那么究竟什么是税收呢？税和税的征收合称为税收。税收是国家为实现其职能，凭借政治权力，依法取得财政收入的基本形式。国家通过税收组织财政收入，为自身的存在和发展提供物质保障。

讲到这就不由让人产生一个疑问，国家征税从根本上来说是为了什么呢？我国亚圣孟子曾说过：“民为贵，社禝次之，君为轻。”这句话直白地说明了国家的根本乃是百姓。这样就得出答案了，国家征收是为了什么呢？为了百姓。

那么国家又是怎样用税收造福于百姓呢？就使我们熟悉的学校说吧，教学楼、课桌、老师工资、九年义务教育免下的学费等无一不是用税办成的。再者，我们平日里耳熟能详的廉租房和经济适用房，居民医疗保险和新型农村医疗合作保险，也都有税收的一份功劳。有句话说得好，税收取之于民，用之于民，不正是如此吗？

另外，税收还有一个“牛逼”的功能，那就是发展国防事业，保障国家安全。就像国庆大阅兵的飞机、汽车、火箭，它们的研制、开发或购买费用都来源于税收。著名的航母“辽宁舰”、载人飞船“神州九号”的研制成功，税收更是功不可没。

试想一下，如果大家都不愿意交税，那么将会有一大批孩子无法上学，将有无数的人交不起房租，进而容易导致社会动乱，与此同时，国家军事实力因我们不纳税而削弱，就极容易招开其他国家的虎视眈眈。到时，我国将会陷入内忧外患的窘境，人民不再幸福、社会不再和谐！

然而就是有些人目光短浅，贪图小利，被欲望蚕食了心神，未能清楚的意识到税收的用途。就拿著名演员刘晓庆来说，她每部戏的片酬都很高，也常常说自己爱国，然而就是口口声声说爱国的她，连起码的税都不肯交！当然最终她也因不纳税而被判处有期徒刑两年并处以罚款才消停下来。这不由我们脊骨发凉，究竟我们生活中还潜伏着多少这样的人呢？更让人觉得心寒的是，不仅有作为纳税人的公民不愿交税的现象，还有当官不为民作主的贪官污吏们偷偷将这些钱装进了自己的口袋。倘若人人皆是如此，那我今日之中国何谈明白之富强？我之中国何谈明日之辉煌？我今日之中国何谈明日之雄壮！

作为一个中国公民交纳赋税不仅仅是义务，它更是我们爱国的表现，同时它也是为了我们自己的利益、社会的利益、国家的利益。一个连税都不愿意交的公民不会是好公民，一个连税都收不齐的国家不会是好国家。

Deep Mother Love-深沉的母爱

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. Then I walked to school.

When I got into the classroom, I saw a lunch box on my desk. One classmate told me that it was my mother ther that had brought it here.After opening the box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes was moist with tears.

保护未成年人权益是全社会的责任,也是检察机关的神圣职责和光荣使命,为有效预防和减少未成年人犯罪,切实保护好未成年人合法权益,护航未成年人健康成长,我院结合本地实际,认真研究制定有效措施,围绕校园安全管理、普法教育、教师道德规范等内容,开展法治进校园、主题开放日、校园广播、家长座谈会等活动,通过近年来发生的未成年人犯罪案例,进行警示教育,构建“学校+家庭+社会”全方位体系,共同预防未成年人违法犯罪,维护未成年人合法权益。

一、明确目标任务 逐项具体落实

一是构建“全方位预防体系”。认真过滤近年来未成年人犯罪案件,分析研判。加强宣传力度,利用家长座谈会、主题开放日等活动,邀请社会各界代表进入检察机关,以案普法,用发生在身边的案例,提高教职人员和家长的风险意识,构建预防格局,努力将风险点降到最低。二是聚焦服务大局。同扫黑除恶专项活动有机结合,严防黑恶势力引诱、利用未成年从事违法犯罪活动,特别是要深度关注留守儿童,开展深度对话,防止宗教极端势力对未成年人的侵蚀、渗透。三是完善沟通协作机制。定期将工作开展情况及存在的问题及时向同级党委及上级院请示汇报,完善涉及多方主体的协作机制,明确分工。

二、加强机制建设 形成工作合力

一是与政法委、教体局等部门召开推进会,联合多部门共同制定相关文件。前后出台了《封丘县加强中小学生欺凌综合治理实施方案》、《封丘县学校周边环境秩序专项整治工作实施方案》、《关于建立涉案未成年人中华传统文化教育学习基地的实施方案》、《封丘县校园及周边安全建设年活动方案》等文件,为未成年人全面发展和健康成长营造良好环境。二是精准普法,加强师德师风建设。与教体局多次联合召开推进会,重点加强对入职及在职教师师德师风的考察并针对个别教师存在法治观念淡薄、职业荣誉感欠缺等问题,找准发力点,精准普法,认真开展专项培训,定期对任课教师开展法治教育、职业道德教育培训,以案说法。目前已开展专题培训两场,培训人数150余人,提升了教师职工职业荣誉感,增强了法律意识,切实提高了教师队伍职业道德修养。三是开展校园安全风险排查。为了切实保障工作开展成效,与教体局共同对辖区中小学、幼儿园进行安全风险排查。深入了解学校的安全管理制度、录用人员管理、学生法治教育、校园监控管理、宿舍管理等方面是否完善,逐一排查是否存在侵害未成年人违法犯罪案件线索等情况,对发现的问题线索及时与教体局商定措施,汇总处理。

