Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters’ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better

understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.

Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important, it’s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is xxx, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in xxx, When I was a senior school student, I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, especially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. From then on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study, especially in Marxism.

There used to be many kinds of birds which are pests for protected crops. They are good friends at present.But the number of the birds has been greatly reduced because too much poison is used. As the result, the numberof the pests has increased.The peasants spent a lot of money and time in killing them every year.But it is still hard to eliminate them.Now you can see how poor it is for us to protect wild animals and to keep the balance of nature.Only that everyone know these can we live on a beautiful lives.

狗的种类有：藏獒、狼狗、草地笨狗、牧羊犬、京巴狗、贵妇犬、腊肠……我们家里人喜欢的狗都不同，爷爷喜欢牧羊犬、爸爸喜欢藏獒、妈妈喜欢草地笨、而我则喜欢大狼狗、藏獒和草地笨狗。

我爷爷家有许多狗狗，大多数是草地笨狗，我比较喜欢其中一只藏獒，他对我最好了，原本他可以在我家住，可由于我家环境不好被迫让他离开我家，但我依然保持着“每天一见”的规则，一次我再次进入爷爷家是我听到了一阵阵吠叫，一看，原来是它在我开门时，他以为是外人，就发起了一阵阵吠叫，以后我每次进入都听到了着动听的“音乐”。

我有三只鹦鹉，一只是虎皮鹦鹉：淡粉色的小嘴亮得能照出人影来，乌溜溜的眼睛对称地贴在小脑袋上，羽毛绿黄相间，上面似印着老虎的斑纹。而另外两只是红牡丹鹦鹉：红彤彤的大嘴巴、黑乎乎的眼睛镶嵌在小脑袋上，脖子上的橘色羽毛像一条围巾，深绿色的翅膀像一件夹克，淡绿色的腹部像一件衬衫，搭配着蓝中带紫的尾巴，一双灰色的小爪子撑着其小小的身子。

它们个性活泼，各自都有着拿手绝活。虎皮鹦鹉对食盆很感兴趣，总喜欢用爪子将食盆打翻，然后用嘴巴将食盆叼起来，再把食盆扣在头上顶着……为了不让它打翻食盆，爷爷奶奶想尽了办法：往食盆里放石头，它就用爪子把石头扒出来；换个大的，它就用爪子抓住食盆的边沿，身体使劲往后仰，结果……你懂的；用铁丝加固，它就用嘴巴把铁丝掰直……而另外两只红牡丹鹦鹉，它们俩个合作起来非常厉害，它们俩能把打结的绳子解开哦！奶奶经常把一根打结的绳子吊在鸟笼中间，逗它们，它们总是很有默契地用喙去解开绳子，而且乐此不疲。

如果有人问我最喜欢的动物是什么？那我会毫不犹豫地告诉他——熊猫。

熊猫非常可爱。头上有一对毛茸茸的耳朵，紧紧地粘在脑袋的两侧。眼睛周围都是黑色的毛，估计是为了保护熊猫的眼睛不受阳光的刺激吧！熊猫的眼球全黑，好像一堆巧克力碎中的黑色樱桃。身体的上半部分也是黑色的，像穿着一件黑色的缩水毛衣。四肢也是黑色的，尾巴像一个毛茸茸的小球，紧紧的粘在屁股后面。只是熊猫整体颜色是黑白色的，看起来有些单调。

熊猫有一对黑眼圈，就像戴着一副黑黑的墨镜。但是如果你以为他天天熬夜，可就大错特错了，因为大熊猫天天除了吃就是睡。本该是哺乳纲类食肉动物的它，却毫无意外地成为了素食主义者。不过“江山易改、本性难移”，它有时候也会抓几只竹鼠来填饱自己的肚子。它会悄悄地守在竹鼠的洞口，待竹鼠出洞，便抓出来吃掉。大熊猫喜欢喝水，分布在四川、陕西、甘肃等地区的深山老林中，爱单独活动，只有求偶时候才会一起走。

小熊猫则不喜欢吃竹子，他们对外面的世界非常好奇。他们爬上爬下，有时候一不小心就从山坡上滚下去，胖乎乎的身体蜷缩在一起像个小肉球，十分可爱。

每次看到大熊猫，我都会被它的样子萌倒。我多想也拥有一只这么可爱的熊猫呀！可我知道熊猫是我们的国宝，每当它作为和平使者被送往国外时，憨态可掬的它都会受到人们热烈地欢迎。我爱国宝大熊猫！

我喜欢的动物是猫。姑妈家有一只黑白相间的小猫，我给它取名“小花”。“小花”很可爱、很萌、很听话。每次我喊它“小花”的时候，它好像听懂了我在叫它一样，就笑眯眯地回应我一声“喵”。从那开始我就喜欢上了它，把它当成了我的一个小玩伴。

每一次去姑妈家，我和弟弟一起跟“小花”喂食，“小花”吃鱼肉吃得可香了，和小白兔吃胡萝卜一样。我和弟弟把鱼肉放进它的碗里，走开了一小会儿，再过来看时，我惊呆了，我情不自禁地叫了一声“天哪”，弟弟诧异地望着我，我自言自语道：“小花”居然在这么短的时间能把那么大的一块鱼肉吃了一个精光，弟弟捂着嘴哈哈直笑，从他的笑声里，我明白了“小花”都是这样吃鱼的，吃得又快又香，可爱极了！

“小花”还有很多特点，它极会捉老鼠。姑妈家住在郊区，房子四周都是菜园，所以屋子里偶尔有老鼠串过。有一天，我和弟弟在搭积木，突然听见温和的“小花”大叫一声，我和弟弟的目光被这一声“喵”成功转移，原来一只老鼠正从大门口串了进来，只见“小花”眼睛睁得大大的，胡子似乎都竖了起来似的，尾巴翘起，伸开尖锐的爪子，像一位勇士一样猛扑过去，一下子就把想安居在姑妈家的老鼠捉了个正着。“小花”捉老鼠的情景还真是让我大开了眼界。

我喜欢姑妈家的“小花”，它带给了我无穷的快乐！

我喜欢的一个小动物是一只比熊犬，它的名字叫小白。它今年两岁了，它全身的毛长长的，雪白色，它的耳朵耷拉着，像辫子，很好玩。它的眼睛像两颗黑色的宝石。腿上也有许多毛，非常可爱。

小白非常聪明。我们买它时，宠物店主告诉我们小白得过冠军。说有一次，小白去北京参加选美比赛，比的是记忆力，裁判员放了三种水果：苹果、香蕉和梨。裁判员让狗狗们看了一下苹果，然后把小白带到了一个地方，让狗狗去找，最后，小白第一个找到了，它得了第一名。我听了介绍非常喜欢它，就把它买回家。

小白喜欢跟着我踢足球。有一次，我把足球拿到了小区的院子里踢球，小白竟然也跟着跑来跑去，高兴地用四肢卡住球，然后用它的前腿踢球，球跑了，就去追，它可高兴了。

小白也会撒娇。我有东西吃的时候，小白就会对我撒娇，它跑到我的旁边，有时看着我，小声叫着；有时候会拱我的腿，用爪子给我挠痒痒。他想吃我拿的东西了。

小白还非常能吃。家里两条狗吃一盘肉都吃不完，可是小白自己能吃两盘肉。小白吃的时候狼吞虎咽，好像没吃过东西一样，真是个大胃王。

小白既聪明又可爱，我非常喜欢它。
