或许如朱自清先生所说，“赤裸裸”地来到这个世界，最终又“赤裸裸”地离去。人生在世，每个人都不可能毫无所获，尽管两袖清风，但人生也不会空白。直到最后连生命也失去了，才看到原来得到和失去之间有一个等号。

人从诞生的那一刹那，失去的命运也无法逃避了。每一次得到的，都注定要失去。但如果想到连宝贵的，唯一的生命都有失去之时，那其他的又何必耿耿于怀。像那些因为恋爱、学业、求职失败的人，选择自暴自弃，有的甚至选择轻生。但却忘记了在从未得到这一切的时候，自己也不是同样地生活着吗?只要生命还在，一切都可能再得到。

生活在安史之乱时期的杜甫，从叛乱爆发，他就陆续失去了地位、金钱、名利等，每一样都是以他的努力所得到的。受到沉重打击的杜甫却没有放弃生命。他有才华，他还有真诚的友谊。最终他得到了“诗圣”的美称，这正是因为他有过人的才华和那不断失去的悲剧人生，还有那永远也不会失去的，一种坚强的信念。

其实从某种意义上所，失去也是得到的开端，有句俗语说“旧的不去，新的不来”，不正是这个道理吗?苏轼是个豁达的人，完全的乐观主义。在屡次被贬官的情况下，居然有心情游览山水，闲时写诗作画，而且还创作出如“东坡肉”“东坡豆腐”等至今仍然被人称道的美食。谁能说他不是失去了很多?谁又能说他不是得到了很多呢?对苏轼来说，无悔此生才是最重要的，是他那乐观的精神，使他在失去很多的同时，得到了更多。

得到与失去是互相转化的，而且是并存的。或许它们之间的区别更多的是体现在对待的心态。被欲望驱使的人往往只看到自己的失去，殊不知得到的珍贵的健康却在精神的折磨下渐渐失去，忽视了自己得到的其实也很多了。而在乐观的人看来，尽管百病缠身，但却还有友谊、亲情，还能学习，就像张海迪一样，同样可以演绎精彩的人生。

失去是苦难吗?没有人可以下这个结论。失去的价值有时可能比得到的更高。起码失去不是失败，或许恰恰却是成功的开始。

Dogs

Nowadays many people like to have dogs as their pets. Dogs are friends of man not only because they are lovely but also because they are faithful to their masters.

Dogs can do a lot of work for man. They play with us. They hunt with us. They keep door for us. But long ago, dogs all over the world were wild.

Dogs can date back to the Stone Age. All dogs have the same ancestor. It is believed that their ancestor was much like a wolf. Other animals, such as the fox, came from this ancestor, too. Hundreds of thousands of years ago, man began to tame wild dogs. After the dogs were tamed, they were trained. The strong dogs became working animals. They were trained to pull heavy loads. They learned to keep an eye on the sheep and other animals. Working dogs had other jobs, too.

Some dogs were not strong. But they could help man hunt for game. Other dogs were best as pets.

Today, there are more than 100 kinds of dogs in the world.

我们每天都在抱怨着社会对我们不公平，可是，我们都明白，这就是现实，没有绝对的公平。有时候，你努力了，但是却未必真的可以活得等价的收获。相信每个人都应该知道，上帝很忙，不会每天都顾忌着我们的感受，不管是社会对你不公平，还是你所做的没有得到任何肯定与回报，那一切都太过于正常了。

趁我们现在还年轻，趁现在一切都还不晚，好好的想想，我们在为什么而活?如果你的人生太过曲折，那么请不要抱怨，因为你就会那个被上帝啃过的苹果，你应该感到骄傲，至少曲折的人生让我们经历得比别人多。时刻记着，现在所经历的一切困难，到了最后，才会觉得自己的一生不是平淡无味的，而是在酸甜苦辣的调和之下，才渐渐变得有味道，足够让别人羡慕——你的一生活得多么有价值。

趁我们还年轻，趁现在一切都还不晚，趁一切年少如花。时光不可倒流，就算倒流，我们也于事无补了。因为我们不能改变这世界的模样，只能让自己的模样可以留在这世界一个角落，默默的看着，这世界也变得苍老了。

我认为挫折磨难是锻炼意志增加能力的好机会，何必去逃避呢，何不让挫折来锻炼自己，使自己更加的成功，更加的坚强。“失败也是我所需要的，它和成功一样对我有价值。”现实生活中，好多人有时都不能体会出挫折的价值。风雨过后我们一定会再见到阳光的，为了那一抹阳光的美丽，虽然我们需要付出的太多。但你有没有想过，也正是因为这一抹阳光的美丽我们在遇见风雨的时候付出的远比学到的更多。

那么从现在开始，我们勇敢地迎接来临的挫折吧，让它们来美丽我们的人生。
