为什么我说校园欺凌不错在学生呢？是因为根据对欺凌者家庭情况的调查可得知，他们的家庭一般都是问题家庭，他们往往受到过伤害，给他们的心灵留下了伤痕。他们由此愤愤不平，便把感情释放于欺凌之中。他们看到被欺凌者痛苦的样子，便想起了自己的遭遇，不由得加大力度，得寸进尺。
因此家长和老师的疏导，对被欺凌者和欺凌者有着必不可分的关系。就像枝干和叶一样，只有枝干倾听叶的感受，给予它最需要的营养，叶才能变成美丽的花，结出丰硕的果实。人不也一样吗？只有受到关心与重视，才能“种下梦想，收获希望”。
既然校园暴力不是无缘无故发生的，那么预防就变得格外重要。对于我们来说，在日常中，不要去招惹别人，也不要去激怒对方，因为人身安全，永远是第一位的。在学校不主动与同学发生冲突，一旦发生冲突，就及时找老师解决。在放学途中，结伴而行，不要走僻静，人少的地方。如果有人招惹了你，不要动手，要用一颗谅解别人的心去原谅别人，如果他做的实在过分，我们可以告诉老师，告诉家长，让他们来解决。

2015年6月10日上午，16岁的永泰县东洋中学初三学生小黄，在结束中考语文科目考试后，难以忍着剧烈腹痛继续参加中考，这才向父母道出了一个藏掖4年多的秘密：自小学五年级起，他就经常被其他同学无故殴打。8日晚，小黄再次遭同班同学夏某、林某和张某围殴，忍痛2天后被送医，却被发现脾脏出血严重，于11日晚，经手术切除了脾脏。
2015年6月21日，江西永新县发生一起多人围殴女生事件，受到网友广泛关注。据了解此次涉事女生有9人，其中小学生有2人，中学生4人，3人已辍学。她们年龄都在12至16岁之间，其中涉案人员刘某被刑拘。
二、分析校园欺凌产生的原因
校园欺凌的产生原因比较复杂，受多方面的影响。有家庭原因，有社会因素，也与教育工作者和学校管理有关。调查中发现，仅从施暴者自身来看，主要原因有以下几个方面：
第一、学习压力大，无法通过正常渠道排解。
第二、 第二、心理不健康，精神空虚。
第三、传媒渲染(网络、电视、电影、广播、报刊等)，社会暴力文化的影响。
三、校园欺凌带来的危害
校园欺凌在很多人的心里都留下很深的烙印。这种不良影响，不仅仅体现在受害者，也使施暴者的心灵成长和社会前途中增添了大量的阻力。 对于施暴者而言：给他人带来伤害，要承担治疗甚至赔偿费用，要受到学校老师严肃批评教育，甚至无法继续完成学业。他们的行为很难获得社会(主要是学校和家庭)的认可，那些常在中小学打架，特别是加入到暴力帮派的学生，很多最终都走上犯罪道路。 对于受害者而言：带来肉体损伤甚至残疾;易造成性格懦弱、自卑，缺乏信心和勇气;造成心灵的阴影和伤害;厌学甚至辍学。
四、如何预防校园欺凌
校园欺凌常见情形：
1.索要钱物，不给就拳脚相加;
2.以大欺小，以众欺寡;
3.为了一点小事，大打出手;
4.同学之间因“义气”之争;
5.不堪长期受辱，以暴制暴。
预防欺凌的办法：
第一，不能“怕”字当头。在遇到勒索、敲诈和殴打时不害怕，要敢于抗争。因为这些拦截的不良少年大多和受害者同龄，他们所实行的第一次拦截往往都是一种试探。如果此时在心理上就被对方所压倒，任其欺压，那么这样的第一次妥协其实就纵容、鼓励了拦截者，就会带来了更不良的后果。因而，有效防范校园欺凌的第一要诀就是“不怕”。但是要注意避免激发对方欺凌升级，导致眼前吃亏。
第二、要及时报告。我们也要认识到勒索、敲诈经常是同欺凌紧密联系的，我们提倡在“不怕”的前提下与之抗争，但不意味着逞一时之勇，反而造成不必要的伤害。因此，在遇到勒索、敲诈后要及时向学校、家长报告。第一次遇到拦截后的表现是十分重要的。无论对方的目的是否得逞，如果一味害怕而忍气吞声，或是不想宣扬，相反的会在无形中助长了对方的气焰，使得对方以为你软弱可欺，往往会导致新的勒索、敲诈和殴打事件的发生。
第三、要搞好人际关系，强化自我保护意识。这也是防范校园欺凌的一条途径。一个有广泛、良好人际关系的学生，就不容易成为勒索、敲诈和殴打的对象。
第四、要慎重择友。要对学生的交友进行教育，鼓励多交品德好的朋友，多交“益友”，不交“损友”，对已经受到暴力侵害的朋友要多安慰，但不宜鼓动或煽动其找人来报复，以免引起更大的争端。
