。但旁边的标牌明明写着水深只有一米二!而我的身高可是有一米五啊!这时，教练让我把力量使在脚上，我连忙两脚一用力，竟然真得轻松地踩到池底了，我想：嘿嘿，脚都可以站稳了，那还怕什么游泳呢!刚想走到教练指定的位置，突然，我的重心一下子失去了控制，“哗”地一声跌进了水中，我吓得赶忙抬头，但嘴里还是灌了不少水，把我呛得特别难受，鼻子也是酸酸痒痒的，而且还一个劲地咳嗽。缓了好一会儿，这种感觉才慢慢退去，啊!再也不敢掉以轻心了!

教练一开始就让我们在水下呼气，只有学会水下呼气才能学好游泳。水下呼气听起来很简单，只要先张嘴吸满一口气，然后头潜到水下把气吐出就可以了，只是游泳的基本功。但是教练也提醒我们动作要规范，不然很容易呛到水!我吸取了前面的教训，小心翼翼地按照教练教的动作要领，哈哈，竟然真的没有呛到水!后来，教练让我们练习蛙泳的蹬腿，把身体的上半部分躺在岸上，双腿在水下练习。先是收腿，再把脚背翻过来，最后用力一蹬，只见水花四溅，哈哈!真的像极了青蛙蹬腿时的样子呢!我觉得蛙泳最难的是划手，划手时还要在水下划，手划动的时候还要配合水下吐气，划动时手要划个圈，再把手并起来，就像拜佛一样。

日子一天天过去了，我渐渐地学会了蛙泳，1米、20米、50米……从刚开始的惧怕变成不用护具也可以游泳了，一点儿也不怕了!

杭州是世界游泳冠军的摇篮，孙杨、傅园慧、罗雪娟、叶诗文……，他们都来自杭州，他们为祖国增光添彩，但他们在站上冠军领奖台前一定经历了很多艰苦，付出了很多心血!我一定要克服困难，向大哥哥、大姐姐们学习，努力提高自己的游泳技能!

Nowadays, more and more people prefer to travel quite often. Bytraveling,

we not only can relax ourselves but also broaden our knowledge circles. From my

aspect, I think we can make many friends and travel with them.

Firstly, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax ourselves. For modern

life, we are busy with our work with high pressure. However, when we travel, we

The New Year is coming and this term has finished. Now, I can enjoy a happy

winter holiday. In winter holiday, I don’t have to get up early every morning.

It’s the best thing for me. I often get up at nine o’clock in the morning. My

parents go to work so I stay at home alone. I will go out for breakfast. Noodle,

milk and egg are my favorites. Then I go back home to watch TV or meet my

friends. We always have many things to do. My parents would go home at noon so I

have lunch at home. In the afternoon, I will sleep and then do some homework. In

short, I spend most time in playing. I love winter holiday.

I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little

week, so I can’t eat the junk food all the time. The healthy food makes me keep

保持一颗平常心，能收获成功。有两个石匠在山下挥汉如雨地工作，恰巧有位哲人路过，他问其中一个石匠：“你不觉得做石匠很辛苦吗?”那个石匠点了点头，一脸无奈地说：“是的，我每天都要面对一堆毫无生命的石头，为了完成一尊雕塑，有时不知要磨坏多少根铁锥。”哲人又问另一个石匠，那个石匠给了他一个憨厚的微笑，说：“累是累了一些，但是我能用手中的锤子和锥子赋予那些石头以生命，感到很高兴，这是一件非常有趣的事，我为此感到自豪。”多年之后，第二位石匠成了远近闻名的雕刻师，而第一位石匠，仍然在愁眉不展地做着与从前毫无分别的工作。生命给予每个人成功的机会，保持一颗平常心做自己的工作，构筑自己的未来，成功也会随之而来。

相反，不能保持一颗平常心，快乐也会离你远去。有一个富商，生意做得很大，但是每日算计，操心，很是烦恼。他家隔壁住着一对夫妻，很贫穷，但他们却很快乐。富商的太太非常嫉妒他们，富商说：“那有什么难，我叫他们明天就笑不出来。”言罢，富商把一大锭元宝从墙边扔了过去。第二天，穷苦夫妇发现了这来历不明的金元宝，心情大变，揣测钱的来路，琢磨能否弄到更多的钱……三天三夜，茶饭不思，再也听不到他们的笑声了。“不以物喜，不以已悲”，保持一颗平常心，才会拥有快乐。

不能保持一颗平常心，追逐名利，最终也会为“名”所累。惠特尼·休斯敦是上世纪80—90年代的欧美巨星，为了满足观众、粉丝和记者的要求，她不得不在红地毯上摆出各种姿态，面对频频闪烁的灯光露出笑靥。她的生活变成全世界的，成为大众的话题，她的隐私成了她的生意。最后，不堪盛名重负的她依赖毒品支撑难堪的生活。对待盛名不能保持一颗平常心，盛名就会成为生命的毒丸。

天无日日晴，月无日日圆，花无日日红，人无日日顺。我们每天遇到不同的人不同的事，不能保持一颗平常心，常常为了一些琐碎的事而大动肝火，不但使自己不开心，而且将坏情绪传染给了他人，既不利已又不利人。

保持一颗平常心去面对这纷繁复杂的世界，面对这坎坎坷坷的人生，我们的步伐就会变得稳健而从容，我们的心态就会变得平和而淡定，我们的生活也也会变得宁静而充实。

不经意间，手指触碰到那一个相册，于是，那些尘封已久的记忆打开了。

十年前的一个雷雨天，我家发生了一件让我无法接受的事情。我和姐姐在自家楼顶被雷劈中了。我亲身体会到什么叫害怕。让年纪小小的我麻木了。当我苏醒过来，只见妈妈抱着姐姐痛不欲生地哭，而我在医生的简单护理后抬上了救护车。从此，姐姐不再出现在我身边，有的只是我右手遗留下的疤痕。姐姐被那可怕的雷带走了。

也许是无法适应没有姐姐在身边，也许被雷击的后遗症，我脸上的笑容不见了。有的只是沉默，不愿与他人接触，也不敢。后来，同学们说我是一个不合群的“怪孩子”，也因右手的伤而招人嘲笑。

又是一个雷雨天，雷声和闪电交织出现，教室的灯灭了。而我，因为害怕而蜷缩在自己的座位，伏台哭泣，压抑着不敢出声，身边的同学还是一样在喧哗娱乐。我却害怕得发抖。她，来了。她拍了拍我的肩旁，仿佛给予我安慰，我抬起头看着她充满关心的眼神，她微笑地把纸巾递给了我，还用手帮我擦眼泪，我的内心仿佛有暖流流过，激起了阵阵的涟漪。

从那以后，她会刻意地和我开玩笑，闹笑话给我看，还会带我去和别的同学玩。一开始，同学们都不想和我玩，我也很抵触，可她并没有放弃，逐渐地，同学们也开始接受和我玩了。看着同学们的笑脸，我嘴角也微微上扬，露出了我久违的笑容。我的心蠢蠢欲动了，不久后，我会主动去找她玩，一起学习，一起玩游戏。我和她成为了好朋友，

总之，我开朗起来了，不再是那个没有朋友的孤僻的孩子，还会主动邀请其他伙伴来玩。我知道一切都是因为她，让我收获了友谊，收获了姐姐一样的关心和爱护。

友谊是风，吹走了心灵的阴霾;友谊是雨，滋润了我的心灵。她带给我快乐，给予我笑容，给予我安慰，给予我关爱，就像我的姐姐一样关心我，与我同行。
