现在12岁的我，体重已达到120斤，严重超标。我肥胖的主要原因是：在我小的时候，妈妈想增强我的体质，便给我报了跆拳道。由于体能消耗太大，再加上妈妈对我的宠爱，我的饭量大大地增加。由于练习跆拳道太累，我没有坚持下来，饭量也在这里定住了，也由于我不爱活动，所以现在的我才这么胖。

邻居们都说我胖了好，所以我就信以为真，但是发生了几件小事让我改变了这个看法。

星期天，我和妈妈去步行街给我买衣服，我选中了一件蓝色的T恤，可是因为没有大号，老板说：“你儿子这么胖，在儿童店都买不到了，只能上大人的服装店里去买了。”我和妈妈只好遗憾地离开;家里来了客人，见到我时，总会说：“你儿子怎么长这么胖呢?小时候也不见这么胖呀!给你儿子吃什么好的东西啦……”我只好选择避而不见。

现在我对肥胖只能做的是用运动来减肥，现在我每天早上都会去跑步，晚上做20个俯卧撑，20个仰卧起坐，爸爸妈妈也会每天监督我，我相信，在爸爸妈妈的鼓励和我的努力坚持下，我一定会对肥胖说拜拜的。

the morning, I wore a beautiful skirt, I had eaten glutinous rice dumplings, and

I followed my father. Mother went to her grandmothers house together. I see my

可后来，我却割到了手，疼痛感一下子侵袭了过来。当时不懂得控制情绪的我，更别谈什么坚强了，泪一下子涌了出来，在我脸上肆意地打转。其中有一滴泪落进了我的口中。长大，那是多么漫长，可我多么想长大!看着苹果上杂乱的刮痕和手上的伤疤，我想道，成长的味道，原来就和泪一样苦涩。

从此不再去碰苹果刀，因为我心里明白自己还小。直到那一天，我升了一个年级，心里想着：现在是不是长大了呢?于是在心里存放已久的念头再次萌发了，我又拿起苹果刀。这次没有再割到手，但由于自己的不熟练，在削皮的同时，也削去了不少苹果肉，剩下的，简直接近一个核。而我，却在那个苹果核里，啃出了点点甜味……

现在，我长大了。在无数次的尝试和锻炼中，苹果刀不再会不听我的话，削出的苹果，也不再会狼狈不堪。每一次，我都会削出长长的皮来，苹果也可以大致保留原来的形状，每次削苹果吃，嘴里都会弥漫着一股甜味。再想想以前，我总是会不由自主地笑出声来。我想着：成长的味道，原来和苹果一样甜。

今天十分闷热，没有一点风，就像给这个世界盖上了一个巨大的盖子，盖在了正在加热的大火炉里。不知什么时候，大火炉上堆落了阵阵乌云。天上越来越黑了，就像老天打翻黑色的墨水瓶一样，黑云飞快的蔓延过来。小蚂蚁好像在搬家，正想着，我就想起了一句谚语"蚂蚁搬家晴必雨，蜘蛛结网雨必睛"看来，是要下雨了，赶快回家拿个伞。

慢慢地，我听见了雨声，那句谚语真的得太好了。雨水从天上落下来，好像小精灵们在天上跳舞，一脚踩空，就掉了下来，掉在地上，哗拉哗啦的，一听，小精灵掉在地上很痛。雨慢慢得大了起来，黄豆般的大小，从天而降，风也越来越大了，小草随风摆动，跳着舞，肆无忌惮，看着看着，我也有点想跳了，雨越下越大，电闪雷鸣，在雨下的同时，雷也在给雨做伴奏，天上的雷好像在给大地拍照，又像一支支利剑，将天空劈开一道道的细缝，加上了声音，感觉在世界的末日中生活。人们撑着伞快步行走，好像不快点走，自己就要掉下去，掉在一个没人知道的地方。有些人，没有伞,他们跑了起来，在找可以避雨的地方。雨变得更大了，在雨中的花草树木，似乎在洗免费的淋浴，城市街道也洗了个澡，变得快非常干净。

雨累了，慢慢的快停下来了，乌云也走了，好像下了好大的雨，把乌云给洗走了，一片晴朗。天空中，出现了一个非常美丽的桥，啊!是彩虹，五彩斑斓的彩虹，在天空中停了下来，好像在看被雨洗过的城市。

雨消除了炎热，浇灌了庄稼，这真是一场好雨啊!

If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

eve.
