我记得读书时代的自己是极其心高气傲的，因为每年入学的成绩还算不错，因为每次大考的卷面还算可观，所以我一度自尊心、自信心、自豪感爆棚。尤其是当我多次荣誉的站到了领奖台上时，当我拼尽一切努力和运气考上大学的时候，我真是喜悦、骄傲、优越到了巅峰，乃至于错误的认为自己天赋异禀、不可一世，想想那时自己还真是中二到了极点。可是再回首看看现在叛逆、任性、愚笨、普通的自己呢，因为毕业后一直表现的平凡无奇，所以卑微、惭愧、自卑、自弃、自怜、自哀已经成为了自己所谓的盔甲和战袍，这还真真是讽刺、可笑、可悲到了顶点。

怀念啊，我的青春!正所谓没有对比就没有伤害，没有反思就没有进步，有了年少岁月的光环所衬托，我现在无比憎恨现在这个胆怯、懦弱、卑贱的自己，所以我极其想要寻找改变的机会，好让自己可以趁着青春的尾巴再勇敢一次，再拼命一回，这样哪怕会在前路上摔得很惨很重，我也就不会觉得那么遗憾、那么悔恨和那么不甘了!

只要心中永远青春，那么从头再来永远不迟，但愿我可以重新做回从前那个勇敢、无畏、坚强、韧性的少年，那样的话我就不会被质疑、冷眼、风雨、打击和失败所阻挠了。

Dreams and Reality

When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as

being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on.

Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have

motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have

to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life.

Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them.

First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we

have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need

to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the

“每天锻炼一小时，增强体魄充满朝气，快快乐乐欢欢喜喜练出好身体，为我中华更强盛，大家齐努力······”近日，我校举行了秋季趣味运动会，使我们体会到了运动的快乐与重要。

在刚刚开始报名时，同学们都非常积极，争先恐后地向老师报名，都想为班级争夺一份荣誉，看来我们班很有集体荣誉感。不过，我们可不能光说不练呀。于是，我们开始组织练习了。首先是大绳，大家都很积极，每天中午都聚集在一起训练，功夫不负有心人，我们在运动会上跳了139个;个人项目有三项，50米、100米、200米，我们各自都在家里苦练，都希望能拿个人奖。在200米报名时，我们并不是很积极，就觉得200米很远，可能跑不了，但在张老师的鼓舞下，我们变得非常积极，张老师可真厉害。虽说“临时磨枪，不快也光”，可是我们临时训练的效果仍然不佳，我们班在50米中没有一个晋级决赛;在接力赛中，我们掉棒两次，不幸得了最后一名，同学们都很伤心;在拔河比赛中，我们一下被三班拉趴下，这是我们丢尽了脸面，还被二班人给嘲弄了一番;而在立定跳远上，我们班跳得也不是非常好。

这次运动会使我们懂得了一个道理：不可“临时抱佛脚”，要提前做好准备，而且是充分的准备，要有十足的把握才能决定，不然定会输得一塌糊涂;运动是一天一天积累下来的，不可能练上三五天就能拿第一名，它需要一个过程，一个提高的过程，而不是紧急训练就能成功，“心急吃不了热豆腐”，这句话说的真对。看来，凡事不可急于求成，更不可冒险，我们以后一定要做到“每天锻炼一小时”，才能“幸福生活一辈子”。正如歌中所唱：“健康属于我，健康属于你，阳光体育使我们健康又美丽。”

首先，老师给我们讲了一下规则，四名同学依次来吹讲台上的四根蜡烛，看谁能一次把四根都吹灭。听后，同学们有的神态自若，好像与他无关，或许他觉得很简单，根本不用练习。也有的同学自信地笑着，一副跟打了胜仗的样子似的。而有的同学就不同了，什么话也不说，安静地坐着，应该是在想怎么能赢，还有的人张大了嘴巴，狠狠地吸了一口气，然后使劲地吹，试试自己有多大力气。而我却心想：不就是吹蜡烛吗?肯定能赢，在过生日的时候，一口气让我吹十根都可以。这时，老师把桌面上的一些纸类的东西都收到柜子里，因为怕到时候蜡烛倒了会把纸烧着。然后，老师又从包里拿出了一个打火机。接着，游戏开始了。

首先，老师左手拿起蜡烛，右手拿打火机，按了一下，火苗燃了起来，她目不转睛地盯着那个小火点，老师又倾斜了一下蜡烛，只见油一滴一滴地滴在讲台上，好把蜡烛固定在桌子上。只见小火苗变得越来越大。同学们有的一直在笑，觉得非常简单。也有的神态庄重，一直盯着蜡烛。我心想：这个游戏可能还真有点难度。接着，老师又把其它几根也都点着了。只见第一位上场同学信心满满地张大了嘴巴，深深地吸了一口气，用出全身的力气来吹。可是，结果她只吹灭了两根蜡烛。轮到我了，我鼓足了气，双腿弯曲，手扶在腿上，用力一吹，只吹灭了两根。这时我心想：看来并没有我想的那么简单。接下来其他同学也都吹灭的不多，只有一个同学吹灭最多，吹灭了三根。同学们一个个都与之前不一样了，本来自信满满的同学像一个泄了气的皮球，而之前不怎么自信的同学却十分开心。