三、加强宣传 正面引导

一是成立小荷工作室,提供优质法治宣讲服务。选派封丘县各乡镇有爱心、有热心学校教师成为“小荷”志愿者与封丘县人民检察院“小荷工作室”联合起来,由“小荷工作室提供课件和培训。组织防欺凌、防性侵、防诈骗等主题宣传活动,利用校讯通和家长微信群等方式,及时推送。二是全面开展法治宣传。制定统一的普法宣传栏,在全县各中小学校醒目位置摆放宣传版面,充分调动教职员工提升法治素养,传播法治精神,让学生家长当好监护人,护航孩子健康成长,教会学生加强自我保护,远离伤害。三是汇总典型案例并进行分析加工。将案例与普法知识相结合,增强普法效果,利用新媒体平台及时推送,让社会各界在“看稀罕”中学到法律知识,强化违法必受惩罚意识,自觉抵制触碰法律底线思想。

人生漫漫，度过多少春夏秋冬，多少日日夜夜。年复一年，日复一日，积累了多少个昨天，都已经过去了。向往着充满希望的明天，而我们能好好把握的只有今天。

昨天，我们因为年幼无知，做了很多可笑而幼稚甚至是错误的事情，在父母与老师的包容与教诲下，我们渐渐董事，慢慢成长。

明天，一切都是未知的。你面对的可能是风平浪静，也可能有惊涛骇浪。生活不可能事事顺心，一帆风顺。正所谓不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？命运要靠自己掌握，机会也要凭自己争取。命运的画板上将呈现的颜色，也同样需要自己去努力调配。

今天，踏过了风雨昨天，面临未知明天，是我们唯一可以好好把握的时光。我已经不再歪歪扭扭的写“人”字，而开始感悟着写“人”字，懂得了人生道路上有成功也会有失败。踏着昨天的基石，我们要加紧掌握更多的本领，向明天的高峰攀去。

朋友，请把握好自己的人生，踏过消逝的昨天，认真对待今天，敞开胸怀，迎接美好灿烂的明天！

In China, students learn a lot of necessary lessons before they finish high

school. They can choose the special class as they go to college. But in the

western countries, the students need to take part in many special lessons to get

enough credits, since they are in middle school. Though some action has been

taken to improve students level, still many schools ignore it and they focus to

let students get high marks in the exams. The teenagers need to learn some

practical skills, such as swimming, which can save their lives when they are

stuck in the deep water. Students are always passionate about the special

lesson.

今天的我正走在人生的道路上，寻找明天的我。

明天的我已经走向繁华的大千世界，成为中国科研所里一名当代科学军事家。20xx年，我从中国国防科技大学毕业，进入了中国科研所，在中国科研所里我和十位专家一起努力工作，探索实践。终于在20xx年发明了第一艘隐身核动力潜艇，这比美国，俄罗斯的还先进。

这种潜艇采用复合材料制成，体积小，质量好，重量轻，速度快。可连续工作100小时，排水量大。载弹量为100吨，可同时攻击10个目标，并配有自动搜索系统，敌人在100公里以外也可以攻击到。如果敌人在我们潜艇100米內，潜艇就可以自动攻击。、

这种潜艇最大的优点就是隐蔽性好，所以可以在水里神出鬼没，出其不意的攻击对方。使敌人措手不及。我们决定再发明军事武器。

20xx年我们发明了一个可以打到1000公里以外的远程导弹。它体积小，威力大。可是那年是我们最伤心的一年。因为我们在试验时导弹还没有到达目的地就在空中爆炸了。幸好这次没伤到人。后来我们查了一下原因，原来是燃料加多了。第二次试验，我们成功了。在科研所外面的是阵阵掌声。但是我不会停止我前进的脚步，相信自己会有更大的成就。

祖国啊。你是一个有潜力的国家，你一天天强大起来了。相信你会有一个美好的明天。

我是个活泼开朗的男孩，善于和同学交往，在班级里，我成绩优秀，科科都在95分以上，而且准敬，团结同学，在家里听父母的话，帮父母干一些力所能及的事。我能约束自己，无论是下课还上自习课，我总是按的要求去做，约束自己不和同学随便说话。现在我是学习委员，我从刚上任的时候不适应与工作不认真到现在的工作井井有条，认认真真，我真正成了老师的得力小助手。

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget

about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer

vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over

all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a

better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of

exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It

stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation

time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.
