我国是世界上垃圾包袱最重的国家之一，每年城市产生的各类生活垃圾总量达“亿吨之多，且垃圾处理水平很落后，科技含量低。目前处理垃圾的主要方法是把垃圾集中到农村卫生填埋，这相当于把垃圾的危害转嫁给农民，破坏农村环境卫生，严重污染土壤、水体等，.如今农民闹事现象己很普遍。农民过去只知厌恶苍蝇，现在已经开始懂得污染的危害比苍蝇更可怕，若不尽快拿出行之有效的解决方法，将会深深的影响社会和谐、稳定的发展;将会出现更多类似于天门市‘垃圾之争’的事件。

二、“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法是今后垃圾处理的发展方向。

余姚市桐张吞是闻名的‘杨梅’之乡，每年杨梅成熟的时节，也是苍蝇的高峰期，也是我们全体员工无不担心苍蝇毁坏杨梅农民闹事之时。从06年至今，臭气熏天，苍蝇成灾的垃圾场环境彻底的得到了改善，当地农民欣喜地说：“‘科技办法就是多。’当初垃圾场臭气逼人，现今比其它地方还清净，原因是2006年初，我场得知安徽合肥使用“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，就与提供此项技术服务的丹阳市东南卫生化工厂取得联系，采用了他们的“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，很快就出现明显效果。

当年8月9日至10日两天，由余姚市有关领导亲自参加，共组织200余人来到垃圾场参观考察，还特地安排在距垃圾作业区约三四十米处就地用餐，整个就餐过程中没有一人有脏臭不适感，参观结束，所有人员无不称说是一大‘奇迹’。2007年，我们从所有的垃圾箱、中转站从源头就开始使用，结果整个城市几乎已闻不到垃圾臭味，垃圾场也几乎看不见有苍蝇。

★垃圾污染是严重的环保问题，国家创卫应把它列为重点内容。

城市的垃圾箱、中转站、垃圾处理场以及运送垃圾的车辆，每逢夏秋之时，无处不是“臭气熏人、苍蝇成灾”，甚至连奋战在垃圾处理一线的环卫工人的身体也占有臭气。这与光荣评选卫生先进城市应感到是一种羞耻。

实践已经证明：垃圾污染被清除，臭气、苍蝇就自然消失，空气质量也会提高，人民减少生病。估计可以节省的医药费用会是处理垃圾所需费用的千倍万倍。除有可能会影响部分医院的经济效益，其它别的应该是有百利而无一害。

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法不仅可以清除垃圾的臭味和苍蝇，还可以消除有机垃圾的有害物质和气体，还可有效抑制有害致病菌的生长繁殖，彻底除去污染源。同时还节省覆盖粘土达七倍之多，还可使有机垃圾减量30%。值得一提的是：该方法不含任何有毒化学成分，能从根本上消除污染危害。但目前尚未见在全国推广，本人了解有以下原因：

首先厂方考虑到垃圾处理需要低成本，顾及用户的利益，不愿在广告宣传中过多投入增加成本。

其次是发现市场上有不正当竞争现象甚至有类似香精等物制成的除臭品搅乱市场，影响“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的有效推广!

第三、我国爱国卫生运动过去几十年对环卫部门的要求只是消灭苍蝇(包括卫生评比检查)，农民闹事大多数也是因苍蝇而起，所以环卫部门对消除垃圾危害的要求认识还不够深刻，导致对垃圾处理的新技术不敏感。

三、消除垃圾危害迫在眉睫。

全国有数以万计的环卫员工和上千万居住在垃圾场附近的农民，他们的身体健康时刻在遭受垃圾危害的侵袭，现在消除垃圾的危害迫在眉睫。为此，我有如下几点建议：

1.建议相关代表能够关心一下自己本地区的垃圾处理情况，把

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法通报给当地政府的有关部门;

2.建议各级爱国卫生运动委员会把消除垃圾危害的任务列为和

扑灭苍蝇任务同等重要。

3、建议各新闻媒体多报道一些垃圾危害和处理垃圾存在的难题，

对“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的成果进行专访和如实报道。

4.建议大会将此信印发给各位代表参考。

为了社会的稳定与和谐，为了建设有中国特色的社会主义城市，让我们一起共同来解决垃圾问题，让生活变得更加美好!

