接着，爸爸教我蛙泳的基本动作。上肢动作：双手并拢前伸，翻转向下后方拔水。下肢动作：双腿前屈，向后蹬腿夹水……然后，让我自己练习。看着爸爸游得轻松自如，便暗自想：我也一定要学会游泳。但是我就像旱鸭子一样，左一下右一下地乱扑腾，怎么也协调不起来。只会在原地忽沉忽浮，怎么也不会往前走。我决不能“坐以待毙”。于是，我仔细观察体会别人的泳姿。心领神会后照猫画虎。腿往前屈，蹬水夹水。同时手掌合十前伸成直线，然后手掌翻转向后拔水。终于我游出了一两米。耶!“首战告捷”。我心里美滋滋的。继续努力，不断练习起来。

在不断的练习过程中，我慢慢体会并克服困难。比如：有一次，在练习游泳中的换气方法时，一不小心，该呼气憋气时不自主的吸气。直接呛了一大口水，顿时方寸大乱，胡乱扑腾起来，什么动作要领都忘了。不断下沉，连续喝了好几口水。幸好我眼疾手快抓住了浮线。

读乐府的时候，我总爱替那些女子臆想填补上各式背景。譬如那位罗敷，我是将她安在麦田边的。麦苗青青，同那美人一般，是活泼泼，脆生生的，怎不让人“来归相怨怒”呢?若是你问我，为何不将她想象在金灿灿的麦田中，我可得大大嘲笑你一番了。等麦子熟了，金黄金黄一大片，人们怕只会沉浸于麦田中，哪有人会为区区女子“脱帽着帩头”呢?

画板上已是黄亮亮一片，初一看，说是一地阳光，也过得去。

麦田小路远处有人影晃动，是位老者，笑吟吟朝我走来。

老伯一看便是庄稼人，他同麦田在一块儿是自然舒坦的。他属于这里。

“闺女，画画儿呢?”我笑着点头。“画画儿好啊，叫大伙儿都瞧瞧，今年的麦子势头可好着呢。”

老伯伸出手，轻抚直挺挺的麦芒，麦子在他手下乖巧得像群孩子。我放下画笔，也试了试，却被刺得叫出声来。老伯倒是笑了：“闺女，你的手太嫩了，不习惯的。”

这个周末，爸爸开着车拉着我和妈妈一起去小田庄观察红叶的变化，一路上我迫不及待地问爸爸，“爸爸，我们什么时候才能到小田庄啊?”爸爸说，“我们开车大约20分钟就会到达的。”我们一路说着、笑着，一边欣赏着路边的风景。透过车窗，我看到远处山上五彩斑斓，像一副美丽的风景画，妈妈告诉我，“右手边方向，就是小田庄了。”“哇!小田庄可真漂亮呀!”我们到了小田庄，停好车就跟着爸爸去欣赏红叶的变化。记得夏天的时候，我们来小田庄避暑，叶子还是绿油油的一片，现在已经渐渐地变黄，变红，爬到山顶往下面望去，就像一层层红色的地毯，非常漂亮。红叶在微风吹轻轻地随风摇摆着摆动，像在荡秋千似的，有趣极了。它们还不时的发出沙沙声，好像在欢迎我的到来。我在地上捡起几片凋谢的红叶仔细观察，叶子成椭圆形，叶片薄薄的，红红的，我决定带回几片好看的红叶和老师同学们分享一下秋天树叶的变化。我问爸爸“它为什么会变红，别的树叶怎么不会变红呢?”爸爸告诉我，“红叶每年在深秋季节都会变红，因为入秋以后，花青素增多，而气温的下降又使叶绿素破坏消失，因此绿叶变成了红叶。如果气温下降很慢，而且昼夜温差不大，叶绿素还没有被破坏而树已经枯萎，那就变不成美丽的红叶了，等到十一月底随着天气转冷叶子就会全部掉落了。来年春天就会重新地开始发芽，生长”。听爸爸一讲，大自然的生命可真奇妙啊!

