校园暴力主要表现为：

欺负弱小的同学，受害者怕事，默默承受而不敢反抗和告发。例如：

叫受害者侮辱性的绰号;对受害者拳打脚踢、掌掴拍打、推撞绊倒、拉扯头发;毁坏受害者的个人财产、教科书、衣裳;对受害者进行敲诈，强索金钱或物品;恐吓、威迫受害者听从命令等等。

抵制校园暴力，做为青少年的我们应该做到：

一、要勇于拒绝校园暴力。在受到暴力侵害时要向学校、老师和家长报告。

二、要加强法律知识的学习，学会运用法律武器保护自己。

三、要养成良好的生活习惯。不沾染黄、赌、毒等恶习，不进酒吧、网吧、电子游戏机室等场所。

四、要拒绝与校外不良青年交往。抵制不良的引诱，在受到威胁时候要及时向学校、家长、老师报告，及时拨打110报警。

五、上学放学尽可能结伴而行。不要走僻静、人少的地方，要走大路。不要天黑再回家，放学路上不要贪玩，要按时回家。

“小打小闹”不再是嬉戏玩耍，而是恶意中伤他人。据新闻报道，大多数校园欺凌事件都存在恶意辱骂、殴打，甚至是限制人身自由的情况。校园暴力事件性质恶劣，但多数施暴学生因“未成年”“口头批评教育”为借口而免于刑事、行政和民事责任。中国青少年犯罪研究会的一份统计资料表明，近年来，青少年犯罪总数已占全国刑事犯罪总数的七成以上，其中十五六岁少年犯罪案件又占到青少年犯罪案件总数的七成以上，这些冰冷的数据背后，是多少父母撕心裂肺的泪水与无助。是多少孩子孤寂的夜晚和不可触碰的痛苦回忆。

制度教育，法律先行。有不少网友建议适当提前未成年人的刑事犯罪年龄，细化法律条文。且不说建议是否具有现实可操作性，但也说明一个问题，完善制度教育已迫在眉睫。一方面是学校应根据实际情况，制定一套操作性高的应急预案配套体系。针对类似校园欺凌事件拟制惩戒教育制度，明确“红线”范围以及触犯成本，让孩子们时刻保持“红线意识”;另一方面，校园是社会的缩影，老师则是这个缩影中的灯塔。这就对老师提出了更高的要求：随时关注孩子们的行为及学习状态，及时的沟通与了解情况能预防此类问题的发生。青少年介于儿童和成人之间，是身心发育的特殊阶段，也是树立三观的重要时期。结合青少年的特征，制定出科学的、可行的惩戒教育制度。重点就在于拿捏好度，“盐淡适中”才能达到最优的效果。

从心理层面来说，受害学生和施暴学生都是受害者，或多或少在心里层面都存在缺陷，及时的有针对性的进行心里疏导，能塑造孩子们的心理承受能力，形成完整的人格。与此同时，家长不能抱着“唯成绩论英雄”的态度，应配合学校培养孩子的底线意识与道德操守，学会尊重他人。说到底，父母是孩子的第一启蒙老师，发生这样的暴力事件，家长有不可推卸的责任。不能老是以“孩子还小不懂事”为借口袒护孩子，更不能因此而让孩子产生“我还是未成年，我不用承担责任”的惯性思维。

少些冷漠，多些帮助。当看到青少年被人殴打、辱骂时，我们应该及时伸出援手，多说几句，多问几句，也许就能避免一次恶劣的校园欺凌事件，也能让一个孩子少受些伤害。勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。整治校园欺凌事件是一个攻坚克难的过程，无论制度多么完善，法律多么健全，我们都希望孩子能发自内心的善待他人，帮助他人。严格的制度保障和思想教育双管齐下，才是整治校园欺凌事件的一剂良药。

“中关村二小事件”终于有了清晰脉络。从《每对母子都是生死之交，我要陪他向校园霸凌说NO!》的文章刷屏，到中关村二小的“冷漠”回应，再到网上纷繁的舆情撕扯，最后以“认定其为‘偶发事件’，尚不足以认定涉事学生构成校园‘欺凌’或‘暴力’”告一段落。打扫一地鸡毛之后，我们发现，事件之中没有任何赢家。涉事的三个孩子，默默地看着成人世界的角力，却不知对自己的未来意味着什么。

纵览事件进程，我们需要反思的有很多。虽然校方称尚不足以认定涉事学生构成校园“欺凌”或“暴力”，但校园欺凌的确已是不少地方、不少学校的现实。因此，最重要的是，喧哗过后，校园欺凌的有效应对在哪儿?是像此案中受害方家长那样，选择在网上把事情闹大;还是像网文所述的老师那样，用一句“开过分了的玩笑”来掩饰孩子的过错，却没有意识到错过了教育孩子的最好契机;还是像校方那样，以一种令人稍显遗憾的姿态回应质疑;还是像某些网友建议的那样，直接“以暴制暴”?不!若如此，我们将永远无法应对层出不穷的校园欺凌，也无法帮助受创少年走出心理阴霾，更无法建构起让孩子免于恐惧的和谐校园环境。

实际上，相比这起事件，还有更为严峻的现实摆在我们眼前。如今，校园欺凌早已不是单纯的恶作剧纠纷、吵架拌嘴了。校园欺凌乃至暴力事件的一再发生，也“不再是小事一桩”。从某种意义上讲，一个孩子被欺凌，他的家人都会有被欺凌的感受。综合运用积极教育、早期预警、现场干预、依法惩处、心理疏导等方式，变得不可或缺，而这恰恰是一个系统工程，需要多方面、多领域齐心破题。

前不久，与国际通行做法一样，我国也发布了《关于防治中小学生欺凌和暴力的指导意见》，只可惜，真正发挥作用还需要各方面认真消化落实。在我国各地学校探索防治校园欺凌落实落细之际，窃以为，荷兰经验值得借鉴。在荷兰，每个学校都有一个针对孩子被欺凌的应对方案，包含对欺凌程度的分级评估、详细预警通报规定和具体的处理流程。一旦遭受欺凌，孩子和家长就应向校方报告，启动欺凌处理方案，对被欺负的孩子进行保护。实践证明，防治校园欺凌，校园是关键一方，尽管我们说“教育问题要回到校园解决”，但切不可把学校变成处理问题的封闭独断的“黑箱”。

当然，一个社会热点事件，若能在公共讨论中积淀共识，推进社会文明进步，我们必然会为之庆幸。当舆情减弱、“吃瓜群众”散场，当事人少年时代留下的阴霾能不能散场，其他少年能不能安全茁壮成长，考验着校方与家长们的努力。要知道，防治校园欺凌不可能一蹴而就，中间定会有反复，还需要社会、学校、家庭三者之间相互配合、形成合力，做好“打持久战”的准备。需要提醒的是，无论是用教育的方法还是法治的方法，都要将孩子的身心安全与合法权益放在首位
