Every summer vacation, mom and dad used to take me to travel, we visited

England is the best place Ive ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I spent about one and a half days on the plane. When I arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, it was evening and the GREat trip was starting. there were many places I v is ited in London, like Big Ben, Westminster, the Tower of London……those are very famous. Most of the time in the afternoon, my parents and I sat and walked in the park. It was dangerous! then we went back to London, and sat in the park, and the fat geese were so cute. That journey was the nicest memory of my life. I wont forget it.

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train. There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable. We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky, and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister. There we bought many interesting souvenirs, I was planing to send them to my friends. We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn, and so on. They are very delicious. 今天是我们香港之旅的第二天。我和昨天一样开心，但是我感到有点累了。我不想呆在宾馆里面，所以我打算和我的父母在“时代广场”去逛街。这里有各种各样的商品，但是你可以轻松的找到你最喜欢的。同样，这里面有许多的品牌店在“时代广场”，例如DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS等等。最值得一提的是，这里有一家著名的书店叫PAGEONE.。最后我买了一件漂亮的裙子和一些书。我已经筋疲力尽了但是我一点都不在乎。

20xx年的香港之行，我感触很深。一下飞机，我就被眼前不同肤色、不同语种的人群所吸引。随着人流走出机场，人头攒动，摩肩接踵，大家自觉遵守秩序，看不到国内常用的“争先恐后”。走在香港繁华的街道，高楼林立，大街不大，小巷更小，车水马龙。行人众多，但街面干净；车辆众多，却不堵塞。观察许久，终于明白了个中缘由：没有人乱丢垃圾，没有车辆违章行驶，没有行人擅闯红灯。面对这座梦幻般的城市，我站在路边，想了很久，很久……经济的差距非朝夕之力，难道良好的文明习惯也需要经过漫长的“初级阶段”吗？

我们常以“孔孟之乡，礼仪之邦”来介绍我们的济宁，可生活中看到的许多人，发生的许多事，却让人高兴不起来，甚至相当地忧虑。

“办证1390537xxxx”大街小巷随处可见;公共电话常被损坏；城东的光府河，河水清清，绿树倒影，环境优美，可沿河用作围栏的铁链子全部不见了踪影——大煞风景！新世纪广场上的五个可爱的奥运福娃刚刚在“医院”办完出院手续又遭暴力致残；屹立在新世纪广场南端的华表是我们中华民族的象征，四周的围栏是摇摇晃晃的金属链子，用于提示游人：请勿逾越！现在跨过围栏，和华表来个亲密接触的还算文明，更有甚者，坐在链子上面，晃晃悠悠，优哉游哉，恬不知耻！文明到底离我们有多远？我们什么时候才能告别这诸多的陋习！

大街上，时常看到偶因琐事，言语激烈，争吵不休的行人，子曰：仁者爱人，他们显然忘记了孔老夫子的谆谆教诲。周围是里一层外一层的鲁迅先生笔下的“看客”，一脸的事不关己，幸灾乐祸，悠然麻木的神情——孔孟之乡的纯朴悉被破坏！当事人气愤难平，一个电话，双方各来了十几个纹着身的小混混，意欲武力对决——礼仪之邦的古风荡然无存！

“没有顾客不对，只有服务不到位”是我们的服务口号，也是我们面对参差不齐的顾客素质的理性应对。面对个别咄咄逼人的顾客，委屈的员工，请收回您委屈的泪滴——宠辱不惊，笑看广场花开花落；面对个别无理取闹的顾客，各位同仁请学习门前静坐的石佛——笑容可掬，大肚能容。请您切记：千万不要让咽下的泪水浸润了你柔弱的心房，千万不要被这无理的纠缠憔悴了你花样的容颜！

广场上游人如织，步行街内人气旺盛，生意兴隆，我按耐不住内心的喜悦，秀水城已经成为济宁人名副其实的会客厅了。徘徊在秀水城广场，滑旱冰、放风筝、吃零食……人山人海，热闹非凡！可地面上不乏玉米芯、瓜子皮、过滤嘴、烧烤棒、雪糕纸……满地的狼藉。上学时，老师说过：在社会主义的初级阶段，人们的素质尚待提高——我依然记得。不怨天，不尤人，挥起扫把，扫去这一地的狼藉，不能让它玷污了秀水城的迷人春色！诺大的秀水城广场，七八个人一个小时的挥汗如雨，终于清扫了一遍，蓦然回首：垃圾满地，肮脏依旧。眼亦受伤，心亦受伤，一份无奈的忧伤在内心蔓延开来，随即，仿佛有一腔熊熊燃烧的怒火在胸中激情澎湃！当我们准备重新再扫时，有两名游客迅速地捡起脚下的垃圾，向邻近的垃圾箱走去……我眼睛一亮，好像发现了沙漠的绿洲，心存感动，内心温热，身上的疲惫荡然无存。

旺盛的人潮考验着秀水城每个岗位的接待能力，商品可以打折，服务不可打折，环境不可打折！面对国人的不良的卫生习惯，如何应对，令人头痛。记得邓小平爷爷在指挥羊山战役时曾对部属斩钉截铁地说过这么一句话：我不愿听你汇报死亡数字，我命令你马上回去，给我顶住！今天，我们所有的秀水城人也要对自己说：不管难度再大，困难再多，我们也要把秀水城的各项工作搞上去！

On the second day ,we went to the Yulong snowy moutain, it was beautiful, and it was my first time I had seen the snow. I played with the snow happily. My father told me that Yulong snow moutain was a famous place in China, many people came here every year. I was happy throughout this trip, because it was even better to beijing!
