俗话说“冬训吃一年”，这是体育业内人非常重视的训练阶段。在民间利用寒冷的冬天进行长跑活动更是人们喜闻乐见的体育项目。为了让同学们更多的掌握长跑的知识，更好的参加长跑运动，我们在此向同学们介绍冬季长跑的有关知识。

通过长跑可以调节神经中枢的兴奋与抑制合理的交替转换，避免神经思维中枢紧张过度，消除大脑的疲劳，提高学习效益，提高记忆力；在低温下长跑可以刺激、激活肌体的保护性反应，调节大脑体温中枢的功能；长跑还可以促进血液循环，加速脑部的血量，供给大脑更多的氧和营养物质，使大脑清醒，思维能力敏捷，神经系统功能的改善，可以提高和完善对各器官、系统的控制和调节能力。

在人生的道路上，虽曾失败过，伤心过，可失败后，伤心后，还是一样微笑面对未来，在生命中扬帆起航，在风浪中远行，拥有一颗不屈的心。看海，有此绿，看天，有此蓝，看人生，前途一片光明，再看身后，足迹已变得模糊，是浪？是汗？还是泪？早已遗忘在成长的岁月中，我只知道我因有了微笑，就有了明天的希望。在生命的轨道上行驶，留下生命中最深刻的回忆，在人生的旅行中，我忘却了忧愁与烦恼，拾起残损的翅膀，寻求幸福的方向，带给明天一个微笑。

Mr. A Gan has his own perseverance, keeping on running without of any reason, JUST RUNS. He said: “Man has t look forward, and never encumbered by foretime. I thank thats the meaning of my running.” Say goodbye to foretime and dont stay in-place. Although so many people in the world are used to follow others and few people can stick to one thing, Mr. A Gan does and becomes “GOD”. There is another character Captain Dan. Dan lost his legs in Vietnarm War. He said that his fate is death in war. However, Mr. A Gan saved him and let him be alive. After losing legs, Dan was decadent and disgusted with life, complaining that A Gan shouldnt save him. When he adjusted his mind, living on fishing with A Gan, he started to enjoy the wonderful life and thank A Gans help. The movie is intended to tell people that life is wonderful by this character. Rainbow is always after cloud. The key point is that whether we have a good mind and an opportunity to ourselves to change bad situation. The movie is also sent such a message to us: do well what we should do, and life will return us well. There will be a miracle if only there is perseverance.

日前，太仓日报组织小记者们前往交通银行太仓分行参加“小小金融家”活动。

到了交通银行，只见大厅里静悄悄的，我轻手轻脚走路，生怕打扰了正在工作的叔叔阿姨。

我乘电梯来到4楼会议室，看到里面已经有一些小记者到了。我找了个座位坐了下来。过了一会儿，一位叔叔进来了，他给我们每人发了一份《小小金融家学员手册》。我翻开看了下，有一些理财小知识和有趣的小游戏。之后，叔叔给我们播放了一段视频，视频里的美美、乔乔和大虾比赛点钞，可他们不够专注，都没有数对。后来沃德博士教他们“284专注力提高方法”。我偷偷试了一下，嘿，还真管用。接下来，叔叔又给我们播放了一段视频，主要讲了美美、乔乔、大虾、通尼与自己的爸妈比，看谁厉害。沃德博士让美美他们去找线索，结果他们都看到了爸爸妈妈风光的背后付出的艰辛和汗水。通过这段视频，我们也体会到了父母的辛苦。后来，叔叔又给我们播放了一个短片。大虾的妈妈给了大虾100元，让大虾去买运动鞋，因为过几天要参加长跑比赛。可是大虾只顾买吃的和玩，把买运动鞋的钱花光了。长跑比赛上，大虾穿着拖鞋没跑几步就摔倒了。看完短片，叔叔问我们：“为什么大虾会没有钱买运动鞋？”大家异口同声地回答：“因为大虾没有好好分配零花钱。”叔叔说：“要有计划地花零花钱，才不会像短片中的大虾那样，要用钱的时候钱都没有了……”我们听了连连点头。

眨眼间，一个小时过去了，我们依依不舍地告别了交通银行。这次“小小金融家”活动让我们增长了理财知识，知道了钱不能乱花，要有计划。在这基础上，我们也要从小学会理财，美好的明天让我们去创造！