然而，主要是因为人类对地球无止境的需求，破坏才会导致这些事情。日益严重的环境污染是一个主要因素。原本被草覆盖的草原变成了一片荒凉的沙漠。植物消失了，动物消失了，下一个将是人类。人类的无休止的毁灭使地球布满了洞。美丽的地球已经变得荒凉。世界上几乎所有的地方都被摧毁了，甚至南极也被污染了。

人类已经失去了地球上最后一块净土。然而，我们仍然没有注意到这一点，仍然在摧毁我们美丽的家园。我们应该看着这个美丽富饶的地球家园被摧毁吗?人类会在那之前醒来吗?白羊吃草，野马在草原上奔跑，鱼在清澈的河里游泳。人类还有机会看到这些照片吗?保护环境始于周围的水滴。节约用水意味着保护环境和节约资源。我们应该把我们的想法付诸行动，从小事做起，注意我们的行动，不要浪费水资源。刷牙时关掉水龙头，浇花，洗拖把。为了节约水资源，你不能认为水龙头里的几滴水就不会浪费水。一点点可以成就很多。如果继续下去，会浪费多少水!水资源是地球给我们维持人类生活的重要物质。我们必须珍惜它!节省电力资源。电已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的东西。

没有它，电视、电脑、冰箱和其他电器就不能使用。但是你有没有想过它们是从哪里来的?地球是如此无私，它慷慨地为人类提供能源。我们应该珍惜这一资源。如果我们不节约使用，它总有一天会干涸的。为了节约资源，我们应该从自己做起，上完厕所后关掉灯和电视。这些都是节约能源的措施。我们应该在现在的基础上努力宣传它，这样人们才能养成良好的习惯。我们应该过低碳生活，在生活中节约水、电和油。低碳生活是我们想要建立的绿色生活方式。

我们需要采取行动，努力建设低碳生活。我们应该从身边的小事做起。不要让世界上最后一滴水变成人类的眼泪。让我们采取行动，让我们亲爱的地球母亲的伤疤消失。让地球在未来变得更加美丽和强大。

Since we go to school, the teachers educate us to be a better person, they

A person with the kind heart is favored by everyone and he has the sense to

绿色是时尚的代名词，绿色是树之名，绿色是小溪的欢歌，绿色是花儿的枝叶，绿色象征着生机。假如没有绿色，世界就失去了生机，1切就变得黯淡。

树，人类的朋友，它奉献氧气吸入2氧化碳，为人类净化空气，为人类抵御沙化、风尘、赤潮。但是，人们报答它的是什么？滥砍滥伐。你们知道吗？中国森林面积只有１５．８亿公顷，森林覆盖率也只有１６．５％。

地球森林覆盖率已经下降了２０％—３０％，如果再不加以节制，人类将失去这个朋友，那时，人们醒悟会不会太迟了？

人类，地球的“破坏者”，动物，人类的伙伴，为什么动物濒临灭绝？因为偷猎。树木，动物的家园，失去家园，动物何处容身？

湿地，在中国已经遭到破坏，盲目地围垦、掠夺开发、污染加剧、过度利用等因素，全国3分之1的天然湿地面临被改变、丧失的危险。导致生态环境失去平衡。工厂大量地排出废气、废水、废物，使环境质量恶化。

地球资源本来可以再生，可人类却滥用化学品，致使本来再生的资源不能再生。

关心地球就是关心我们的家园，保护资源就是保护我们生存发展的基础。我们1定要善待地球，保护资源，真正走1条生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路。地球只有1个，她是人类赖以生存的美丽家园。善待地球，保护地球，保护资源环境，就是保护我们自己，同时也为我们子孙后代留下美好的家园。

树，笔直地挺立着。人们举着锯子，一步步靠近。一棵棵倒下了，山成片地荒芜，露出了黄色的泥土，剩下无数的树桩在无奈地哭泣。

树木不见了，河的两岸没有依附，雨水降下来，没有树根吸引，地下水随之消失。水土严重流失。河道陷入了一个无法控制的局面。河水猛涨，多条河汇集在一起，形成猛虎一般的洪水。两岸泥沙被洪水带起，水中含沙量急剧上升。河流变成一条奔腾的黄龙，与黄河相媲美。人们所在的每一座城市，都被洪水袭卷，救援队毫无办法。洪水中，船只像蚂蚁，转眼被洪水吞噬。

树木不见了，人类的水源将会断绝，从河里打上来的不是水，而是泥浆。地下水也没有了，人们开凿深井，越凿越深，还是不见水的踪影，人人只能在无奈中等待死亡的背影。

树木不见了，土地全部沙漠化，沙尘暴天天有。晚上车子停楼下，早上就变成了一辆土车。世界上最遥远的距离不再是天涯海角，而是站在你面前，你看不见我。

树木不见，所造成的伤害无法弥补。地球上的生物都将灭绝，人也一样。我们应该保护树木，保护环境，保护地球。

With the development of Internet, more and more people tend to shop on the

Internet. Online shopping has provided some benefits for us, but it also has

some disadvantages at the same time.

deliver the goods after paying. And if this situation happens, the consumers

would find nowhere to complain and never pull out the money any longer.
