青少年犯罪的主要原因：

从主体因素上看，一是自我控制能力脆弱;二是头脑简单，解决问题的方法偏激粗暴：三是贪图享受。从客观因素上看，一是家庭教育的误区;二是学校教育的失当;三是社会文化氛围消极方面的误导;四足缺乏社会救济措施;五是法制教育相对滞后：六是受社会经济负面效应的影响。

1、提高法律意识，提高明辨是非的能力。你们要多学点法律知识，弄明白什么是违法、什么是犯罪，只有明白了什么是违法，什么是犯罪，才有可能自己不做违法犯罪的事，同时也有可能制止他人违法犯罪。

2、增强同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。为什么侵害校园犯罪屡禁不绝，一个重要的原因是同学们没有团结起来，缺少同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。面对犯罪分子的暴力威胁，竟然会束手无策，让他们得逞，原因是他们被犯罪分子的暴力所屈服。

3、掌握防卫方法。一是要看好自家门，宿舍门要随时关好，钱财要妥善保管;二是外出要请假，夜行要结伴，让同学老师知道你去哪里，或者遇到问题有个照应，防止犯罪分子袭击;二是同学们应该学习《未成年人保护法》，明确青少年在哪些方面应受到保护。在受人欺侮，遇到危险或可能发生危险时，要主动、及时地与老师、家长、公安人员取得联系，积极争取学校、社会和家庭的保护和帮助。发生事情后要学会用法律保护自己，要大胆揭发坏人坏事，不要姑息养奸。

校园欺凌是指同学间欺负弱小、言语羞辱及敲诈勒索甚至殴打的行为。主要表现形式有：一、索要钱物，不给就威逼利诱。二、以大欺小，以众欺寡。三、为了一点小事就大打出手，伤害他人身体，侮辱他人性格。四、同学们因“义气”之争，用暴力手段争短论强。 在世界的各个国家，每天都会发生校园欺凌的事件，近年来我国性质恶劣的“校园欺凌”事件有：山东省兰陵县的8名中学女生对一位初一女生进行群殴，她们效仿网络中的打人视频，将打人过程拍摄下来并上传网络。南京一名初中生被高年级学生索要钱物，拒绝后遭到殴打，后被拉至厕所并被强迫吸食大便。还用手机拍下殴打和侮辱他的过程并发送给其他学生。这些同学的举动令人触目惊心。他们的心灵已被扭曲，良知已被埋没，完全跨过了道德的底线，人人闻之而唾骂。

任何形式的欺凌行为都是不可接受的，因为 “校园欺凌”不但对“受害者”造成伤害，而对“欺凌者”自身同样造成伤害。“欺凌者”由于长期欺负别人，内心得到极大满足，以自我为中心，对同学缺少同情心，如不及时反省及改正，难免会误入歧途。对“受害者”的伤害更不可小视，受欺凌的同学通常在身体上和心灵上受到双重创伤，并且容易留下阴影，长期难以平复。所以，受“欺凌”的同

学应该坚强勇敢，当受到欺凌时报告学校，让学校来处理。告诉家长，让家长来处理。使“欺凌者”受到相应的惩罚而改掉自己的过错。

泛宣传，形成“反校园欺凌”震慑力。各班要分别在晨会、班会、思想课时渗透反欺凌教育宣传内容，开展“小手拉大手”活动，提高学生抵御欺凌的自我保护能力，预防校园欺凌事件发生，促进友善校园形成与发展。

4、学校健全“反校园欺凌”管理体系，加强法治教育，发挥法治副校长和“校园110”作用，注重心理咨询工作正常开展，每一个班级设立学生安全委员，各科任教师明确教育分工，班主任及时沟通掌握情况，特别关注少数人群，学校定期召开相关学生会议，有效疏导并及时处理问题。动员广大党员干部和优秀教师在活动中发挥模范带头作用，不断扩大宣传教育覆盖面。

5、加强家访工作及农村留守学困生跟单式家访的教科研关爱工作，始终坚持正确教育方向，探求有效教育途径和方法，提高活动成效，总结工作经验，坚决遏制校园欺凌现象的发生，促进学校德育工作水平不断提升。

再往里走就是我们的教学楼，由于刚刚粉刷过，色彩显得格外明亮，橙蓝相间，让教学楼焕然一新。就像给教学楼换了新装。楼顶上插着五颜六色的彩旗，就像给楼房带上了美丽的皇冠。走进教学楼时，耳朵里远远就灌满了同学们琅琅的读书声，真让人如痴如醉!

参观完教学楼，再往东走就来到了我们开心快乐的游戏场所——操场。这里宽阔无比，一圈就是四百米。每到六一运会的时候，在这宽阔的大操场上挥洒着多少同学的辛苦和汗水，无论操场多么大，他们都坚持跑下来，为班级争得荣誉。操场中间是足球场，每到课间活动，这儿就是最热闹的地方，同学们有的跳绳，有的跳高，有的在踢毽子，还有的在切切私语，相互谈话。细细想想，这儿既有同学们的欢呼声，也有同学们的叹气声，这些都代表着同学们的生活是多么丰富多彩!

