I went to visit my grandparents last August. They lived in a small village far from Shenyang. I was born there ten years ago. I remembered it had been a poor place before.

Dear Sir,

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion.

Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for

educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must

have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district

that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in

districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a

"rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science

supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among

other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological

development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

“太阳当空照，花儿对我笑……”伴着动听的歌谣，携着一声声如银铃般清脆的笑声，我们在4月22日这个阳光普照，万里无云的日子里，踏上了去淄博沂源三岔中心小学的征程，同时也拉开了“手拉手献爱心”活动的序幕。经过两个多小时的长途跋涉，我们来到了学校，看着在烈日下等待我们两个小时的同学，我心中不由得一阵感动。活动开始了。首先，由学校的校长讲话，欢迎我们的到来。接着，由淄博筑仁成长教育的校长和市建委的叔叔发表讲话并献出他们的爱心。看着叔叔阿姨们都献出了爱心，同学们也迫不及待的想表达自己的心意。我们跟随校长的口令开始了第一轮游戏，当校长说出数字时，我们大叫着寻找几个沂源的伙伴，紧紧抱成一团，并大声的欢呼着，几张来自不同学校的年轻脸庞紧挨着，布满了汗水，迸发着青春的活力与激情。我们忘记了我们属于不同的地区，忘记了我们属于不同的性别，忘记了我们属于不同的年龄，只是深深的记得我们都是中国人，都是好朋友。几个身体紧紧抱在一起，几颗心也紧紧贴在一起。

“爱心传递，爱心传递……”伴随着一声声响亮的口号，我们开始了第二轮游戏。左手朝上，右手朝下，先把糖放在左手上，通过拍手动作，把糖放进右手再传递给下一个人。欢笑声，奔跑着跳跃着直冲云霄。一颗颗糖果在我们手中传递着，一颗颗炙热的爱心也在我们手中传递着。糖果甜甜的，我的心也甜甜的。

Viewing vs.Reading

The pace of reading, clearly,depends entirely upon the reader. He may read

as slowly or as rapidly as he can or wishes to read. If he does not understand

something, he may stop and reread it, or go in search of elucidation before

continuing.

The reader can accelerate his pace when the material is easy or less

than interesting, and slow down when it is difficult or absorbing.

If what he

reads is moving, he can put down the book for a few moments and cope with his

emotions without fear of losing anything.

If we look at the sky on a perfectly fine summer‘s day we shall find that the blue colour is the most pure and intense overhead，and when looking high up in a direction opposite to the sun。

我每天起床，都会想三件事。

第一件事，我想：我在昨天珍惜生命了吗？我上课认真听讲了吗？我积极发言了吗？我认真完成作业了吗？我真的热爱生命，做一个好学生了吗？

第二件事，那么，我今天应该怎么做呢？如果昨天做得不好，我会认真反省，改正错误；如果我做得不错，我会继续保持，更积极地学习，珍惜每一分每一秒，做有意义的事，充满热情地迎接明天。

第三件事，虽然明天是未知的，但是，我们会产生两种心态对待明天。第一种，浪费时间，虚度光阴，抱着碰运气的心态，无所谓地对待。第二种，珍惜、热爱生命，满怀信心地对待每一件事。我们如何选择呢？

记得有一次，我做数学书上的练习题。想着，老师从来不检查书，而且也会给大家讲解答案，于是，我草草了事，没有认真地写练习题。第二天，老师讲题时，我发现居然错了好几道。这些题很简单，我为什么不能一次性做对呢？我深深地反省，自己昨天不应该浪费时间，浪费生命。于是，我告诉自己，如果再出现错误，就练习五遍，惩罚自己，让自己懂得珍惜时间。昨天已经过去无法改变，我认识到自己的错误之后，唯有更认真地对待今天。

从这件事之后，我越来越理解时间的意义，“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。”我选择第二种，做一个惜时，努力，不浪费生命的人。

生命，如果不好好对待，做的所有事，就都没有意义。

昨天是历史，明天是未来，我们不能改变历史，但是，我们可以改变未来。人的生命只有一次，我下定决心，要珍惜生命，决不让它白白流逝，做绝境求生的飞蛾，做顽强生长的瓜苗，把自己的生命活得更加光彩有力。

Recently, I read a great book,Childhood,which is written byGorky. It’s a novel based on the experiences of the author’s tragic childhood, telling the stories about the author between his three to ten years old. Aliocha has a bad childhood. His father and mother die in his early ages, so that he has to live with his great-grandparents. His great-grandfather is bad tempered and his uncles hate him very much. Great-grandmother is the only person who cherished him. Besides, Aliocha also feel the pureness, friendship by his playmates. Through this book, we can see a poor, ugly society, but we also can see an adamant, compassionate little child who constantly pursuits of good things in life. It’s hard to imagine how he can stick to the faith of life in such bad environment. As for us, we live in a much better environment; of course we should cherish our happiness and be strong to face difficulties in life.

