所以说，共享资源的理念真的是很完美的。

是吗？

共享时代的现状却不是这么说的。仍将镜头转向最具代表力的共享单车吧：蒸蒸日上的势头本是好事，可越来越多的单车却被没有节制地投放到城市的各个角落。它们缩手缩脚地挤在路边，不再是便利的象征，因为要想从中拉出一辆车都很困难。更可悲的是人们意识到了：这些单车本不属于他们。于是，轮胎漏气的、坐垫划坏的、踏板掉落的共享单车，没有人在意，只能孤零零地躺在地上，任污秽掩埋明亮的色彩。过分的是，甚至有人故意破坏共享单车，它们只好带着满身伤痕低下了头，可怜巴巴地缩回不被注意的暗处。我曾经看见有片废弃的空地，中央堆满了废弃的、缺胳膊少腿的共享单车——像小山一样高。

我不禁想要向世人质问：共享单车的现实，你们看不见吗？这些肆意妄为的人们，这些残破不堪的单车，你们看不见吗？共享的初衷是什么，是节约，是便利啊，现在却被你们揉成了废纸团，抛到了不知道哪个无人问津的垃圾站。公司为了抢占市场不惜投放过量的单车，真的节约吗？现在想要使用共享单车，却常常连刷几辆都只能碰上残废车辆，真的便利吗？

共享单车失去了昔日的光彩，惭愧地退回了布满灰尘的角落。共享时代也迷茫地停下了脚步，失去了方向。但在这寂静的喧嚣背后，一定还有一些人，正在这座城市中疯狂地奔走，想要找到那个皱巴巴的纸团，将它展平，将它表面的尘土抚净，好好地再读一次上面的字。我这么相信着。

With free entry, more people will have the opportunity for affordable vacations for families, taking pleasure in the natural landscape.

Fresh air and landscapes in parks are good for people. However, too many people

flocking into parks might not be so good for the parks.

For example, some visitors leave their garbage behind, which may cause environmental pollution. And people’s barbeques and stamping will also bring damage to the grassland and other greeneries in parks.

As a university student, I’m in favor of free admission to parks. 还想走进辽阔的沙漠，骑一次骆驼。放松地坐在骆驼上，任它颠簸，听闻耳边传来的悠扬驼铃声，一声，一声，回荡在沙丘中，回荡在我心中。太阳即将落山了，看着我映在地上的影子逐渐与细沙融为一体，融在这日暮中。

我也可以拿起我的画本，随意找一处景点席地而坐。不顾游客的驻足观望，拿起画笔，用色彩渲染着画面，即使随着时光的流逝我将遗忘这时的美景，但画册却会把时间定格在这一刻，永藏于心。

难道回不到当初了么？那美丽的家园还能回来么？

就算人们没有环保意识，那也要为自己的健康考虑吧，整天生活在乌烟瘴气的环境中，人们的健康有保证么？能保证有一个健康的身体么？

一直在想，这个家园还可以住多久呢？人们再这么肆意的破坏下去，只有一个结果，那就是无家可归，不，是没有家了。

或许有人说，你现在的任务难道不是学习么？环保这事，多你一个不多，少你一个不少，你认真学习就好，其他的不要操心。

走过泉州古城的大街小巷，可谓风光无限，我驻足在一座即古老又优雅的城，它坐落在中国东南一隅，被山清水绿簇拥着。

这座古城是一个美丽优雅的地方，引我兴趣的是数不清的名胜古迹，我跨过门坎进入到这个叫做天后宫的地方。我走进了天后宫的大堂里。接下来的一幕，使我惊呆了。大堂里金碧辉煌，就如神仙住的仙境一般，上面供奉着，海神妈祖的金像，金像和宝岛台湾天后宫的妈祖一模一样。绕过金像有一条小道通往后门，后门的墙上挂着一幅画，微微的光投在画上。由于历史长久，那幅画有些残缺，但大体还能看出来。一我仔细端详着这幅画，画家把这幅画的所有细节都画得淋漓尽致，栩栩如生，简直巧夺天工，使人赞叹不已。从画里透出古城曾经的面貌，十分繁荣昌盛，也印证了古城是一个底蕴深厚的地方。

天后宫的对面是德济门，我走到德济门那三门精良的大炮前，那三门大炮有许多地方生锈了，但那些生锈的地方影响不到大炮的发射，大炮的威猛霸气丝毫不减从前。古城的武器真精良啊！怪不得古城赶走了许多外来侵略者，出现了许多抗倭英雄。