最后，老师让同学们评选了“吹蜡烛小达人”，我没有被选上，这也说明在这方面我不太完美，没有找到技巧，还要继续努力。

语文老师讲“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”，英语老师教“candle”，物理老师说“蜡烛密度小于水的密度”，化学老师写“石蜡+氧气点燃生成水+二氧化碳。我拿出一支蜡烛，点燃，熄灭，又再次点燃……

上了中学，各科任务都比小学增加了许多，随着作业量的增多，科目的增多，我的压力也会越来越大，记得有一次，数学老师考了10道关于“乘方”的计算题，我当时看见一道题心想：“这道题我会，肯定没问题!”自信的我很快就做完了10道计算题，检查都没检查就交给了老师，过了几节课，老师把题发了下来，我一看惊呆了，居然错了5道题。当时老师告诉我：“做人要虚心，不能骄傲啊!”我听从了老师的教导，细心地把题改了，结果全对了，下次老师在考的时候，我一定听从老师的教诲，认认真真的去做每一道题，等到再考试时，可以取得一个好成绩。

“母爱”无微不至

人们都说：“父爱如山，母爱如水。”而母亲的爱是细柔的，母亲无微不至的在关怀着我们。

“轰隆隆“在学校听见了打雷的声音，同学们都被吓坏了，都担心自己回不去家怎么办，到了放学的时候，家长们都来接自己的孩子，可唯独我还没有人接。我左等右等，妈妈就是不来，“佳佳”我听见有人喊我的名字，转身过去，看见雨中一个熟悉的影子，“妈妈”我扑了过去，再抬头看看妈妈狼狈的样子，想得出，妈妈肯定是被雨淋着了。那天晚上回家，妈妈就生病了，而且还发烧……

“朋友，我相信你”

“加油!加油!”在操场上正在举行百米比赛，我的好朋友，小雪也参加了比赛，在比赛之前，我为她加油打气，我相信她，一定会拿第一，她用自信的眼光看着我，比赛结束后，她果然取得了第一名，我们开心极了……

成长，是人生的一个个阶梯，欢乐、烦恼、忧愁、无助、彷徨，乐观，自信，一个个阶梯相通，引领我们走向通往成功的大门。

I have a beautifulSchool. There are many buildings in my school, such as

teaching buildings, library, dormitory buildings and so on. My classroom is

bright, which can hold about sixty students. Our library is very big. It has

four floors and is full of books. In my spare time, I often read books in it.

What’s more, the playground in my school is surrounded by various flowers and I

like playing games with my friends on the playground.

我认为规矩有很多种，也有很多类型。有的规矩很好，对多数人有好处。

图书馆里不许大声说话，可以增加气氛，书香四溢;考试的规矩就是不许抄卷，考出实力……有时规矩也是一种素质的考验，课堂上的表现可以看出一个人的素质。

可是，有些规矩，却是那么的不合理!在高速公路上，有人自己乱冲乱撞，为什么毫无恶意的司机要进行赔偿?课堂上，为什么一定要让学生把背挺直，双手放在桌面?为什么，警车和救护车、消防车，在办急事时撞了人，就不用负法律责任?

规矩就是法律，法律就是真理;但是有时天理难容：真理就是一种束缚与利益。有时，可能会为一个人就定一条规矩。但是每个人都是有私心和野心的。规矩多，规矩严，规矩帮助过许许多多受过冤枉的人。但是又何曾没有害过很多人呢?许多人被一些看似合理的“规矩”害得家破人亡;也有许多人被一些听似乎“正义的话语和规矩”欺骗，有的还付出了生命的代价。

没有规矩不成方圆，这是没错，但是为什么不能让它全面一些呢?对，世界万物都有它的规矩，我们要去遵守它，也要尊敬它。但为什么，不试着去改变一些呢?

自然界的规矩，理所当然要去遵守;人类自己定的规矩，自然也有它的道理，但是，去通融一下，不是更好吗?通融规矩，让它自然，通融规矩，让它完美。

司机看了路，有人要来撞他的车，那能怨得了他吗?上课一眼一板地呆若木鸡，不是阻止了学生的许多灵感吗?警车、救护车和消防车就算再急，也不能撞人啊!那不是造成了更大的伤亡吗?

尊重规矩，但也要尊重遵守规矩的人!通融规矩，可以让无益变成有益，让有益成全部有益，通融规矩，可以让束缚变成宽恕，让宽恕变成自由!

我讨厌那些不公平、不合理的规矩，我也讨厌那些很古板的规矩，它们总是那么不通融，不自然。总之，改变它吧，所有的规矩都需要通融、提升，我们会去遵守它，只要它是对的!
