In my opinion， several strong measures should be adopted to fight against fake and inferior products. On the one hand， those who make them must be severely punished by the law. On the other hand， due to the growing complexity of the market， consumers are often faced with deceptive practices. Although there are laws designed to protect consumers， there is not a sufficient number of law enforcers to cover all the abuses of the marketplace. 今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

Teachers Day comes on September 10th every year. On the day we usually give our teachers cards to show our thanks. I thank them for helping me when I am in trouble, and I thank them for teaching me how to be a real man.

Of course they are very friendly to everyone. They always get on very well with their students. They are not only our teachers but also our friends. They love us very much and we love them,too.

这是以前看完《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的一篇读后感，真心觉得书中的每一句话都是那么平实而有感染力，她为了实现自己的梦想，大学和研究生都是翻越了一座一座的高山，而我的学生年代已经一去不复返，但是这本书给我的执行力加分，让我越来越能明白未来的路是要靠规划，并一步步的走出来的。

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered

last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone

一、英语日记格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the

1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

Saturday，October 22nd，2004;October 22nd，2004 Saturday

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy

等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

Saturday，March 4，2004，Windy;1st January，2004，Fine

二、英语日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

三、英语日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

Today is Tree Planting Day. At 7∶30 in the morning，all the students in our

class met at the school gate. We walked to the park. Miss Gao and other teachers

200 trees. Though we were dirty and tired，we still felt very happy.

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There

has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our

aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too.

Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live

more better tomorrow.