突然空中出现了一道时空裂缝，把我吸走了，它使我穿越到了十八年之后的古城。

我来到了东湖公园，一开始，东湖公园刚开，里面没人，静悄悄的，荷塘的水质很好，没有任何垃圾，人们来了，也没人乱扔垃圾，大家都很文明。来到了东湖，湖中央有一座小亭子，这个小亭子今非昔比，从前它因为古老而被人们骂太俗气，现在人们文质彬彬不会骂和损了。而亭子也摆脱了古老中的俗气，充分发挥了古典美的优势，它的油漆更亮了，颜色搭配的更加合理，地砖也换成了现代化的地砖，在日光的照耀下，它就像一块宝石发出了闪耀的光芒，里面的地砖被阳光照成了黄色。湖面上也金光闪闪，透亮无比。到夜晚，荷塘月色更是美不胜收……

各位领导、各位同事：

大家好！

记得歌手孙悦那《首祝你平安》吗？那动人的旋律想必无时无刻不在我们耳边萦绕，她表达了我们对幸福生活的渴望和向往，然而安全作为企业的基石，她是通往幸福生活不可或缺的财富，她要求我们做一个“更加有良心，更加负责任”的人，当我们在生产作业过程中对安全视而不见，想放松警惕的时候，想想你的亲人和那些关爱你的人，他们是多么希望你平安归来，固然财产损失还可以亡羊补牢，但是对于那些永远不能复苏的生命，对于死者亲人所遭受的永远无法弥补的身心创伤，我们又何以面对我们的“良心”？与其去为那一幕幕的惨状而痛惜，何不让安全这轮明月在心中高挂？然而安全远非轻易就能实现，它需要我们行动起来，落实好我们的安全责任。所以我今天演讲的题目就是“安全责任，重在落实”。

那么什么是安全责任呢？有人认为就是有健全的法律、法规、规章制度，有健全的劳动纪律管理办法。。。。。。，当然，这是必不可少的。从所周知，各类安全检查、安全教育、安全活动、安全制度、安全举措不可谓不多，领导不可谓不重视，企业技术装备水平不可谓不高，可是各种各样的习惯性违章却时有发生，各种事故依然频频不断，仅2011年全国共发生各类事故3.4万余起，死亡人数7.5万余人以上，重特大事故时有发生，每年因事故造成的经济损失不下4000亿元以上。这是为什么呢？“天下之事。不难于立法，而难于法之必行，不难于听言，而难于言之必效”，做好安全工作缺的不是工作思路，决策部署、措施手段，所缺的是执行的坚决性和严肃性，做好安全工作的自觉性和高度负责的主动性。

人最宝贵的是生命，有生命才会创造奇迹，没有生命，一切将无从谈起，安全责任就是生命的守护神，责任让家庭宁静、安全，爱意盈盈！责任让工作更有战斗力和竞争力！责任让社会平安、稳健发展！责任让美丽的生命健康永恒！

安全系于责任，失去责任，随之而来的就是哭声、是血泪、是家庭的破碎，是企业的泥潭，是社会无法承受之重。责任多一份，隐患少十分。

一个悲情的瞬间，一声声哀痛的呼唤，像一块寒冷的冰，撞击着我们的眼球，刺激着我们的神经，搅动着我们的心灵，让我们尝试用安全领域的反面阴影摆脱正面光环的掩盖，对人们形成一种记忆的刺激与强化，刺激人们对那些忽视安全事件的长久记忆，刺激人们对不可推卸的安全责任的重新认识。不管你在什么样的岗位，不管你从事什么样的工作，请看到事故的危害，平安的可贵。让我们用责任来抲护身边的每一个生命。

幸福和痛苦也许就在一念之间，只缘于你触碰了那本不该触碰的“高压线”。安全关系你、我、他，任何一个环节的缺失都会以你、我、他，甚至更多的无辜生命为代价，在岗一天，就要尽职一天，岗位上的一时疏忽也许留给你的是一世的痛苦和不幸。

按照事故致因：事故的发生都是由人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、管理上的缺陷所造成的，减少和消除事故的根源就要求牢记“安全责任、重在落实”这八个字。落实是一种观念、一种意志、一种责任，更是一种文化，只有我们立足岗位，履行职责，从大处着眼，从小处着手，从我做起，把每一件事做好、做实，把每一件事做精、做细，坚定信念，不辱使命，管住我们的行为，

看好我们的设备，不瞎指挥，那么安全事故就会大大的减少，甚至杜绝事故的发生。

前车之鉴，后事之事，如果我们不能同这些悲痛的教训中吸取经验教训，那么事故也许会在某天不期而至，俗话说：安全生产得之于严，失之于宽，责任制不能一定了之，责任状不能一签就完。写在纸上，挂在墙上，喊在嘴上的责任如果不落实，不建立和完善目标管理体系，不加强责任目标的量化考核，强化安全责任追究，那么安全工作往往半途而废或功亏一篑，安全责任重在落实必须成为企业的一种文化，成为让每位员工必须长期坚持落实的责任和意志，养成的一种职业习惯。

安全是个宝，大家都离不了。落实安全责任更是一种个人素质的内在要求，建立起“以人为本”的安全责任机制，从人的需求出发，把关心人，理解人，爱护人，尊重人作为安全工作的基本出发点，积极营造安全文化氛围，将安全文化落实到每个员工身上，让安全责任成为一种修养，一种品质。

