愉快的暑假到了。在暑假里，为了锻炼身体，和掌握一项基本技能。我和爸爸来到了五环游泳馆学习游泳。

我换好泳装之后，便进入了游泳池。我一看，哇!真热闹。有许多大人，小孩在水里嬉戏，游泳。像一只只小鱼在水里游。游泳池的水清澈极了一眼望到底。这时，爸爸对我说：“下水吧，开始学”。我听后，心里一阵激动，兴奋地下了水。水凉丝丝的，在炎热的暑期让人感觉非常舒适。在初学泳道浅水区只有1。2米水深。我想，这应该是专门给我们这些初学者准备的吧!

首先，爸爸对我说：“学习游泳要首先适应水环境，学会在水中憋气，换气”。看我示范一下：只见爸爸戴上泳镜，深深地吸了一口气，把头慢慢潜入水中，过了大概一分钟才浮出水面。然后，便让我也试一试。我十分紧张的戴上泳镜，吸了一口气慢慢沉下水面。感觉周围的水都向我挤压过来，耳朵也嗡嗡的，只过了四五秒就坚持不住了，猛的冲出水面大口的呼吸。经过不断地练习。慢慢的消除紧张，适应水下环境。终于跨过了学习游泳的第一步。

接着，爸爸教我蛙泳的基本动作。上肢动作：双手并拢前伸，翻转向下后方拔水。下肢动作：双腿前屈，向后蹬腿夹水……然后，让我自己练习。看着爸爸游得轻松自如，便暗自想：我也一定要学会游泳。但是我就像旱鸭子一样，左一下右一下地乱扑腾，怎么也协调不起来。只会在原地忽沉忽浮，怎么也不会往前走。我决不能“坐以待毙”。于是，我仔细观察体会别人的泳姿。心领神会后照猫画虎。腿往前屈，蹬水夹水。同时手掌合十前伸成直线，然后手掌翻转向后拔水。终于我游出了一两米。耶!“首战告捷”。我心里美滋滋的。继续努力，不断练习起来。

在不断的练习过程中，我慢慢体会并克服困难。比如：有一次，在练习游泳中的换气方法时，一不小心，该呼气憋气时不自主的吸气。直接呛了一大口水，顿时方寸大乱，胡乱扑腾起来，什么动作要领都忘了。不断下沉，连续喝了好几口水。幸好我眼疾手快抓住了浮线。

经过不断练习，体会和摸索。我终于学会了游泳这一技能。并不断熟练。逐渐从每次游一百米，两百米，五百米……直到每次去练习都能游一千米。不但学会了这项技能而且有效锻炼了身体。

经过这次学习，使我领悟到：只有确定目标，不断努力。善于发现和解决过程中的困难。抱着“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针”决心，通过努力就会成功。

尼采曾经说过：“凝视深渊过久，深渊亦回以凝视;与恶龙缠斗过久，自己亦成恶龙。”处在囚徒困境中过久的人，也就自然成了囚徒。如果说把囚徒困境比作深渊，那它就像深渊一样“凝视”着你，对你的思想产生影响，让你无法逃脱。

只要站在自我的角度上，无论怎样决定，都有出现最坏情况的可能;只有站在整体的角度上，才有出现最佳方案的可能：每人都选择沉默，每人各领刑1年。如果没有合作，就只能通过无数次博弈才能达到纳什均衡的状态，接近帕累托最优，但成本巨大。

帕累托最优是指资源分配的一种理想状态。假定固有的一群人和可分配的资源，从一种分配状态到另一种状态的变化中，在没有使任何人境况变坏的前提下，使得至少一个人变得更好，这就是帕累托改进或帕累托最优。帕累托最优就是不可能再有更多的帕累托改进的余地;换句话说，帕累托改进是达到帕累托最优的路径和方法。帕累托最优是公平与效率的“理想王国”。

不难发现，理想状态的出现必以合作为前提，在单纯的博弈之中事实上是没有帕累托最优的，更何况在很多情形中，根本就没有无数次博弈的机会：重庆公交车坠江事件中的人们能重新来一次吗?——总是以自我利益为中心，最终必定损及自我利益。

如果我们能把彼此看成是一个整体进行合作，而不是把彼此看成是对手进行博弈，我们就能很轻易地走出囚徒困境。两人都坦白，因为证据充足，两人分别被判刑8年，刑期总和为16年;一人沉默一人坦白，其中一人无罪释放，另一人领刑10年，刑期总和10年;两个人都选择沉默，证据不足，每人领刑1年，刑期总和2年。

如果我们不总是想着博弈，而是想着合作;不总是把自己看成是集体之外的一个人，而是像尼采所说的——“伟大的自我意识不是作为个体，而是作为人类”那样，把自己看成是整个集体，那么我们既不需要纠结于对方是如何想，也不会面临10年或8年的刑期，我们不需要任何成本地拥抱了帕累托最优。

世上本没有深渊，但人们却总是喜欢作茧自缚，为自己挖掘一个深渊，然后把自己置于深渊的边缘——多么愚蠢的高明之举!

