去年夏天去敬老院，约好时间是下午3点，但等到快4点人都没到齐，我加入的是河南义工联合会，是通过网络互相联系的志愿者组织，一切活动全凭志愿。

敬老院环境不错，名字叫爱馨敬老院，条件设施也挺齐全，有医疗保健室，老年活动室，但进入老人们的住宿区时味道不好闻，大多数老人都坐在轮椅上，只是腿脚不灵便。

这个敬老院是营利性质的，护理的价钱是不同的，除非是高级护理，否则不可能有专门人员一直陪着老人聊天，所以大多时间还是这些老人呆在一起，特别希望我们这样的志愿者来陪他们聊天，推他们出去走走。

我先扶着一位老奶奶下了轮椅在屋里走走，等到5点多后，太阳落山了，我推另一个老奶奶出去转转，我对她特别有好感，因为她很象我姥姥，脾气特别和善，不象其他老人满腹牢骚，总是为他人着想，一副与世无争的样子，她对我说：“你们年轻人这么忙，还能来这里陪我们，真是太感谢了!”我说我还是学生，她有点惊讶：“难得啊，可别影响了学习。”我对她说在我们家乡，把老人送到敬老院是很不光彩的，好象孩子不孝顺。老奶奶说：“孩子们太忙了，实在是不方便。”原来老奶奶祖籍北京，在铁路上工作，因工作调配到郑州，孩子们有时在北京，有时在郑州，或其他地方。

也许是这位老奶奶的缘故，我并不觉得这些老人很亲切，相反，有的还很凶。这次真正陪老人的志愿者并不多，有几个一直在外面打屁，发出阵阵笑声，一位和我一样坚持陪老人的志愿者跟我说：“咱们和他们不是一路人。”

我家门前有一块小花园，花园里爬满了牵牛花。每当牵牛花开放的时候，这片花园就变成了淡蓝色的海洋。

我和小狗曹成每天都在牵牛花园里玩耍。有一次，曹成跑在前面，它太贪玩了，我怎么追都追不上它。曹成跑着跑着，突然回头看了我一眼，就一不小心撞在了花园的栅栏上，我赶紧跑过去，抱起曹成，一起观察牵牛花。我看到牵牛花的藤条上长满了密密麻麻的绿叶，它的叶子是爱心形的。牵牛花的茎又细又长，弯弯的，上面有一层白色的小绒毛。细细的小藤条在微风中来回摆动。曹成还抓着一个最低的牵牛花的藤条，摇来摇去。就这样，这些平淡无奇的牵牛花，给我和曹成却带来了无限的乐趣。

有一个周末，我起床后去给牵牛花浇水，我发现牵牛花已经吹起了紫色的小喇叭。它的花朵是紫红的，开放的花朵像一个个小喇叭，所以牵牛花也叫喇叭花。下午，我放学回家，发现这些牵牛花的花瓣全部卷了起来，像一个个害羞的小姑娘。这是为什么呢?带着疑问我走进家门，和妈妈一起查阅了资料。原来啊，牵牛花的花冠大而薄，需要充足的水分。清晨的空气比较湿润，气温不高，阳光也很柔和，牵牛花里面的水分非常饱满，因此牵牛花才开得那么鲜艳，那么灿烂。下午呢，太阳当空照，空气变得干燥起来，根部又因为茎太长，来不及把水分提供给花冠，花冠也就“弹尽粮绝”了，卷起来了。

我恍然大悟，原来牵牛花离不开水呀，怪不得早上开，晚上闭呢!

有时候，牵牛花还能预报天气呢!如果你看牵牛花开着，就表示天气凉爽而且湿润;如果牵牛花闭着，那就表示天气炎热而且干燥。

Girls at a training course offered by the "Care for Girls" program in

Qingjian county, Shaanxi province, talked about their pursuit of dreams despite

一本普通、简单的本子和老师鲜红色的笔记引起了我的好奇心。

是什么?老师给我的评语是什么呢?多少分?那篇能得多少分呢?

本子刚发下来，躁动的心就指挥我的手一把扒住它，小心翼翼地瞄着四周确保没有目光投到这儿来。几个鲜红色的字就这么粗暴而耀眼地嵌在我的本子上再也去不掉了。“38”这个数给了我不少欢喜，我离40分不远了!

