Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, Id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?

Last Sunday , I saw a movie named Travel notes of a flying house.This movie is very interesting and I like it very much.

The movie mainly talked about that a little boy with a flying dream grew with a little girl with the same dream,and then they got married,grow old together. Until the hostess Eli dead, didnt they finish the flying dream of wonderland waterfall. Finally one day, the 78 years old’s Mr Carr built a flying home, flew away to the fairyland waterfall, and there occurred many amazing and moving stories.

The film, tells me three truth. First of all, people should have a dream and pursuit.Only in this way will you have spirit,as for the single-minded pursuit of dreams and perseverance, then do you have a fight. 大家好！今天，我怀着无比喜悦的心情站在这里，来向大家告白我对邮政的热爱与执着！我演讲的题目是《责任心》。 责任心是什么呢？责任心它是一种使命，一种做人的态度。小而言之，在一个家庭里，作为父母，你有抚养和教育子女的责任；作为儿女，你同样需要尽到孝顺父母的责任，这些责任都是不可推卸的，是每个公民应尽的责任，也是社会发展不可或缺的动力。如果没有这样的责任感、责任心，无法想象我们的社会会变成什么样子。

我们无论做什么事，都需要有一份责任心，天下无难事，只怕有心人，一份工作，并不是努力去做就不难，更重要的是一份责心！但是要怎么样才算是有责任心呢？就是我们每位员工在自己的工作岗位上竭尽全力，做好每一件小事。譬如我是邮政一名普通员工，我的工作职责是代收电话费、水电费、收寄包裹等。我的工作要求我以客户为中心，认真做好业务范围内的服务工作，让顾客满意。客户事情无小事，必须尽力尽责。因为不尽职，事绝对做不好，我们工作做不好，就直接影响到客户感知，容易引起客户强烈的不满，进而也会影响我们开展工作。例如在100次的任务中，我们完成了99次，可能会骄傲的说成功率是99%，但是顾客得到的1%却是100%的不满意！这就要求我们带着强烈的责任心，

自觉约束，担当起责任。

责任心它也是是一种担当，一种约束，一种动力，一种魅力。一个人有了责任心才能实现自己的承诺；有了责任心才能够正视困难勇往直前；有了责任心才能够得到别人的尊重，塑造高尚人格。每天前来邮政办业务的人很多，前台的工作更是纷乱繁杂，为做好客户的工作，我们此时需要有一份责任心，一份在繁忙之中保持一颗永恒的心，对每一个客户微笑，耐心回答客户的问题，认真完成每一单业务。客户的满意是对我们工作最大的认可，也是我们拥有责任心的重要体现。

对顾客微笑也是责任心的一种体现。我们邮政所经营的业务有速递、物流、金融、保险、报刊、杂志、电子商务等等，目前市场同质化的程度很高，加上我们的传统业务在日益的萎缩，目前市场的竞争是越来越激烈，而且同行各业更是不断把提升服务质量作为抢占市场的首要方式，我们的市场在逐步的被侵占、被瓜分。例如与我们邮政相比同为服务行业的沃尔玛每周可以赢取2亿客户的光顾，靠的是什么？靠的是3米微笑原则，它要求员工做到“当顾客走到距离你3米范围内时，你要温和地看着顾客的眼睛向他打招呼，并询问需要哪些帮助。微笑是最美的语言，是最好的名片，它给客户留下了深刻的第一印象，它也是我们做好服务工作最重要的一个环节，更是责任心的一种体现和需要。

一种良好的习惯性行为也是责任心的体现。一位朋友曾讲过这样一个故事，有个人到一家公司应聘，经过与公司老板交谈，老板觉得他并不适应这份工作，因为很客气的和那个人道别，那个人从椅子上站起来的时候，手指不小心被椅子跳出来的钉子划了一下，那人顺手拿起老板桌上的镇纸把跳出来的钉子砸了进去，然后和老板道别。就在这一刻，老板突然改变了主意，觉得这个人应该留下来。事后，这位老板说：“我知道在业务上你未必适应本公司，但你的责任心的确令我欣赏。我相信把公司交给你我会很放心。”由此可见，责任心是一种习惯性行为，也是一种很重要的素质，是做一个优秀的人所必需的。责任心对我们来说更是极其重要！记得有位名人曾说过：“凡属我应该做的事，而且力量能够做到的，我对于这件事便有了责任，凡属于我自己打主意要做的一件事，便是现在的自己和将来的自己立了一种契约，便是自己对自己加一层责任。”我认为我们每一位邮政的员工也应该具有这样的责任心！我们业务范围内的事，必须做好！邮政的目标需要我们每一个员工共同努力才能达到！

The sports meet of our university was held on a charming spring day.The stand around the playground was packed with spectators.Firt came the parade of the opening ceremony.Athletes walked into the field in orderly arrays.After the opening address was delivered,the athletes withdrew.Then there was a performance of group callisthenics.

There is a park near my home.There are a lot of beautiful trees,flowers and birds in the park.So many people go to the park to enjoy their weekends.They like walking or having a picnic in the park.But I like flying a kite with my sisiter there.
