游了8年的泳，结果被小自己一岁的学妹甩了十万八千里，这滋味不怎么样吧？所以，你要开始锻炼了吧？首先，你要恢复自己的臂力和腰部发力，每天要坚持做15个俯卧撑和35个仰卧起坐，有时间还可以拉拉皮条。另外，每次游泳训练时也要全力以赴，不能因为累了就懈怠而不努力。

关于运动的第二个方面，就是800米跑步。你又一次被小队友秒杀了，20秒，整整20秒，这对你是个不小的打击吧。所以，每个周末你要坚持跑30分钟，也没有多余的时间去做别的了。虽然家里的跑步机是没有操场宽阔，但对于锻炼身体足够了。所以，去挥洒你的汗水吧，少年！要知道，对于这些体育锻炼，只有坚持才是最可贵的，千万别“三天打鱼，两天晒网“。

作为学生，要遵守课堂纪律，按时完成作业，尊重老师，有学生该有的风貌。
