这位同学好像有些明白学习的重要性，看了几分钟的书，马上立起来听老师的讲课。课上一半时，老师为了扫查班上的敢死队，把同学们一个叫起一个问问题。这下可让这群敢死队员们开始惶恐不安了，他们连书都顾不着看呢。而这位队员呢，看一会儿就学学，这一招算是对他的MISS了。

敢死队员6号：理直气壮型

这位同学可是班上的霸王级分子了（注：别乱想，不是我啊），他可是一人之下，几十人之上，谁敢对他不敬，他的落雷马上就落在你头上了，（注：我已经欠了他3顿打了，要不是我能帮他弄电脑作业，我早就魂飞天了）因此每人敢告发他。不知是她的好运还是老师放水，他这样看了一堂课，竟然都没半点被批评，真太不公平了！！

谁知道，老师从天而降，为了抓住敢死分子，居然来个背后突袭，到所有座位后边地毯式搜索。5名敢死队员唰地一声，在同一时间内放下书，装起乖乖。只有敢死队员6号稳如泰山，而老师的目光明明瞄准了他，可老师却好像在放水一样，竟纵容他在自己眼皮子底下活动，真气死人了！而其他5位的敢死队员便无机可乘，只好乖乖停课，唯独6号占了便宜。

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

I have a happy family. There are three people in my family， my father， mother and me. My father is a businessman. He is always busy with his work and he often goes to business trips. 自从升入初中以来，自由的时间越来越少，不过在初中还是会有自由的时间，比如说前几天去往教育基地的时候，既可以使自己劳累的身体放松下来，还可以学到课堂上学不到的知识，真是一举两得。 Since entering into junior high school, freedom has less and less time, but there will still be free time in junior high school. 在前几天的素质教育活动中，我学到了许多知识。例如在生物博士的学习中，我学会了可以去除蔬菜水果上的农药残留的方法：第一种就是用水焯一下;第二种就是把蔬菜水果的皮去掉;如果有的蔬菜水果用不了以上方法，就用淀粉或面粉加水洗这些蔬菜水果。在布艺活动中，我学会了如何用一张方形布逢一朵花和用一些碎布缝一张布贴画。在模拟驾驶活动中，我认识了交通标示牌，还学会了如何驾驶手动挡车辆。

在生物博士活动中，老师教我们怎么用农药残留检测机检测我们所带蔬菜水果的农药残留是否超标，老师还给我们每个人布置了任务，而且还在屏幕上写出了每个人具体应该做什么，有不会的地方还可以问老师。通过我们的努力，我们成功的测出我们所带蔬菜水果的农药残留有多少，是否超标。老师还告诉我们如何去除蔬菜水果上的农药残留，这些方法可以降低餐桌上的农药残留。

在布艺活动中，老师先让我们看如何制作布贴画和花的视频，然后老师又讲了一遍如何做花。之后，老师给我们发用具，我们就动手缝了起来。结果，有好几个人不会缝花，缝出来也是个半成品。而我缝出来的花还算好看，不过这是我第一次独立完成的一个作品。

在模拟驾驶活动中，老师首先让我们认识车的结构、如何换挡、如何驾驶汽车等。然后老师又让我们认识一些常见的交通标示。之后老师把我们带到隔壁教室，进行模拟驾驶。虽然我开车的时候，车总是熄火，但我掌握了基本的开车方法，这是主要的。

在素质教育活动中，我学到了许多，这也是一个放松自己的好机会。在小学，自由是随时都能获得的。但是时间一去不复返，让我们珍惜现在的时光吧。

“清明节时节雨纷纷”，清明节这一天，细雨绵绵下个不停。渲染了迷蒙黯然的气氛，给人带来忧愁和悲伤。我和父亲母亲一起到美丽的乡村踏青。

一路上，春景明朗绚丽，生机盎然。让我们倍受感染，我不禁低吟：“千里莺啼绿映红，水村山郭酒旗风。”奏的山村，千里大地花红柳绿，莺歌燕舞，郁郁葱葱的树林绿遍了山陵和原野稻田里的水色

映着天空的光辉，呈现出一片白色。山间到处鸣响着鸟儿欢快清脆的叫声，蒙蒙的细雨如烟似云，轻轻地飘洒着，这真是“绿遍山原白满川，子规声里雨如烟”啊!我们欣赏着美景，兴致勃勃地前进着

。这时，两个天真烂漫的孩子映入了我们的眼帘，他们在路边追逐打闹，在和煦的东风中放起了风筝。“儿童散学归来早，忙趁东风放纸鸢。”我吟诵诗句，这两个活泼的孩子给美好的春天平添了几分

生机。

“黄四娘家花满蹊，千朵万朵压枝低。留连戏蝶时时舞，自在娇莺恰恰啼。”我们走进农家的花园，美丽的景色让我们惊叹。小路两旁开满了鲜花，压得花枝都弯下了腰。游戏的蝴蝶在花丛中时来时往

，盘旋飞舞，依恋着不愿离去。自由自在的黄莺在树上发出娇柔的鸣叫，声音是那么和谐动听，这种境界，既使人惊叹，又叫人舒服。

我们又来到田野，真是“离离原上草，一岁一枯荣”。田野上长得茂盛的野草，每年一度枯荣，又一度繁荣，春风吹来，它们生机勃勃地生长着，充满了生气。“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”。

田野无边无际，一阵清风吹过，草儿低伏下去，显现出成群的牛羊，给静寂的田野增添了无限乐趣!

今天，清明节踏青让我体会到了农村简朴而富有乐趣的生活，农村是多么的美好，四月的乡村，到处呈现着别样的风景。

夕阳的最后一抹余辉沉了下去。空气异常的凝重，像积满了灰尘的古屋，凝重、凄清、幽暗。微风在树枝上缠绕着，像是淘气的孩子，弄得早春的嫩叶瑟瑟发抖。一切都是湿漉漉的，拥挤的街道，门前

的自行车，悬挂的条幅，还有那些表情凝重的人们。就像白居易《寒食野望吟》里说的那样：“乌啼鹊噪昏乔木，清明节寒食谁家哭。 风吹旷野纸钱飞，古墓垒垒春草绿。

棠梨花映白杨树，尽是死生别离处。 冥冥重泉哭不闻，萧萧暮雨人归去。”一切的一切都在想我们传递着一种清冷的气息。
