Yesterday was Sunday ,the weather was sunny.And my friends asked me to go to the park with them.We went to the park by bike,and brought some foods and fruits with us .

The park was very quiet ,and we saw many old persons sang songs or dance in it.We looked for a long time .Then we went to see the beautiful flowers and also took some photoes .

At last ,we sat down on the glasses and had a picnic.

We all had a good time yesterday.

老师们，同学们，大家好，我们是来自初一九班的张影和李雨亭，今天我演讲的题目是“冬季长跑好处多”。

俗话说“冬训吃一年”，这是体育业内人非常重视的训练阶段。在民间利用寒冷的冬天进行长跑活动更是人们喜闻乐见的体育项目。为了让同学们更多的掌握长跑的知识，更好的参加长跑运动，我们在此向同学们介绍冬季长跑的有关知识。

通过长跑可以调节神经中枢的兴奋与抑制合理的交替转换，避免神经思维中枢紧张过度，消除大脑的疲劳，提高学习效益，提高记忆力；在低温下长跑可以刺激、激活肌体的保护性反应，调节大脑体温中枢的功能；长跑还可以促进血液循环，加速脑部的血量，供给大脑更多的氧和营养物质，使大脑清醒，思维能力敏捷，神经系统功能的改善，可以提高和完善对各器官、系统的控制和调节能力。

长跑运动可以增强心脏肌肉收缩的力量，提高血液中红血球携带氧的能力，可以使血管粗壮有弹性，可以激活淋巴细胞提高人体的免疫功能。在长跑运动时由于需求氧的量成倍增多，呼吸次数及深度也随之增加，经常进行长跑就能有效的提高呼吸肌力量，加大肺泡的通气量，从而提高了肺活量。

人体的运动系统是由骨骼、关节、肌肉组成，经常参加长跑运动，提高关节的灵活性；有效的提高肌肉的力量和耐力。

冬季长跑可以重新塑造完美体形、体态长跑属于有氧代谢运动，在运动中需要大量的氧和营养物质来供给人体运动的需要，在运动中多余的脂肪被消耗掉就能使得原本臃肿肥胖的体形得到改善，达到重新塑造体形的效果。

在冬季长跑中由于受到季节温度和环境的影响会遇到很多的困难，如天气寒冷，空气干燥都是对人在跑步时形成的自然困难因素，在这样的环境中锻炼一方面在锻炼体质，另一方面也是对人的意志品质的锻炼。

冬季长跑是一项锻炼身体的好运动，我们只有采用科学的方法进行锻炼，才能得到良好的锻炼效果。希望广大同学积极行动起来，投身到冬季长跑活动中来。

I’m writing to tell you how us use computers in our daily lives.Most of us

use computers to search for more information about the interesting problems on

the textbooks, about Iraqi wars and about Oscar. Some of us use computers to do

some drawings, to make up interesting flashes. And some of us use them to play

games. If we are tired and want to take a short rest, playing games for a while

is OK. But it’s forbidden that we spend hours and hours on the games. There is

also someone using computers to talk with people in the Internet and even

falling in love with him or her. The Internet is not a real world and we can’t

tell lies from truths. So falling in love with somebody on the Internet is not

safe and is bad for our study. We should keep ourselves out of it.That’s all I

Planting Trees植树

It was fine on March 12, 201x. I got up early that day. All the students in our school went to the hill to plant trees.

We arrived at the hill at eight oclock. The teacher asked each of us to plant at least six trees. Then we started digging, planting and watering. We all worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of time. Among us,Wang Lin, our monitor set a good example for us. Though he was ill, he worked harder. When he finished his task, he went on to help others without even a little rest. He was wet all over after work. "I must learn from him," I said to myself . Looking at the lines of the young trees, we smiled happily, forgetting our tiredness.

201x年3月12日天气晴。那天我起得早。我们学校所有的学生都去山上种树。

我们8点到达山上。老师要求我们每个人种至少六棵植物。然后我们开始挖洞，种植和浇水。我们所有人如此辛勤工作以致我们能提前完成任务。在我们中间，王麟，我们的班长给我们树立了好榜样。虽然他病了，但他很努力的工作。当他完成他的任务时，他还去帮助别人，甚至没有一点休息。在工作完以后，他全身都湿了。”我要向他学习，”我对自己说。看着一行一行的小的树苗，我们愉快地微笑着，忘记了我们的疲倦。

It is reported that ten big cities in China are being  among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.

Many factors are  to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the  use of plastic bags etc.

To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without  should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense

of consciousness into people’s mind.

If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

Travel security, is not only related to his own life and safety, also respect others life to reflect, it is to build the harmonious societys important factors. Through the flow traffic, "loving the life, safe travel" eight words in my mind appears more prominent. Mention travel security, it is hard to let a person think of traffic safety. In daily life, traffic safety always around us. As long as you travel with traffic safety, and hit the idea. An absent-minded, when walking when crossing the street when a fluke, drive a violation, is only a little oversight, all these will make a life is transient.

Fly xuan wheels will mercilessly devoured the pedestrians life.

Ever seen a story:

"national every 6 minutes will have one person died of a wheel under". This is not true.

Bitter facts once again give us was a wake-up call: "civilized journey, civilization walk". Modern traffic developed although has brought people endless facilities, but also increased a lot of security lapses. Someone once said traffic accident for "modern social traffic war", traffic accidents like an invisible killer, lurking in the road waiting for illegal illegal person appear. Therefore, people should learn to protect themselves, make a civilized journey, civilization walk habit.

"Human life only have once," "the most precious is life", the blood tragedy told we must abide by traffic regulations, accomplish truly "loving the life, safe travel".

Safe travel, builds the good traffic running environment for the harmonious societys construction unconscious, and building a harmonious society and to the construction of traffic safety hold up a blue sky. This is a win-win wisdom. As an ordinary pupil, abide by traffic regulations, maintain traffic order is we should have the social morality. "Civilization walk, to construct harmonious", this requires each citizen starts from oneself, from small start, let "peace avenue" more unimpeded!
