在家乡，扫墓是头等大事。每到这一天，就要将春节没吃完的猪头肉重新烧一遍，放在饭盒里，并去小店中购置银纸、香火等。一大早，奶奶将银纸折成那一只只小巧的元宝，摆在竹篮中，我们拿好爆竹就出发了。山路的泥泞让睡意一股脑儿地全抛在了脑后，一路上山清水秀、鸟语花香：还没化完积雪的灌木丛，像是披上了白纱;小溪叮叮咚咚地唱着歌，泉水们你追我赶，在连接处拍打着鹅卵石，溅起无数水滴;一朵朵紫花竞相开放……

十二月二十二日是我国的传统节日——冬至。

晚上，我和爸爸去奶奶家，奶奶说：“今天是冬至节，我们就吃麦油脂吧!”奶奶先准备了土豆、红萝卜、海带、芹菜、鲜肉等。再把菜洗得干干净净并切成丝，放在锅里炒熟。香味四溢、五彩缤纷的菜，让人看了口水直流三千尺。

接下来把面皮平铺在桌上，全部菜都夹一点放在面皮的一边，卷起面皮的一边并向对面卷去，呈椭圆形，折起底部，麦油脂就制成了。最后，把麦油脂放在热油锅里炸上一炸，麦油脂就变得香香脆脆。我马上抓了一个吃得津津有味。

冬至还要祭祖，奶奶在桌上摆上祭品，点上香和蜡烛，跪下来，双手合拢，一脸严肃向祖先扣拜，说：“节日到了，请祖先品偿，保佑全家幸福!”

真是一个快乐的冬至节!

每次都有人不断的抱怨着环境不好资源不够用，可是那些人有是否想过，自己对绿色世界做过多少贡献?关过几次灯?关过几次水?保护环境，应该从我做起。这对我们每个人来说都很重要，而且对我们每个人的幸福也有很大关系被保护环境，人人有责。

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

每当看到池塘里的荷花刚刚露出了尖尖的小角，我知道我最爱的夏季，便会如约而至了。

夏天的雨是最具有特色的，有时上一秒还是晴空万里，下一秒就倾盆大雨，让人们来不及反应，噼里啪啦的雨滴就打在窗户上，活像一群顽皮的小精灵在兴奋地跳着欢快的舞蹈。不一会儿乌云慢慢的散开了，太阳公公又露出了笑脸，这时，彩虹妹妹也出来了，赤、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝、紫七种颜色，把天空渲染得更加美丽、壮阔。三三两两的人也出来了，一边欣赏着彩虹，一边大口呼吸雨后清新的空气。

我有一个好朋友，他有一张瓜子脸，有着像鸡冠头似的发型，还有像葡萄一样的眼睛，高高的鼻梁，弯月似的嘴巴。

他数学顶尖聪明。有一次上数学课的时候，数学老师问了全班一道超级难的数学题，我们都在思考的时候，他突然举手说出了正确的答案，把正在思考的同学都愣住了。

他下国际象棋也非常厉害。我们班谁来挑战他，谁都会被输得一无所有。有一次我来挑他，本来开始我是一马当先的，但后来我下错了一步，结果就被他反败为胜了。

他还是个运动健将。他跑步非常快，有一次比赛，我们班跑的最快的林嘉乐同学居也输给了他。

他就是我那数学顶尖聪明、下国际象棋非常厉害、跑步飞快的朋友——温文峰。

他是一个男孩，有一双淡淡的眉毛，一双大大的眼睛，扁扁的鼻子，帅气的大嘴巴，像精灵一样的大耳朵，还戴着蓝色的眼镜。

他喜欢做恶作剧，下课的时候。他趁我不注意就偷偷打我一下，当我回过头，他已经没影儿了，他还爱忘事，水杯和篮球老是忘拿走。

他虽然矮，但力气很大，班里谁都比不过他，我跟他掰过手腕。我使出全身力气，头上都冒汗了，就是没比过他，他扔沙包更厉害，他轻轻一甩，沙包就飞出去很远，完美的夺得了年级第一，我称他为沙包达人。

他特别爱讲笑话，上次他给我讲了一个人给石头道歉的笑话，让我捧腹大笑。

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

我的同桌叫赵常昊，是有名的“耗子”，对人说话老是吐唾沫。

她的额头突出，眉毛向下弯，眼睛平常，嘴角向上翘，不太爱笑，他和班里的几个男生组成了一个叫“画王三剑客”的组合，个同学们带来了不少乐趣。

有一次，我们在上语文早自习，赵常昊便开始吹牛：“你会打鼓吗?”太不在乎的说了一句，“不会。”我说。“啊，连打鼓都不会，还不如我呢，我都上过鼓号队了。”说完他便露出了自豪的表情，“不就上个鼓号队吗，至于这样骄傲吗?”我不再理他，开始写我的家庭作业，他看见我不理他，便开始向后面的同学吹。这时的赵常昊，让人讨厌。同桌的好坏，影响着你的一生。直到有一次，我才对他改变了想法。

那一次，我和同学在操场上打闹。一不小心，左脚绊了右脚一下，顿时，整个身体都趴在了地上，来了个狗啃泥，我马上哭了起来，别的同学马上把我扶了起来，架到了医务室，医生给我擦了点药，就没大碍了。回到教室，这时候的赵常昊，好像变了一个人一样，处处让着我，让我感到不安。我开玩笑让他帮我记一下家庭作业，没想到他真的帮我记了，然后他又帮我拿了奶给我喝，我有点想哭了，我马上对他改变了态度。