记得在2008年的时候，我隔壁邻居家的小孩就因为吃了三鹿集团的奶粉出了问题，想当年这款奶粉还是享誉全国的驰名商标呢。一时间，铺天盖地的消息通过各种媒介传了出来：三聚氰胺污染事件，使多名长期喝三鹿奶粉的婴儿患了病，之后该企业的发展跌入了深渊，直至倒闭。转眼已经快10年了，三鹿事件在历史长河中渐渐被遗忘，还是有厂家没有看到这前车之鉴，我行我素，漠视法律，漠视生命。每年的315央视晚会，仿佛成了某些名气还比较大的厂家或者品牌的曝光、露真面目甚至葬身之地：2015年济南章丘的一家大型年出栏万只之多的獭兔养殖场就在给兔子的饲料中长期添加喹乙醇，可能有些人没有听说过这个名词，这个有什么问题吗？现在我就告诉你，问题很大，大了去了，喹乙醇长期使用之后积累在动物体内，诱导细胞染色体畸形，此外还会造成耐药性，给人类的身体健康带来潜在危害。正因为如此，我国在2005年《兽药典》以及《饲料药物添加剂使用规范》中都明确规定了喹乙醇的使用范围，而这大型饲料厂明知不可为却在利益面前故意为之，说明了什么？意味着什么？

国内食品让一些人担忧，甚至害怕，于是曾几何时不少中国人开始争相购买国外的商品，“海涛大军”、各种“人肉”，纷纷出现了抢购热潮，而一些物流或者一些运输渠道的相继曝光，以为买到了安全的洋货，转头却发现一些所谓的洋货又出现了危机。2016年，深圳市场和质量监督委员会市场稽查局的执法人员发现某跨境电商平台上销售的来自于日本的食品，上面只标明了“日本”，却没有详细的地址。执法人员在一番询问未果后购买了几款热销的日本产品，后经查证，这些食品来自日本某地（在核污染地区），一再查问，电商工作人员强调他们有自己的独立渠道，一直否认来自日本核污染地区。有时候在海外网站买好了奶粉，结果运回国内的路上，被某些物流公司偷梁换柱了。诸如此类。

食品安全事件在各种媒介上屡见不鲜，以致于国人怕这，怕那，唯恐吃出了问题。但我觉得，如果我们每个人都能够出一份力，中国泱泱13亿人口的大国，众志成城的话，通过各种途径参与到监督的队伍中，这力量将是无穷的；再者，我们党在依法治国的方略下，各级部门提高依法行政的能力，严重打击这些不法分子，对这些触犯法律底线的人严惩不贷，相信我们的国家，我们的社会，我们的餐桌，还会担心明天吃什么吗？

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I

fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of

control. If I wanted to head east， they would head the opposite. I fell down

from time to time. My hands and face were all dirty. I thought maybe it was

because that I hadnt skated for a long time.

On my way home， I thought that whatever one wants to do， he must work hard

at it， so he can make progress. Skating is like this， so it study.

俗话说：“没有规矩，不成方圆。”事实也确实如此，我们的生活就因为有了规章制度而井然有序。假如我们的生活中没有了法律法规，我相信整个世界，都会一团糟的。例如：随便闯红灯，可以随意殴打他人，偷盗也不会受到制裁……如果世界变成这样那将多么可怕，那我们该怎样生活呀？

我听朋友说，在某个学校有一些不良少年。喜欢混进网吧玩游戏，常常彻夜不归。有时还会在小巷子里打劫弱小同学。他们做这些违法的事情，荒废了自己的学业断送了自己的前程，也伤害着周围的人。将来，他们终将会为自己的所作所为“买单”，终究会自食恶果的。

还有一次，我亲眼目睹额一场因为不遵守交通法规而酿成的车祸。一个骑着电动车的人，因为等不及即将亮起的红灯，在红灯进入倒计时时，骑着车冲了出去。迎面而来的大卡车，来不及刹车，直接撞飞了电动车。顿时，整辆成被撞车碎片，而车主人倒在满是碎片的血泊里。他付出了自己鲜活的生命为我们上了一堂血淋淋的课，让我们懂得如何去遵守生活中的法律法规。

我们是未成年人，现在就要从小事做起，学会保护自己，做一个知法守法的小公民。为自己为大家创造一个美好的明天。