轻瞄：有的同学把本子打开又合上……合上又打开，反反复复，好像正在寻觅最正确的打开方式;有的同学一拿到作文本就收入了包囊，他的本上是藏了什么吗;有的同学就爱往别人身上靠，左顾右盼伺机窥探机密，然后悄眯眯地看着自己的分数、或是傻笑，或是长叹一声。每一个同学脸上都藏着不同的“故事”……

我们每个人都不是机器，就算人工智能再强大再发达也无法模拟我们的心智，因为我们人类的瑰宝——感情永远无法被复制!不过果真如此吗?在我们灵魂中的那座精神宫殿里到底蕴藏了些什么?

在我们的意识里，或许存在这样两个区域——潜意识和直接意识。我们实质上无法直接控制我们的行为，例如当你的意识(直接意识，即你可控的部分)好似发出了消息去“驱使”你的手指弯折的时候，它真的弯折了，但这只是表面现象，经国外科学家研究表明——你的“直接意识”其实无法控制你的行为!若用电脑编程的思想或许能很好解释这个问题：当某种生活状态或认知重复被运用和理解时，我们的意识则会把它们形成一种定式记入潜意识中，这个过程就是学习或养成习惯。它们像电脑函数一样被写好，当直接意识通过不断的心理暗示或者满足一定条件时，它们便会被触发和调用。我认为，这是每个人行为的基础。

那情绪为何物呢?我们记忆的过程是把感官信息经理解，在直接意识中不断回味，最终形成一段“代码”流经存在潜意识中。情绪的来源除了先天被赋予的“疼了会悲伤”、“看到喜欢的事物会快乐”等常识性情绪外，都是由后天的记忆和大量记忆学习所形成的思维范式所决定的。或许人类情感大概只有几种基本类型，但对于每个人来说，被触发的这些基本情感或情感组合、以及后续的行为都因人而异。综上所述，情感并非绝对感性，其中也有因果逻辑可寻。证明了这一点，便很有利于我们更好的理解情绪和控制调节负面情绪。

所有情绪都有因果可言，那么首先是要抱以一种接受和理解的态度来看待一切情绪，因为它们源于你自己，源于逻辑与事实，所以你的每一个想法都有道理、有原因。老子的一句名言让我永生难忘——上善若水。水流的精神就是融为万物，同样我们学习与了解的过程就是深入其中，由内而外地感受一切——不论人、事、物、学科、知识、你的情绪还是你自己。这不是换位思考，因为你与万物是一体的，不存在换位与否。在与同学、老师、家长有矛盾时，尝试着去感受一下对方的想法、别人的苦衷……所以，调节负面情绪的最好方法就是包容它，通过你的行为反推你潜意识中深藏的思维范式，慢慢修改它们，转换领悟观察事物的角度，以一颗敬仰之心，水之灵魂体会生活。这样，我们的烦恼与负面情绪无疑会少许多;而且当烦恼或负面情绪来临，我们有更好的心理弹性调整回归到正常状态!

大人们总是说：“小孩子是最无忧无虑的，殊不知我们也有许多成长的烦恼。有的来自家庭的种.种困扰，有的来自与同学交往中的困惑……”而我的烦恼与大多数学生一样，那就是学习的压力。

大了些，道了别。初中我与槿都坐校车上学，家离的不远，学校巧了，离的也近。校车遇见却也不是常事，坐了一年的校车，只有一次遇见。然而那次，却成了遗憾。

第二天早上我一直在便利店里寻觅，看提拉米苏送来了没有。到上午十一点多，看到送货的人送来几大箱甜品，堆叠在门口。我飞也似地跑向货架，看着店员往上摆着货物，拿了几块蛋糕，便走了去。一般我是不去便利店的，嫌它小，货也不全。说来也怪，这提拉米苏也只有便利店卖。管不了那么多了，我现在一心只想见到槿。

跑到她小区门口，我走了进去。17号楼902，肯定没错，我随着保洁阿姨进了楼。电梯到了九楼，我走到了槿家的门前。敲门声晌起。
