Thank you for taking the time to write your wonderful letter in support of MCEA (Maywood Chinese Education Association). Your letter clearly articulates all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese language as part of their elementary school education. It provides invaluable support that will help making bilingual Chinese education a reality in Maywood public schools.

Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will affect existing educational offerings, and to validate community interest. Nevertheless, MCEA, with more than 70 members, will continue to actively promote bilingual Chinese education in the Palo Alto public schools and will keep you apprised of the progress we make.

那该怎么办呢？“发愤图强”之类的口号我已不想再喊，除了复习之外也别无他法了。但是面对这个即将迎来的巨大挑战，我也是手足无措。就按期末的“冲刺法”复习吧。搬出一大堆书本，专心致志地看着，但仍然觉得信心不足，我在心里告诉自己：“下周就考试，还坐个什么啊？”对啊，老妈说过，如果我考好，就给我一件勇士队的球衣的啊！那我还干等着干什么？考好这场，就相当于圆了我好久的梦啊！对，还等什么？为了名誉，为了满足，为了球衣，复习！我一头扎进书海里，坚持到天黑。一句闲话都没说，一个无关的字没写。

尽管复习了，我还是对那即将到来的明天充满着压力与紧张。这肯定是个惨烈的角逐吧，而我似乎预见到了似期末考时那样的氛围，紧张的考生，双目紧皱的老师，互相祝福的同学们……唉，没事，也许好好复习就行！

我必须“崛起”了，为了明天的挑战！

When winter comes, the days are always full of rain and there are less sunshine, so it is so rare to enjoy the sunshine, people will feel excited to see the sunny days. As for me, I will be very happy when the sun comes out in the winter. I will get some plans to spend my time in the warm day, sometimes I will call my friends out and have a picnic in the park, we can not only enjoy the sunshine, but also can have a nice talk, it will strengthen our communication. Sometimes our family will have the barbecue outside, we share our food and play games so happily. I love sunshine, when I feel frustrated, I will forget about all the worries once the sun is coming out. Those sunny days in the winter are so special to me.

当冬天来临的时候，总是充满了雨水和少量的阳光，因此很难享受得到阳光，人们对晴天感到很兴奋。对于我来说，冬日里太阳出来的时候，我会感到很高兴。我会做一些计划来在温暖的日子里度过我的时光，有时候我会叫朋友出来，在公园里野餐，我们不仅能享受阳光，也能愉快地聊天，这能增进我们的交流。有时候我们家人也会在户外野餐，我们分享彼此的食物，愉快地玩游戏。我喜欢阳光，当我感到沮丧的时候，一旦阳光出来，我就会忘记所有的烦恼。冬日里的晴朗日子对于我来讲是如此的特别。

月光碾过光阴的古道，春水流过岁月的洪荒，时光正在飞逝着，昨日的布满晨光的太阳已经一去不复返了，时光也已伴着初融的溪水流去了，可是，你是否抓住了这娟娟的细细流呢？

过年时彻夜的疯狂，前日的倍受艰熬的情景一一在眼前闪过，连那春晚的喜庆，那卖春联的吆喝也能听得一清二楚，可如今，却又只剩那铁门紧闭的凄凉了。

“孩子，你做题要男人一点！”老何曾说过，这句玩笑话，在经过细想之后也更是有那深层的意义，不仅是做题，连生活中都需要这种刚强，来冲破幻境的迷雾，冲破青春期的迷雾，我们需要在有限的时间中发现自己的内心所向往的是什么，然后去付诸实践，时间不会宽容我们所无所谓的挥霍。并终将在最后给予你一个痛击。

回想当初，你也曾迷惘过啊，一脸惊奇地踏入了这个校园，你想干出一番大事业，来证明自己，可是太多的信息和你不够坚定的意志使你落榜，你焦虑，你发誓，随后又是一次次失败，你哭过，你笑过，可你并没有长久地坚定过，不学会坚定，便无法将时间变成你喜欢的分数，你磕磕绊绊地穿过了一个又一个月，一天又一天，连每一秒也都是如此。

不料，在时间讥笑时候，在你抱头痛哭的时候，你学会了坚强，你变得勇敢，你在喧闹中成长起来，你看到了更多，懂得了更多，你知道贪玩的后果，懂得了语言的魅力，感知了人情事故的变化和社会的包罗万象，迎难而上，你要破土而出。

是的，无论每一次的开始，都是最佳的时机，从今天开始，从此刻开始，学习的战场将由我一人主宰，心中隆隆隆隆的豪壮，也许是这一切的改变吧，如同陨石的撞击，如同大陆因漂移而产生无情的挤压，一切的改变都是不可逆转的。

加油，我相信你，太阳总会重新升起，富有活力，你也是这样，去吧，奔向那绮丽壮阔的未来！

今天下午，我们在学校听了晓玲叮当姐姐的讲座，她的作品我也十分爱看，特别是《写给小读者系列》，虽然，只有四本书，可是每一本都有着深厚的意义。

这次晓玲叮当讲的题目是“抓住梦的翅膀”梦就是梦想，这个讲座让我们体会到了梦想是那么的重要，梦想是多么的宝贵。

每个人心中都有梦想，心中的梦想不是不劳而获的，要用行动来证明，我的梦想是一名飞机士，做飞机士一定要掌握大量的航天知识，现在一定要把我好基础，回家多点看书和做习题，每天向这自己的梦想努力，到时候我就能冲上云霄，周游全世界，为人们服务，对自己有益，也可以载着乘客，那种自豪感会使你更加有信心。

“让梦飞起来我就是天空/让梦飞起来我就是大海”这句歌词代表着我们童心的梦想，那么的美妙。

晓玲叮当姐姐也告诉我们三句话，这三句话可以让我们的梦想飞得更高，第一句是：“有梦想，有目标”有了梦想就要有行动，梦想将永远成为你终身的目标，第二句是：“敢于梦想”如果没有梦想就要寻找你的梦想，第三句是：“落实你的梦想”用努力来实现你的梦想，如果想不劳而获，你的梦想就是一张纸条放在瓶子里一样，没人知道。完成这些只不过是一部分而已，自己还要有梦想，决心，如果天天偷懒的话梦想是不可能实现的

梦想是每个人最重要的，要向着自己的梦想努力。