同事们，朋友们，一个人的生命是宝贵而短暂的，我们都应该珍惜生命，落实我们的安全工作，要做到“为之于未有，治之于未乱，防患于未然”让“安全责任，重在落实”深入每个员工的心里，形成一种文化，否则制度再健全，措施再完善，管理再重视，都只会形成一纸空文，收不到好的效果。

我是个新苏州人，很喜欢去苏州各地逛一逛，玩一玩，非常开心，但是每次看到城区的水，心里还是不能开心起来，因为，到目前为止，老城区的河还不能算得上清澈，散发出一种不好闻的气味。

其实我们的政府部门已经在采取一些积极的措施去治理水，我作为一名小学生就曾经参加过放养花白鲢活动，因为花白鲢吃蓝藻，可以保护水质，所以政府就号召我们小学生一起来参加这个活动。当我们亲手将许多尾鱼苗放向太湖的时候，我在心里默默许愿：快点将蓝藻吃了，让太湖水更洁净……

我在苏州新闻里看到政府在解决老城区百姓的生活污水处理问题，也是动用了很多财力物力去为河道清淤，看到那些河道里臭气熏天的淤泥的时候，我看到清淤的老伯屏住呼吸，整个人穿着橡皮衣，就站在淤泥里，把淤泥一点一点清理掉，他们真是勇士！我心里很感动，感觉这是政府为老百姓做的好事，使我们苏州的水变得更清，让百姓生存的环境变得更美好！但是绝对没有想到的是临河的居民们竟然为了贪图方便，往河里乱扔垃圾，我看到这一幕，心痛不已。在此，我呼吁，这陈年累月的陋习应该改一下了，为了大家的苏州河更清！每个人都应该呵护环境！而不是污染环境！节目播出以后，乱扔垃圾的行为越来越少了，治理后的河道得到了很好的维护！苏州河的水质得到了一定的改善！

上次我们去木渎爬灵白线，翻山越岭，傍晚时分，我们来到了白马涧。我们看到了白马涧里龙池的水，眼前一亮，那真的是很清很清！两岸桃花盛开，绿树成阴，我们贪婪地呼吸着新鲜的空气，掬一捧清水来洗脸，发现里面竟然还有“桃花水母”呢！“桃花水母”对水质要求极高，是因为周围的环境好，这里的水质丝毫没有受到污染，所以才会在水里见到这种远古的生物啊！此时，一弯碧水映着晚霞，这里简直恍若人间仙境！作为苏州人的我感觉异常自豪！阳光下，我仿佛看到未来苏州所有的河都会变得如此清澈！“蓝蓝的天空，清清的湖水……我爱你，我的家，我的天堂”我信口哼起腾格尔的《天堂》，何时我们所有的苏州河都能变得如此清，如此净，那她一定是世界上最美的天堂！祝福你，苏州的河！为你曾经的辉煌；期待你，苏州的河，为你更加美好的明天！

To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didnt mean you are old, youre young at heart.) Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. Youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. Ive got some suggestions for you. It seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. Most of the time, we are listening. Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, Id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?

我在书桌前发呆，一只“拦路虎”把我难住了。我冥思苦想，绞尽脑汁，但仍没法解决。妈妈走过来，看到了：“你上课干什么去了？这种题都不会？”“上课认真又不代表学习好……”我面对妈妈的威严，越说越小声，最后连我自己也听不清了。妈妈一把抓过我手中的笔，一边在纸上演算，一边叽里咕噜地讲解。“天哪，我怎么看得懂，你那么聪明，别来挑战我啊。”我在心里不服气地说。“会不会啊？”妈妈突然放下笔，狠狠地敲了一下我的头，“痛啊，这道题……”我被吓得语无伦次，支支吾吾地说。“算了这么久怎么还不会，怎么这么笨啊？上课睡觉啦？”我委屈的泪水终于夺眶而出，顾不了这么多了，大喊道：“我们本来就没教，你不知道就不要说！”我夺过作业，向房间奔去，“砰”地关上门，在房间里生闷气。我虽然不知道门外的妈妈是什么样的神情，但我知道，我们之间隔着的不只是一扇门的距离。

The Culture of China is home to one of the worlds oldest and most complex civilizations. China boasts a history rich in over 5,000 years of artistic, philosophical, political, and scientific advancement. Though regional differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups. Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family. Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy, the central government has increased investment in minority areas and accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

在那场突如其来的选举会上，我莫名其妙地被选上去跑400米，对我这种最讨厌跑步的人来说，可真是一个灾难。

哎，都被选上了，只好努力跑了。哥哥知道后还嘲笑我说："你这么胖，能跑得动吗？”听完这句话后，我便下定决心要证明自己，我是可以跑得很快的。从那天起，我开始每天练习跑步，一圈又一圈，妈妈说她从没见过我做不喜欢的事还能这么认真。
