我个人认为本身最大的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚最多用。急功近利，喜欢一口气学许多东西，但是贪多嚼不烂，即使最后都能学会，也已经弄得本身很疲劳。如今想想，如许其实并不好，正所谓，贵在精而不在广。如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现本身有这个缺点和需要解答的题目后，我常常警戒本身，步入社会后也不能一心两用。

1，应聘之前，你要先对你应聘的房地产公司有一定的了解（包括该房地产公司的实力，背景。以及房地产的地理位置，环境和配套设施以及销售情况....等等都有大概的了解，做到胸有成竹）。

2，应聘之前，你还要了解房地产目前的情况和未来的发展趋势。

3，应聘之前，你要注意形象，要衣着得体大方，要显示出你的气质与众不同。

4，应聘之前，你要预想招聘人会问你哪一些的问题，想好了答案才能对答如流。

5，销售人员要与不同层次的客户打交道，因此语言的沟通能力也是非常重要的。应聘时对方会提出这些问题，这就要看你是否懂得掌握了人性和心理学.....

6，买房的客户有一些非常迷信风水，因此你应聘时对方也许会问你一些关于风水方面的知识，你应该在应聘前涉及一下，做到有备无患。
