我们家有过这样一个故事。

没想到，第三天，“拖延君”就找上了门。“赖床”便是我“拖延症”初期的症状表现。由于晚上看电视熬了夜，我的生物钟发生了紊乱。早上，我躺在温暖的被窝里做着美梦，隐约听得楼梯上传来脚步声，正在我傻傻分不清是现实还是梦境时，耳边传来一阵河东狮吼：“刘朱溢，都10点钟了，你怎么还没起床！”那声音震耳欲聋，不仅打断了我的美梦，还附带耳鸣效果。妈妈，你不觉得这样对待一个急需睡眠的人很残忍吗？我真想爬起来跟妈妈理论一番，但眼皮实在懒得动一下。唉，何必费口舌浪费这睡觉的大好时光呢，多睡一分钟就是赚到啊。我对妈妈的呼喊开启了屏蔽模式，调整好睡姿，又与周公约会去了。但很快，小弟的哇哇大哭将我从梦境中又拉了回来。天哪，二重唱强势来袭！已和“拖延君”打得火热的我哪肯轻易认输？我深吸一口气，“呼啦”一下钻进了被窝，完美地将杂音隔开了。忽然，一阵阵寒气袭来，妈妈竟将被子给掀开了。她的野蛮行动成功地斩断了“拖延君”与我的纠缠，我惊叫一声，立马手脚利索地穿好了衣服。

你以为“拖延君”会这样放过我吗？NO！上午被睡觉给毁了，下午我可得做点儿正事了。可午饭吃得太饱，不如先看会儿电视休息休息。于是乎，“拖延君”拉着我的手窝在沙发上徜徉在了各个精彩的电视节目中。“该做作业啦！”“知道！”“怎么还不做？”“马上做！”……妈妈一遍遍地催促，我一次次地敷衍，一晃太阳已经下山。在妈妈凌厉的眼神中我无奈地提起了笔，磨磨蹭蹭总算完成了一页口算，可已到了吃晚饭的时间。吃完晚饭再做一会儿作业？呵呵，平时上学晚上要做作业那是迫不得已，放假哪有挑灯夜战的？作业嘛，明天做好了！

就这样日复一日，一拖再拖，眼看还剩一周时间就要开学，“催债”的妈妈实在看不下去了，对我下了最后通缉：“在两天之内不把作业做完，就等着吃茄子夹肉（狠揍一顿）吧！”此时的我才如梦初醒，快马加鞭地赶工后，写下这篇作文，以表我与拖延君绝交的决心！

可恶的“拖延君”害得我整个寒假都备受作业的折磨，不过这能怪谁呢？追根究底，还是怪我自己没有养成良好的学习习惯，没有足够坚定的意志力。痛定思痛，今年暑假，我一定会将可恶的“拖延君”拒之于千里之外！

首先，如果一个孩子，如果不爱劳动，自然就缺乏劳动的体验。说实话，同学们之中谁能真正理解和感受到“汗滴禾下土”“粒粒皆辛苦”的涵义?你们能体会到爸爸妈妈赚钱的不容易吗?要知道我们每天吃的、穿的、用的都是爸爸和妈妈用劳动换来的呀!

其次，劳动的过程也是实践的过程。学习的主要目的是为了应用和创造。如果我们没有好的劳动习惯，我们学到的知识就难以运用到生活中去。更谈不上应用和创造了。

劳动可以造就一个人，不爱劳动则难成人。经过老师们的了解与调查，不少同学经常在家帮助父母干家务，做一些象洗衣服、刷碗、摘菜、买东西、打扫卫生、整理房间等一些这些力所能及的事情。但是，也不排除有些同学吃饭用叫、吃完撂下碗筷抹嘴就走现象，不排除晚上让父母铺床，早晨让父母叠被现象，不排除父母偶尔支使点活、马上小嘴撅起老高现象。同学们，上帝为我们创造大脑，是要我们靠自己的本事生存;上帝赋予我们双手，是要我们靠自己的双手劳动。劳动增长见识，劳动是快乐的。我们要时刻牢记胡锦涛爷爷的教导，“以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻”;我们要持之以恒，真正从内心把劳动当做自己生活中必须要做的一件事情来看待。
