Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

Two years ago, my father asked me if I wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. I said No at once because I didn’t like this job at all. But now, I change my mind. A month ago I went to see the doctor.

I found that many doctors weren’t careful enough to look over the patients. They liked to give the patients the most expensive medicine. I was very angry. So I make up my mind to be a doctor in the future. Doing this is very rewarding because it can help save people’s lives and make people healthy. My grandma died of cancer.

I want to heal people who have cancer. Now we have no ideas and no good medicine to heal those people. Cancer makes many people lose their lives, makes their relatives cry hard and spends much money. So I will work hard from now on. I wish I could work out this difficult problem with other friends.

Today, our class held the monitor election. And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily. I tried my best to calm down for a long time.

Then I went to the platform to begin my prepared speech. I felt my brain was blank when I was having my speech. Before the election, I was confident for this position, but I still so nervous when I was in the platform.

我个人认为，因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格，所以你的指导老师很难放开，让实习生大施手脚。这个时候我们不能抱怨，毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的。我们应该自己主动一些，为自己定一个小目标，自己想一些办法去适应，以达到自己的实习目的。 你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃，不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了，更不能因因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎。现在是你要学知识，是你去求他们，不是他们要巴结你，你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神。我想提醒大家：无论是考研还是找工作，实践证明实习非常非常重要。反正也要花那么多时间，何不好好珍惜一下呢。如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作，比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校，不知大家有何感想。一句话：心高人又懒，眼高手低！

我认为，实习生实习关键在于与学生打交道，与他们打交道是一门深奥的艺术！语文老师是所有老师中最累的。（要批改的作业最多）不仅仅教知识，还教大家如何做人。最令人遗憾的是，现在的教育对语文也不似其他课重视。大家都觉得语文最简单，语文的研究生最好考，真的吗？在这里我不想同大家讨论这个问题。

听语文课，对于指导老师深厚的学术功底，很是佩服，越听越没底气，越听越觉得自己大学四年白混了。后来想想，其实要弥补这个缺陷并不难。第一，指导老师们教了十几年，翻来覆去就这么几篇课文，想不深厚也难啊。