“欺凌、暴力”，它不但可以摧残你的肉体;还能使人的精神受到痛苦的折磨，严重时，能威胁你身边的人的生命安全。可是，在当今社会，本应清净的校园里，却不时传来有关欺凌、暴力伤害的消息：学生们互相斗殴，在校外聚众闹事，因几句不入耳的话便出手打人……一起起校园欺凌、暴力事件不仅让人触目惊心，更为学生自身的安全打上了一个大大的问号。

2013年6月一位中学生因在学校教室内被4、5名学生包围，受到了扇耳光、脚踢脸部以及皮球投掷等伤害后，竟复仇杀人，当这位中学生意识到自己的罪行时，为时已晚，最后在江西被捕，终生坐牢。2014年10月某校一学生因被殴打，导致脊椎骨断裂，落下了终生残疾。

这些事实令人触目惊心!发人深省!实际上，大多数校园欺凌、暴力事件的起因都只是一点点的小事，有的甚至并没有什么直接原因，通常是无意碰撞、出言不逊、别人一个无意的眼神等等微不足道的小事，应该说，在几千人的学校，发生一些小摩擦是难免的，自然的。如果自身有一定的道德修养和自控能力，就不致于小题大作，大动干戈。然而，斗殴学生中，相当一部分同学缺乏起码的道德修养，唯我独尊，盛气凌人，凡事不能吃亏，气量较小，一来二往，很快“战事”升级，甚至酿成校园血案。校园，本该是一方净土，是文明的殿堂，发生在这些花季少年身上的暴力倾向，害人害己，令人担忧，它严重扰乱正常的教育教学顺序，危害校园人身安全，给受害者带来长时间的恐惧和痛苦.

同学们是校园暴力的主要受害者，但同时也是防止校园暴力的主要力量。对同学们来说，让“暴力”远离校园，应该做好以下两方面。

一、从自身做起，加强思想道德修养，从而铲除校园欺凌、暴力滋生的土壤。如果我们让阳光普照校园，那么参与暴力者就不敢出现。阳光是什么，阳光就是学校的正气，就是全校同学的正气.

二、在发现校园暴力、欺凌事件时，要加强自我保护意识，学会用法律保护自己。在受人欺侮，遇到危险或可能发生危险时，要主动、及时地和老师、家长、警察取得联系，积极争取学校、社会和家庭的保护和帮助。发生事情后要学会用法律保护自己，要大胆揭发坏人坏事。

我相信，只要我们大家从我做起，从现在做起，从小事做起，拒绝不良行为，我们一定会可以让我们的校园充满文明，让安全存于生活。让我们大家一起携起手来，共同拒绝校园暴力，共建和谐校园。

We will never forget our freshman year at college. In general it is a time filled with anticipation, some anxiety, and wonderful discoveries.

College is much different than high school. You may decide to commute from your home to a local campus. Without doubt, the most dramatic freshman year is for those living away from home. What can we expect as we head off into the wonderful world of higher education?

The first thing I notice is the workload. It is heavier and more intense than I ever experienced before. The major challenges of college work are large volume of reading, short deadlines, and “endless” writing. A related effect that can be brought on by the workload is doubt, frustration, and loneliness if possible.

On some of those long, seemingly endless nights of studying and writing, it will be very natural for me to long for fine old days. Hang in there. These down periods will pass.

I have made a lot of new friends. I am sure college friendships will be among the most satisfying and long-term in my life. Its always exciting to discover how wonderfully diverse college relationships can be.

I am enjoying my newfound freedom. Stay up until dawn talking about my ideals and ambitions with my dorms regular bull session buddies. Sleep in until the afternoon on a light class day. Explore the local town or suburbs with one or two of my new friends.

I even start to think about my future. Going to college is as much about finding out who am I as it is about getting the degree.

My ideal school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 3 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

We have half an hour for lunch. We can eat anything and chat with each other. We can also listen to pop music in the hall. We eat an apple every day, because it can keep us healthy.

We have Chinese, Maths, English and physics every day, because they are useful and very important. We wear school uniforms on Monday.

My ideal school has a park on one side and a shopping mall on the other. We have a big library with a lot of useful books. We also have a swimming pool and a tennis court. We can do any activities after school or at weekends.

We only have half an hour of homework every day. We do not do homework at weekends. Every month, we go on a school trip to a museum or a theatre. In the summer time, we can go to Beijing or Shanghai. Every week, we go to Dongzhou Park or shopping malls.

近几年，不少学校地区总是能够出现“校园欺凌”事件，不论是高年级与低年级还是各年级自己之间，校园斗殴事件总是能够不断发生，严重者甚至出现了在校园内部拉帮结派的行为。

类似于这样校园中拉帮结派的行为在我国西部的一些偏远地区表现得尤为明显。校园，本应该是学生学习成长的地方，不应该成为学生斗殴的场所。拉帮结派，打架斗殴，虽然是学生的不对，但是全部的责任并不在于学生，学校的管理也应该加强，作为管理者，学校不应该仅仅是传授学生知识，也有责任教育学生应该如何和他人友好相处，对于屡教不改的学生，应该采取怎样的手段。