那是一个春日的清晨，雾像薄纱一样笼盖着大地，清新的空气如灵丹妙药，让人神清气爽，心旷神怡。

“这么好的天气，不如去爬山吧!”爸爸提议“山顶的风景可美了!”我迫不及待地响应了，嚷嚷着快点出发…。

走到巍峨的大山下，仰头凝望，山是那么的高耸、险峻，人在山下渺小的犹如一个小点。望着这直插云霄的山峰，陡峭的山路，我后悔了，脚不禁发抖，可已经到了这个份儿上了，不能放弃，我咬咬牙，坚定地迈出了像大山顶峰进发的第一步、第二步、第三步……渐渐地，我们已经爬到了山的三分之一的地方了，可此时我早已气喘吁吁、满头大汗，看着脚下逐渐被缩小的陆地，不觉心惊胆战，而我的脚步也随之慢了下来……爸爸转过身，想我身上出手说：“女儿。较矮油，快跟上!”我有鼓起了勇气，握住爸爸那宽厚的大寿，向山顶继续前进……

……不知不觉，已到了晌午，太阳光火辣辣地照射着大地，人们纷纷“躲”进了空调房，而此时的我们，也已经顶着酷暑，爬到了山的三分之二的地方了，我感到口渴难耐，偏偏我们仅有的两瓶水都喝完了，口渴和疲惫让我感到力不从心，我想放弃了：“爬了这么久，怎么还看不到山顶啊!好累啊!”爸爸看出了我的心思，意味深长地说：“在坚持一会儿，胜利就在前方，不要看着前方的路有多陡，脚踏实地，一步步地走，看看沿途的花草，很快就到达山顶了!”我半信半疑，按照爸爸的方法，一边爬山一边看沿途的花草风景，那些美丽的无名花，在风中摇摆着它那婀娜的身姿，那些无名的小草随风飘动，像在为每一个攀登者送去沿途的问候和鼓励……我被这些可爱的生灵吸引了，脚下的疲惫也不在乎了，我只知道不知不觉中我爬了好久，也看了好久……“到山顶了，女儿，快来看呀，太美了!”我一惊“什么，这么快就到山顶了?!”我已抬头，映入眼帘的是连绵起伏的高山，依稀的云海围绕在山间，夕阳的光芒更是为这如精雕细刻一般的风景添上了“金衣”，这一切的一切，都美的像一幅画，美的像梦境…。“无限风光在险峰”今天我领略到了!

在走下山的路上，我忽然悟出了什么：人生不正如一座雄伟的险峰么，我们每个人都是攀登者，那些不劳而获，半途而废的人，永不能登上胜利的顶峰;只有一步一个脚印，不拍困难，永外之前，才会登上山顶，看到无限风光，接受胜利光芒的洗礼，但你回过头时，你会惊讶地发现，你走过的路是多么的遥远。

把你带到这个世界上的是父母，给你传授知识的是老师，陪着你调皮捣蛋的是朋友。那么，有没有那么一刻，你觉得你令他们失望了?或者他们令你失望了?

“唉，老公要不咱们放弃吧!”四年级的一次期中考试没有考好，我就听到了妈妈对爸爸说了这句话。当时正是我学习和生活的低谷。此前，我从未听到过妈妈对我这么失望的声音。

当时，我也觉得自己做得不够好，提不起精神来。后来妈妈也对我发了火，弄得我整日闷闷不乐。

过了几天，我以为妈妈淡忘了。结果，更大的失望来了。

放了学，我回爷爷家吃饭。吃完饭，妈妈让我去她公司写作业，我本想给她一个惊喜，没想到在办公室门口却听到妈妈和别的阿姨谈论我，我隐约听见妈妈说我一无是处、整天晃晃悠悠……那一刻，我的内心翻江倒海，我突然觉得自己好没有用。

我确实不想听到妈妈这么说我，更不想让大家都否定我。我该怎么办?是继续这样下去呢，还是不停地抱怨妈妈?

一番思想斗争后，我想清楚了：抱怨妈妈，只会徒增烦恼;放任自己，只能随波逐流。二者我都不能要，我想要的是改变。再困难也要去改变。至少不能再让妈妈在外人面前否定我了。

要改变，得从点滴做起。我规定自己每天多做一张卷子，多读十页书，把那些浪费掉的时间全部利用起来。同时，每天还要复习已经学过的课程，预习没有学过的，不懂就问。

事实上，我也做到了。

我的默默努力，换来了两个月后的好成绩。

期末考试成绩下来时，我开心地握着卷子向妈妈“炫耀”着，妈妈也对我欣慰地笑了。当我拿着成绩证明自己时，妈妈说她之前做得不正确，有伤我的自尊，所以要诚恳地向我道歉。

妈妈给我道歉那瞬间，我竟有种说不出的滋味。我难过，难过低谷时被否定;我也开心，开心的是，妈妈的脸上露出了喜悦的笑容。

这件事后，我明白了一个道理：不论你是好学生，还是差学生，都要有一颗自强的心。同时，还要不断地去努力。而不管你为了什么去努力，最后受益的都是你自己，且受益匪浅!
