our environment, such as drought and flooding.

lot of climate change such as heat waves, droughts and floods. Scientists

believe that this is the result of human activity, which is polluting the

Earth’s atmosphere. This could become a disaster if governments do not act to

help prevent global warming. They can act in three ways; by supporting research,

by making laws and by keeping the general public informed.

Firstly, governments can support research. For example, they should

encourage companies to develop vehicles that cause less pollution. They should

also support alternative sources of electricity from wind and water rather than

from oil and coal. As well, they should sponsor conferences to discuss the

effects of greenhouse gas emissions and possible solutions to the problem.

Secondly, they should make laws that limit the amount of greenhouse gases

that companies can emit. Private companies should be rewarded for following

these laws. They should also be punished for creating pollution.

Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

In summary, it is clear that there are a lot of things that governments can

do to prevent global warming. They should involve companies, support scientists

and encourage individuals to protect the planet.

在一个大的空地上，有很多人都在活动。几个人成群结队舞起狮子来，很多人都围观，连声叫好。另一支队伍全部都是中年女性，一边放上音乐，跳起运动舞来。

上课时，她们总是安安静静地坐在教室的一角，从不发出一丁点儿声音，也许在聆听我们朗朗的读书声，也许在认真的听老师的讲课，也许在倾听同学们的发言。下课时，她们无比羡慕地看着我们自由自在地玩耍，还时不时在微风中交头接耳呢!看着放学后空荡荡的教室，她们会不会期待着新的一天快快到来呢?

有人爱坚贞不屈的梅花，有人爱优雅空灵的兰花，还有人爱不畏风霜的菊花……而我却爱生机盎然、默默无闻的绿萝。

Recently, our efforts to protect wild animals was questioned by the public,

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

我们的身体里住着一些“小怪物”：快乐、忧伤、厌恶、愤怒、恐惧……它们让我的人生记忆变得丰富多彩，回味无穷。

小怪物没有好与坏之分，每种都有它的作用，比起隐藏负面的小怪物，重要的是了解它们反映出的信息，学会“饲养”它们。管理人的本质，就是饲养这些小怪物。

饲养小怪物有两种方法：

1、分离

要意识到自己和小怪物在一起，比如说：我现在感到很生气，我和我的愤怒小怪物在一起。要慢慢平静下来，深呼吸。当你察觉到这只小怪物时，它就会慢慢与你分离。

2、抽离

听上去和分离差不多，但做法截然不同。还是拿“生气”举例。当你感觉生气时，就静静地站在原地，闭上眼睛，往后退一步，你感觉到你从愤怒小怪物的“拥抱”中走出来了。如果还是觉得生气，就再退一步，直到你恢复正常，这就是“抽离小怪物”。

这是两个饲养小怪物的方法，还有一个很深的误区需要注意——只饲养“负面”的小怪物。

这个观点是绝对错误的。比如：欢喜和忧伤是所有小怪物的一体两面，你要饲养的是所有的小怪物这一整体系统。你如果饲养不了自己的狂喜小怪物，那你同样也饲养不了自己的狂怒小怪物，所以，一定要学会正确饲养它们的方法。

看到这里，你一定会好奇“小怪物”是什么，“饲养”是什么。“小怪物”就是情绪，“饲养”就是管理(情绪)啦!

情绪就像是一个个小怪物，会为我们的人生记忆添加色彩，也会给我们的日常生活添乱。这时，就需要合适的管理方法来“饲养”情绪小怪物，让它们不再“胡作非为”。

童年是一杯谈谈的茶，让人回味无穷，童年是雨后的彩虹，五颜六色，色彩缤纷，童年是日落的夕阳，是人无限向往。一步入初中，我就知道，童年已不再属于我，可我多么希望，时光能够倒流，让我再一次感受童年的快乐。

以前，我总是痛了就哭，乐了就笑，无忧无虑，自由自在的就如同一只小鸟，让人不禁羡慕与嫉妒。记得有一次，我不小心把妈妈最爱的包包划了一个口，妈妈就怒火冲天，开口就骂。我就坐在地上哭了起来，哭得那么可怜，那么无助，时不时还抽涕几下，让人看了忍不住心疼。一见我哭，妈妈立刻生了怜悯之心，把我从地上抱起来，向我道歉。一想到自己的苦肉计得逞，我立刻高兴起来。从小到大，我都是爸妈的心头肉，只要我一哭，爸妈立刻服软。我扑到妈妈的怀里，像只小狗一样缠着妈妈，而妈妈就这样抱着我。渐渐地，我睡着了，在妈妈温暖的怀里睡着了。

太阳渐渐从东边升起，农民伯伯应刻早就去田里收谷了吧!秋天——我最喜欢的季节，这个丰收的季节，总能给人带来快乐。从前，每当秋天来临，我就非常高兴，因为秋天一来，考试、寒假、新年也就随之而来。“考试”这个熟悉的民称我早也听惯，在考试前，我总是做出一番努力，每次的考试都让人满意，老师也少不了给我颁发奖状。接着，就是我快乐的寒假生活，渐渐地，春节也跟着来了，大人总不忘给我这个“淘气包”一个红包。如今每当看到一张张隐约泛黄的奖状，我总是忍不住发出一声感叹，啊!我的童年多美好，我为你骄傲。

哎，童年，我的童年，你一去不复返。如今，又是一个秋天，可我在也感受不到童年的欢乐。每当听到“童年”这首歌;每当看到小朋友嬉戏，我总是忍不住想起了你。如今，你却变成一个回忆。但我依然为自己感到庆幸，我曾经有个快乐的童年，它为我的人生多出一道彩虹，为我的人生道路多一份精彩，我多希望，你永远属于我，但我知道，我长大了，我还有很长的路要走，我不可能一直停留在童年的时光，我有了自己的追求，自己的梦想，我已成了一名青年，但我依然爱你，我的童年，谢谢你，给予我如此多的快乐。

童年，愿你带给更多人快乐，我对你的思念永远不能停止，再见了，童年!
