[关于国培计划学习心得体会的作文

我最大的毛病就是患有拖延症。只要它一发作，我就会不由自主地被它牵着鼻子走。

如果它在上学之前发作，我会在上课前几分钟才到校；如果它在写作业的时候发作，就那么几道题也能让我磨上好久；如果它在吃饭时发作，那碗饭我可以吃上一个小时……哎！拖延症使我很烦恼，但是它似乎是认定我了，这么多年来一直伴随着我，想甩也甩不掉。

上个星期天，我的拖延症又开始发作了。我一个人在家，心情大好，全然不顾还没有写完的作业。心想：反正一天的时间，长着呢！一会儿再写也不迟。于是，我由着性子，想看书就看书，想看电视就看电视，想吃零食就吃零食，宝贵的一天就这样在不停转动的指针中流逝了。可我的作业还有很多没有完成。

妈妈回家后自然暴跳如雷。可是兴趣班上课的时间已临近，我们急急忙忙吃完饭就出门了。

回到家后已经是九点多了。桌上一本本还未完成的作业摆在那里，心里顿时像压上了一块巨石。赶紧甩开膀子应付作业，奋笔疾书，埋头苦干。写完最后一个字时，抬起酸痛的脖子，定睛一看，天哪！十一点了！
