3.油炸：油锅油温加热到175℃左右，先将生坯筛净扑粉，预防粉受高油温焦化而污染油质，影响制品色泽。再将生坯倒在笊篱中慢慢放入油锅;待浮上油面时，迅速用笊篱拨动生坯，并且不断翻身，待呈金黄色时，立即捞出油锅。