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

direction. Among these changes, the air pollutions resulting from a huge number

of automobiles and coal-burning is almost the severest. The severe air pollution

alarms humans of the heavy load we have exerted on Earth by our insatiable

production and usage of automobiles. However, with the deepening of

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

北京的秋天是四季中最美的季节，那么，香山的秋天会是什么样的呢?

金秋十月的一天，我走进了香山饭店，迎面而来的是白墙灰瓦，菱形、团花形的窗户错落有致，点缀其间，好像一个传统江南的庭院。进了大厅，抬头看，是一个大大的玻璃穹顶，秋日的午后阳光透射进来，撒落在厅堂的沙发上，暖洋洋的。

穿过大厅我走进了后花园，首先映入眼帘的，是远处的一座石山，壁立万仞，那就是“飞云石”，好像是一位将军在守卫着香山。在它的前面，有一条蜿蜒曲折的小溪，据说是按着晋代王羲之《兰亭集序》的故事建造的，取名为“曲水流觞”。再前面是一片湖水，清绿清绿的，宛如碧玉一般。水上浮划着五六只可爱的鸭子，水下游动着十几条机灵的小鱼儿，这一泓秋水如月光一样华丽，因此叫做“流华池”。

我踏着水上嶙峋石块搭建的断桥，又转进一片湖，金色的、黑色的、红白相间的锦鲤在脚下的石间游戏，溅起水花，使得碧波荡漾，难怪这里叫做“金鳞戏波”。我顺着石路走去，在一泉瀑布旁停下了，清清的泉水从高处流下，拍打在石头上，发出清脆的响声，像鸟儿在唱着动听的歌儿，因此这里叫做“清音泉”。回首望去，秋日的夕阳透过微微泛黄的树叶，照落在身后那白墙灰瓦，别有一番秋的韵味。

次日清晨，我来到了香山的山脚，开始爬山。一路上，我看到了一些树的叶子变红了，真可谓一叶知秋啊。林中一排排树木高大密集，茂盛的枝叶把大大的太阳挡住了，只剩下了凉爽。那树上结满了松果，小松鼠也出来觅食，准备过冬了。路边的花儿还散发着香气，让自己在最后的时刻贡献出一份力量。

拾级而上，我爬上了香雾窟平台，但这只是香山的一半呀!远眺香炉峰峰顶，我不禁想起李白的一句诗：“日照香庐升紫烟”。想想，它有多高多美啊!此时我的心中有些小失望，明明体力有余，但由于时间关系我却无法继续前行。这次没登上香炉峰，下次我一定要“拿下”它，站到香山之巅，眺望香山最美的秋色!

我们班的胡老师是一名“万能医生”。

“叮铃铃”，上课铃声响起，但老师依旧没来，班级就变成“菜市场”，同学们都在窃窃私语，左顾右盼。

就在这时，老师怒气冲冲地走进来，大声呵斥：“班里怎么那么吵?”我们吓了一大跳，一个个都呆若木鸡。老师又大声吼道：“你看看你们!成什么样子了?这还像个班级吗?”她的脸就像霜降的茄子，又青又紫!

我们面如土色，十分害怕。突然，一个意料之外的事发生了!老师瞬间眉开眼笑，头上的“火焰”好似被“冷水”浇灭了，笑眯眯地说：“好啦，这节的作文课就写“愤怒的老师”吧，把老师的神态、动作、表情等写下来，先让我们把思路整理一下……”这时，我们才明白，原来我们被耍了，真是“敢怒不敢言”啊。不过老师可真机智啊!竟然想出这个好办法来帮我们“治”写作难的“病”。

老师不但会治写作难的“病”，还会“治”个别同学的“疑难杂症”。走进教室，老远都听到吼叫声：

“哎呀，这题怎么写，那题怎么写?好难啊，我不要写了。”

每当金克同抱怨时，老师就会教导他，并细声细语告诉他怎么写。

没过几天，金克同的病又发作了：“我不要学习了，又要写作业，又要读，背。”每到这时，又是胡老师去慢慢开导他。

没错，无论什么“疑难杂症”，这位“万能医生”都会一一“治”好。

胡老师就是这样一个“医生”，她用“智慧”与“温柔”悄悄地帮同学们“治病”。这样的“万能医生”，难道不值得我敬佩吗?

People will make a lot of friends during their lifetime, the more friends

they make, the more capable they are. Some young people are proud of having many

friends, but only the true friends deserve us to care about. The person we make

must be positive to life. He will set the good example to you and help you to be

a better man. The bad friends will make you perverted, especially for the

teenagers, they can’t make the right judgement and are easy to follow others, so

the friends are very important part of their lives. Once they make the wrong

friends, they will do the bad thing. So we don’t need more friends, just the

right one.
